Unable to view forms in Planning 9.3.1

I have created few forms in Planning.I can see the forms in the left window pane and I am able to open it up.However when I go to Admin->Manage dataforms section I do not see any forms.I don't even see the folder.
I restarted the Planning services but no success.Does anyone know what needs to be done in order to solve this issue ?
This is 9.3.1 planning and Oracle is the backend.

How are you accessing planning via workspace.
If so have you tried going directly, if not have you tried going through workspace.
Are you getting any Javascript errors, check the corner of your browser.
What browser are you using.
Have you tried from another machine to rule out a browser issue.
Can you create a new folder, does it appear?

I am using Hyperion Planning 11.1.1.2 webforms. I am Unable to view SmartList in Planning webforms.
steps I have done:
1.Created a SmartList.
2.Added entries to Smartlist
3.Assigned the SmartList to a dimension Member(Account Member).
4.In the webform I am selecting the same account member as Column member.
5.One Members for Row.
6.Rest of all the dimension members are POV/PAGE.
When I open the form I am not able to see the smartlist for the account member. I am not able to select.
Also I see that there is no "Enable Smart List" option in EPM (11.1.1.2). I have seen the same in 9.2
Any Idea what needs to be set or changed?

Hi,
Have you set the evaluation order, Administration > Dimensions > Evaluation Order > Move the dimension that the smart list is against across to the right hand window.

Unable to view form responses

I have just created a writable PDF form, for which I have just received my first response. When I open the form, however, I can only see the individual's completed fields as I click on each one. How do I overcome this, so that I can print a copy with all completed fields viewable?

You just had a bit of bad luck for your first response. The person who sent it most likely use the Preview Application on a Mac to view, fill-in, and save the PDF. The problem is Preview corrupts forms, as explained in more detail here: http://kb2.adobe.com/community/publishing/885/cpsid_88564.html
Since you have Acrobat, you can simply manually export the form data and import it into a new, uncorrupted form.

Unable to view Form-16-Print Preview No Result.

I am able to see the Form-16 in SE71-Payroll_India_Income Tax_Form 16 for India, there if i click of the arrows i could see the form.
But when i run the report & try to check the form for the employee through Print Form-Print Preview-,the printer set up is already in place but System takes me to the Spool & nothing is coming .
The emplyee has only worked in the organization for 1 month, so 1 months payroll result is available in the system & his posting for the month had already taken place.,
but when i check the Print Error- System gives MSG that no Payroll result is available for the particular employee. where as PC_PayResult shows the Pyresult is available.
I am not able to fix this....please provide some input on the same???

Thanks for the answer, i have check every thing, all the necessary set up as per my knowledge is available.
As i had mentioned earlier the pay result is available & posting is done...but F16 not coming , do i need to do some other set up to get the Form 16 data for the employee.
Please provide some input!!!!

PDF form has lock icon and I'm unable to view my information entered

I've been working on a 127 page pdf form for a couple of weeks and have saved all of my information multiple times. I recently opened the document to complete the form(I literally had 2 entries left) and I am unable to view any of the information I've entered. The information is no doubt still there because the original form is 7mb, and my saved form is 7.26mb. I am also able to see all of my information when I preview the document by opening the my documents window and clicking once to preview the form in the same window, however can not see any of my information when I attempt to edit it and open the form completely. I am using a PC, windows 7. I'm assuming I can't view my info. because I somehow locked it but I am not asked for a password when I open it. I recently downloaded the original form again and typed in info. and there is no lock icon when I save it under a different name and I'm able to view the info. entered. I have no idea how I locked the form or if this is the reason I can't view the info. when I open the documetn completely. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There's not much you can do at this point. If you changed the passcode since the last time you synced, or the computer you were syncing with is not available, then there's no way to bypass it. You're going to lose the information.

Unable to view higher resolution pictures in forms

But I am unable to view higher resolution images.

Unable to view interactive forms that were archived using SAP ArchiveLink

We are just configuring Adobe interactive forms in SAP and are unable to view the documents after they have been archived in Livelink using SAP ArchiveLink. We have Adobe Reader v9.0 and SAP ECC 6 EHP 3, and Livelink viewer 9.7

Can you please help me how you Archived Adobe form?? What configurations need to be maintained for this?
I am new to this. I did some Rnd on it and found that it can be achieved using HRFORM_HRF02 Business Add-In in the SET_ARCHIVE_INDEX method.
But I have no clue how to do it?

The next level manager is unable to view or access appraisal forms for all

I am facing an issue where in the next level manager is not able to see the appraisal docs of employees.
Follwing is the link that we found on SDN related to the same issue-
Next higher level manager should see the appraisal docs of the employees
During the PM testing, an issue was discovered with the existing logic of the Default Next Level Manager BADI.
When a manager manually reports to a NL managers organization unit, the next level manager is unable to view or access appraisal forms for all the employees who report to the manager.
For example,
NL Manager/Cheif: Susan
Manager/Chief: John
Employees: Mary and Matt
If Johns position (manager/chief) has a A 999 Reports to dotted line relationship to Susans organization unit (NL Manager), then Susan is unable to access, approve or reject the appraisal forms for Mary and Matt (Johns direct reports).
The relationship type is A 999 Reports to dotted line
Type of related object O (Organizational Unit)
We need to update the BADI in order for the next level manager to be able to access appraisal forms as described in the example above.
BADI implementation Name : Z_HRHAP00_DOC_DEF_DO
Method - IF_EX_HRHAP00_DOC_DEF_DO~DEFAULT_OTHERS
Now we are facing the following issue-
After identification of the employees who report to the managers organizational unit using the A 003 Belongs to relationship we are not sure how to pass these employees information from BADI to appraisal form, so that the previously identified Next Level Manager will be able to access, accept and reject appraisal forms for these employees.
For further details please refer the thread. I was not able to understand how this can be achieved.
Can anyone please mention in brief how I should be able to do this. I am new to this and I would appreciate any help .

There are no Function Modules to my knowledge. Pls try the transaction S_AHR_61016530 which would display the User's approvers as per hierarchy. This would bring datas from the HR tables. If this helps pls award points.

Unable to view planned order from exceptional summary window

Hello All,
I have ran ASCP plan and it details out the exceptions and recommendations, but I am unable to view planned order from exceptional summary window>recommendations>cilck discrete jobs, no planned orders visible. This issue also shows up for other exceptions, on click of exceptions details it shows up the items but unable to take any actions.
I have tried by giving large no of days to view recommendations in preference.
Can someone help me to reslove issue.

Jay, Thanks for your inputs, i went throught the metalink notes suggested by you but could not find a solution to resolve my issue.
I am getting this error from other responsibilities aswell. But i could view the picture from the same responsibility in 11i. After upgrade to R12 i am not able to view the picture. can you suggest some steps to troubleshoot this issue.

Can you check if ''Selection profile" is checked in the ''view selection" option in the top left of the planning book for the user?
you can choose the hide/show the Selection profile tab, planning book/data view and macros tab using that function.

Some of my students annotated and commented on letters using the Adobe Reader iPad App. When they exported their documents they were unable to view the comments they typed in the note bubble. They tried uploading directly to Dropbox and e-mailing both the Original and Flattened versions. Suggestions please.

I am having this trouble too I think.
My PDF business plan form is annotated within Adobe Reader on my iPad (1, iOS5) app but when i try to email it (either flattened or not) all my editing and annotations are lost. I cannot find them when I open the PDF in iBooks, Dropbox or Kindle either - all of which are options on my tablet. It just opens as an unmarked blank original business plan form.
What can I do? This has not happened before... It did used to work!

First of all those errors look more related to HBR, though if it worked before I would restart services then log into the planning app and then try again.
Have you tried a different form as well one without an ampersand &.

Java/jre upgraded to 1.7.0.45 and JAR files regenerated(without force option). Able to opne forms without any issues.
