Unable to run time evaluation for the entire year...

hi experts,
I'am unable to run time evaluation for the entire year, even though mentioned the date as Force calculation as of : 01.01.2010
and evaluation upto date : 31.12.2010.  when time evaluation is run , the log is only run for Jan 2010.
Maintained IT2011 from 01.01.2010 to 31.12.2010
                  IT0050 from 01.01.2010 to 31.12.9999
                  IT0003 : PDC recalculation : 01.01.2010
Kindly advise.
Regards
Pammi

Check if Time Management status is 1 or 9....
If it is 1 then it would not run for the entire year..It would run only till today. If it is 9, then the TE runs for future also...also check if in the schema it is activated for future runs or not...

  • Problem: Run Time Evaluation for Future Period

    Hi SAP Gurus, can someone help me solving this problem:
    My client need to run time evaluation for 2-months period ahead of time. But every time I tried, time evaluation always stops at end of the current month, no further dates in the future. I had created attendance data 2002 for all the future dates. IT7, 2002, 2006 and all configurations seem to be OK (T510S,T569R). Test run is also OK with good future results. What could possibly be missing? Thank you in advance.
    Bill

    Thank you very much, Arun, Banu, Stefan and Om.
    Yes, I have entered the "Evaluation up to" date (60 days later);
    The schema has a function "Check FUT".
    Test future run result was generated correctly.
    Still I can't have future results in real run.
    So, what else I should check into?
    Thanks again.

  • Running Time Machine for the first time, how that I make sure that some information I have in the external drive does not get erase in the prosess

    Running Time Machine for the first time, how that I make sure that some information I have in the external drive does not get erase in the prosess

    1. Quit iPhoto
    2. Copy the iPhoto Library from your Pictures Folder to the External Disk.
    3. Hold down the option (or alt) key while launching iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library' and navigate to the new location. From that point on this will be the default location of your library.
    4. Test the library and when you're sure all is well, trash the one on your internal HD to free up space.
    Note: This is now your Library. It's not a Back Up, and you need another disk for backing up.

  • Unable to view Time-Statement  for the Chosen period in Portal

    Hi ,
    I am unable to get the timestatement for the Chosen period in Portal
    What are the configurations that are to be made for the Timestatements to get dispalyed at the Portal end .
    At r/3 end , we have a timestatement data  for an employee and moved that to a Cluster B1. so how does it reflect in the portal.
    What am i missing to get that Timestatement to get displayed on Portal
    Regards,
    Vijay

    Hi there,
    As of what I see it is an MSS scenario.In this you used a business package, iviews. There should be a webdynpro application or BSP application running at the front end to get this out.
    Now, as you mentioned at the R/3 end you have a time statement. So if your web  application is programmed properly, it will fetch the req. time data from backend. What you need to see is that the web application is bug free.
    You need to do some debugging there, if the right data is fetched.
    but before all this, you need to check if your portal worksets in the business package are set up properly, along with the iviews, pages.

  • Run-time error for the chart  - TBUtilities

    Hello,
    I'm trying to create a report template with the BI Publisher desktop plugin. The load of the xml file, the Table creation and PDF export work fine. When I want to add a chart to the template (Insert -> Chart...), I have a Microsoft Visual Basic Error:
    Run-Time error '-2147024894(80070002)':
    File or assembly name TBUtilities, or one of its dependencies, was not found.
    I use Word 2000 (9.0.8950 - SP3), .Net framework 2.0 and Java JRE 1.5.0_05.
    I checked the other topic about this type of error but I didn't find any solutions...
    Is there a patch to fix this error ???
    Thanks

    Has anybody got an answer for this one, as it has just happened to me

  • Loading Itunes on Windows so that I can get my Iphone synch etc. But I keep getting a run time error for the Microsoft  Visual C   Run time Library

    In loading Itunes down on my PC using Vitsa I keep geeting an error message saying that a program is trying to load: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library and ITunes will not complete the down load. Any Suggestions

    Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
    Remove all of these items in the following order:
    iTunes
    Apple Software Update
    Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
    Bonjour
    Apple Application Support
    Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
    The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
    Please note:
    Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.
    HT1925: Removing and Reinstalling iTunes for Windows XP
    HT1923: Removing and reinstalling iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8

  • Running Time Machine for the First TIme

    I have finally decided to run Time Machine. I'm guessing it's a bad idea to mess around on my computer while it's backing up. But it's taking forever. Can I still work while it's doing the initial BackUp?

    yes, you can. it might increase the backup time a little but it's probably easier than waiting.

  • Query returns data from previous month. Need to have it return data for the entire year

    This is the part of the query that returns data by month:
    (YEAR(`rereport`.`market_reports_5`.start_date) = YEAR(CURRENT_DATE - INTERVAL 1 MONTH)AND MONTH(`rereport`.`market_reports_5`.start_date) = MONTH(CURRENT_DATE - INTERVAL 1 MONTH))
    How can I get it to return data for the year.
    TIY

    How about omitting the MONTH part:
    (YEAR(`rereport`.`market_reports_5`.start_date) = YEAR(CURRENT_DATE - INTERVAL 1 MONTH)

    Hi,
    I am using Weblogic 8.1 sp5 as my deploying platform. Using the official tutorials, I am able to export my JSC2 web app into a WAR file that is deployable on my Weblogic server.
    Upon running the application, it works perfectly. However, upon closing my browser and then restarting the browser, running the web app again yields exceptions, please refer to the bottom.
    What am I doing wrong? I am suspecting the web-app wasn't detroyed properly when another instances of it is started...

  • No entry in table T001P for key when running time evaluation

    Hi There,
    All the master data is in synch and I am getting this error when

    *No entry in table T001P for key

    Hi,
    In one of the thread i have read that, after maintaining Contract Type the issue has been resolved.
    and in other thread he says
    "the issue is caused by a mismatch in the employee's master data dates. Particularly with infotype 8, the first record of his basic pay had a date prior to his hire date"
    Can you please check it once.
    Good Luck..!

    HiYa,
    this is the message I get when I try to  send a message from my website created with Adobe Muse and uploaded via FTP:
    "Form PHP script is missing from web server, or PHP is not configured correctly on your web hosting provider. Check if the form PHP script has been uploaded correctly, then contact your hosting provider about PHP configuration."

    Note: If this is the first time you received this mail, it contains the history for the entire month so far.
    Below are the recently upload scripts that contain code to send email.  You may wish to inspect them to ensure they are not sending out SPAM.

    That is not entirely true. Mues does generate PHP files when you use the formular widget.
    Furthermore, it generates a file named form_check.php which is apparently meant for checking the server-configuration. The file even attempts to send testmails to the adresses seen in the OP.
    Sadly, this file is completely unsecure and can be called by anyone who knows the name.
    Hence this file can very easily lead to errors and spam-warnings from your provider.
    Until Adobe decides to fix this or to atleast warn users about the existance of that file, I suggest you add the following lines  to a .htacces file on your server:
    <FilesMatch "form_check.php$">
    deny from all
    </FilesMatch>

    The Java source that has the implementation of the service methods is simply:
    package com.aa.rmis.webservice;
    import com.aa.rmis.ifr.request.*;
    public class TestService
    public TestService()
    public int serviceRequest(PaymentRequestCreate request)
    System.out.println("Received serviceRequest message");
    return 0;
    public void testStringRequest(String request)
    The web-service.xml file is attached, which contains the schema for the SAP PaymentRequest.Create
    object definition.
    Another problem I have, which is probably related, is that the service method
    that has a complex data type (non-built in data type) is not being deployed into
    the WebLogic server. But the other service method that simply takes a String
    parameter is.
    The steps I took are:
    1. Get XML from SAP Interface Repository (IFR) for PaymentRequest
    2. Use ant task autogen to generate the request codec classes
    3. Create the web-services.xml file by inserting the schema definition and the
    mapping file created by the autogen task, and defining the operations
    4. Build web-services.war file that contains all autogen compiled class files,
    the web-services.xml file, and the service implementation class
    5. Build the ear file that holds the web service files
    6. Use the clientgen ant task to generate (included above) to generate the client
    jar file that should contain the proxy for both of the service methods
    Environment:
    * WebLogic 7.02
    * JDK 1.3.1_06
    * JBuilder 9 Enterprise
    * Ant 1.4
    Possible causes:
    * Namespace not being used correctly
    * copied verbatim the mapping xml file generated by autogen into the web-services.xml
    file
    * xml-schema part of web-services.xml might not be set correctly
    * operation definition might not be using the correct namespace
    * Classpath used for ant might not be right
    * Doubt this is the problem, but I'm out of other ideas
    * Set by using the setWLEnv.cmd file provided by WebLogic
    * Tried adding the generated classes directory for my project to the classpath,
    but did not work
    I've been referencing the Programming WebLogic Web Services document throughout
    this entire process. I must be missing something.
    Can anybody from BEA help me out with this problem?
    Thanks in advance.
    [web-services.xml]

    Hi JD,
    I spent a few cycles looking over your web-services.xml file, however I
    don't have any suggestions other that one that looks like you have
    already tried, at the top, in the <schema...>
    targetNamespace="urn:sap-com:document:sap:business"
    Making edits to these generated files can be tricky and my only
    suggestion is to create a small reproducer to run by our outstanding
    support team.
    A quick look at our problem database shows one issue (CR095109) related
    to a similar problem at deploy time that was fixed with 7.0SP3. Again,
    the support folks will be able to help focus in on the issue.
    Regards,
    Bruce

  • Custom report to get the vacation hours for the coming year befor time eval

    Hi Gurus,
    We have this strange requirement for the vacation hours. We need to write a report that shows the remaining vacation hours for the coming year. My functional guys told me that we will get this after we run the time evaluation for each employee. but our requirement is to get these hours before time eval and write them to a flat file.
    They told me that we need to go through RPTIME00 program and get the logic where it calculates the vacation hours for the coming year. but the time schema is really big and to analyze this, it will take a long time (at least for me).
    So, did anybody came across this kind of situation? Please help me.
    Thanks,
    Srinivas.

  • Clock In Clock Out Report without running Time Evaluation

    Hi Every1
    Is it possible to get report on clock in clock out without running time evaluation?? Can we get a report on Time events after uploading Punch in punch out from other system thru BDC?
    Here requirement is as soon as punch in punch out is uploaded on daily basis thru BDC they shud get a report on Clock In from th system so that they can immediately find out in morning shift how many employees are present.
    Thanks & Regards
    Neha

    Well what tables are you uploading in the BDC ?? are the PTX tables being uploaded or the PA2011 Tables uploaded ?
    If the PA2011 Tables are uploaded then yes we can run a report for each day as required but if the PTX tables are updated then they are either waiting for managers approval or to be transfered to HR which triggers updation of the Infotypes accordingly.
    And when you transfer to HR i guess Infotype 2011 is not updated but rather 2001 and 2002 Tables are updated but have to check on this, time eval schema would not update 2011 Infotype but rather would update ZL tables with time types if present, try to figure out what table the BDC updates each night.
