Unable to use Organiser in both Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements
I am unable to use Organizer in both Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements. An error message appears, "The catalog could not be opened. An internal program error occurred."
I have tried to repair the catalog, starting a new catalog, and reinstalled both programs, but the error persists.
I am using Elements and Premier Elements V12 on Windows 8.1.
Any help to get me going again would be appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't make any difference.
However, by trail and error I have found a 99% solution.
Right Click the Elements icon on Desktop.
Select Troubleshoot Compatibility.
Select Troubleshoot Program
Select a problem option (I used Other)
Select Windows Version (Windows 8 for me)
Select Test the Program
If it works, which it did in my case, Save the settings.
This seems to have resolved my problem, with the exception that I now get an extra screen when opening Elements to allow the program to make changes to my computer. I can live with that.
When I get time I will check whether there are any Adobe or Windows updates that will make this step unnecessary.
I hope this will help other people with the same problem.

Unable to use place command in photoshop
I am unable to use the place command in photoshop cs5.5 since upgrading to mavericks. The window pops open briefly then shuts immediately. Photoshop hangs as it is still awaiting the action to complets. The same behavior exists when attempting to add attachments to emails. Any idea what may be causing this? This only began to occur after the upgrade to mavericks.

Unable to use XML functions in OWB 10gR2.
Hi,
I am trying to use XMLELEMENT ,XMLATTRIBUTES and XMLFOREST function for loading into a XML file using OWB 10Gr2.
During deployment it is erroring out with an error 'identifier 'XMLELEMENT' must be declared'.
Please suggest some workaround or possible reason for this problem.

On the oracle blogs it was suggested that this can be achived by using XML function in the expression operator.
But while using them,OWB is not recongnising these XML function.

Unable to use Back-up Feature (Photoshop Elements 5.0)
I am running Photoshop Elements 5.0 on Windows 7. The back-up feature no longer functional. My last full back-up was a year ago. When I try to perform an incremental back-up, it hangs (Not Responding) and I have to close the program. With over 34,000 photos, I am concerned about continuing to use the program to manage my photos. I am hesitant to upgrade to 11 with all the problems I am having with 5.0 (no back-up and unable to share photos to Outlook).

This should not stop you from buying version 11 because version 11 is still supported up to windows 8. -
Unable to use warp in script - Photoshop CS2
Hi,
I could not warp the image using javascript from Adobe Extendscript interface. This is what I tried.
1) Created an action with warp, converted the action to jsx using xtools.
2) Used Scriptlistener to record ward and used the javascript.
When the run the code, all the other actions are performed on the image, except warp. Script runs successfully. But warp is not performed.

I created a Warp in Photoshop CC --> recorded the action --> converted action to jsx using xtools --> Ran the script. Warp is not working through jsx in Photoshop CC as well. No error is displayed - but the image won't warp. I am trying to get the same warp effect using liquify filter but it does not come good.
Have anyone got warp successfully in javascript? Pls help.

Unable to use string function in REST query
I am querying for duplication of column name in the web using REST query. My query is as per below:
http://siteCollection/sites/Project1/_api/Web/Fields?$select=InternalName&$filter=toupper(InternalName) eq 'TITLE'.
The reference I got from MSDN site. But whenever I am running the same query in the REST Client I am getting following error:
The function operator 'toupper' is not supported or its usage is invalid.
What am I missing in my query? Or this is not a way for doing the case insensitive query then which way is preferable?toupper is

We have a requirement where we want to read the XML data from the CLOB column of a table. In OWB we are using the SYS_XMLGEN function for this. But when I use this in the expression it gives me error that 'SYS_XMLGEN' must be declared.
I am able to use this in the select query and the query is working fine.
Anyone has any idea of how we can use the XML functions in OWB.

Unable to use WriteBack function in OBIEE on a Unix setup

I am trying to implement the writeBack function in OBIEE. We have OBIEE installed on a Unix machine. Below is the xml that I have writte, it keeps erroring stating that the xml file cannot be read.

Repository Object Browser - unable to use Download functions
We want to use the options
- Download Folder Contents in one zipfile
- Recursively Download Folder Structure Contents
in the Repository Object Browser (version 9.0.4.7) of Designer.
Clicking on these options gives the following error:

ISight camera indicator light is always on, unable to use camera function
I noticed today when I turned my imac on that my iSight camera indicator light is on and will not go away with reboot. I do not see any other programs running. I attempted to use the camera in iMovie but the screen stays blank. Any ideas?

Persistent "Photosmart disconnected!" message. I'm Unable to use AIO functions
I have seen posts with similar problems but not exactly like mine. Please help. Three days ago, I installed a C7280 Photosmart which I bought about a 18months ago. I have connected it wired to my linksys WRT54GS router. I have Windows XP. The installation was fine. The printer was recognised on the netwotk and I was able to initially print from the two desktops connected to the network(wired) after software installation. I can no longer print nor scan. The HP solution center constantly says "Printer disconnected". At one time,yesterday, for about a minute it did show the printer connected and then it disappeared. Right now on the printer it shows that it is connected to the network but i cannot scan from the printer. The PCs also show the printer as ready but I cannot print nor scan. Based on some threads that i read, I have uninstalled and installed the software about 7 times. I have also powered off the router and the PCs and then rebooted as someone else recommended. Still no joy! Would appreciate anyone's help for a perm fix to this annoying problem which clearly HP should know about and should have had an accessible fix to it by now,. I can confirm that I have the full software installed and drivers are up to date. Thanks.

Unable to change reference point location while using the Transform Functions in Photoshop Elements 6.0.
Which operating system are you using?
In photoshop elements 6, as far as i know, you can only change the Reference Point Location for transforms using the small grid in the left hand corner of the tool options bar with Transform enabled.
