Unable to view iTunes Store purchase history

Hi All,
I'm unable to view my iTunes Store purchase history. When I try to do so from within iTunes itself I am taken to a seemingly blank store page, which seems to have no content according to VOiceOver, Apple's built-in screen reader. I've previously done this without a problem, so am rather annoyed.
Is there any alternate way of requesting a refund? Could I call and do so?

Does someone know whether the iTunes store purchase History is set to the local time or a central time - some of the times of my purchases seem to be different to the time I recalled purchasing them. ITunes Store purchase history incorrect

I purchased a TV season on iTunes some time ago. When I went to download it, I found something very wrong.
The season says "Purchased", the first two episodes have a button for "Downloaded" but the third episode's button says "Purchase $4.99" - ie, one part of the page thinks I've bought it but the other part of the same page doesn't. To verify, I looked at my purchase history from within the iTunes app, and that third episode is listed explicitly as covered by the season purchase in the corresponding order.
It looks to me like something is wrong on the iTunes Store backend here. I've asked iTunes support several times, but have gotten unhelpful stock answers.
Any suggestions on how to go about resolving this? Or reaching someone who can?

I got an answer from the online chat support.
It turns out there is a feature called "Hide Purchases" of which I was unaware which does exactly this - makes it act as if specific past purchases don't exist. Not sure how it got set, but this item was hidden. To unhide, look under iTunes Store / Account / iTunes in the Cloud.

Unable to view iTunes Store - not a blank page though

We have just downloaded the latest version of iTunes (last night) and we are now unable to view the iTunes Store. I can sign in, but the screen just looks like this:
It was working absolutely fine before last night... any ideas would be most welcome
Running WindowsXP Service Pack2. (We have been unable to install SP3 as the computesimply crashes immediately.)

just tried running the repair again, went through fine again. except this time we have this:
oooooh ok. now this is odd. I accidentally clicked on the page where the content in the store would normally be (i.e. where the black and white boxes are, and I got this:
which to me looks perfectly normal! not quite what I'm into, but at least the store itself seems to be working. just not the Home & front pages by the looks of things.
yet if I choose from one of the options in the one of the menus (i.e. from the music menu, choose album chart, songs chart compilations etc) they all seem to function fine.
very odd...

Unable to view itunes store...

When i click the Itunes store it looks like its goin out there normally but then the screen flashes with the normal itunes store page then it goes white... all other functions are working as normal... any ideas? this starting happening about 12 hours ago, I rebooted my machine, also I am currently running Itunes 9...

Also i have the same problem in my two pc winxp pro sp3. 18 hours ago blank page inside iTunes when click on music or appstor or film link. I look for few seconds a right page and after white page came. One of two pc use iTunes 9.1.1 version. I dont remember the version of the other. The Internet connection is ok. Please fix it. I think that are some new web features that are the problem.

I purchased an App today that does not work properly on my original Ipad so tried to get the history of my account. No luck ith that either!

Where can't you view it? In webmail in Safari? In the email client on the iPad?
Who is your email provider?
Why can't you view it? What happens when you try? Do you get any error messages?

For tax purposes I need to print my iTunes App history. This can be viewed only as a series of small windows - I could make a snapshot of each one. Is there a more user friendly print version available as a complete list of purchases?

The process of searching iTunes Store purchase history is REALLY awkward. It seems designed to discourage customer inquiry or use.
See below a brief list of steps (seriously) I just worked through in order to save my 2014 iTunes Store purchase history:
Log into iTunes Store account
Navigate to Purchase History
Press Command-Shift-4 and select a screen capture of the list showing a few recent purchases
Click Previous or Next button (To see earlier purchases click Next, click Previous button to see later purchases. Really.)
Press Command-Shift-4 and select a screen capture of the resulting list
Repeat (8 times) until desired lists have been captured as screen shots (or until you walk away in disgust)
Then open all .png screen capture image files in Preview
Export all image files to .pdf
Open newly exported .pdfs
Combine .pdfs into one file (see Preview Help for this)
Click and drag .pdfs into a coherent order (suggest chronological order, but coherence is optional)
Save As... your combined .pdf to a location of your choosing (printing optional)
Log out of iTunes Store

ITunes Store "Purchased" list doesn't include all items actually purchased

I noticed that some songs seemed to be missing from the "purchased" list of songs under ITunes Store. There are 358 items listed. I created 2 smart playlists "Kind Contains Protected" and Kind Contains Purchased" and got a total of 383 items, and it includes the songs I noticed are missing from the Purchased list.
However, If I go into my Purchase History, the songs show up there! What could cause the Purchased list from not showing everything?

iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer
Are you saying that it is not listed here:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Is the computer signed into the same iTunes account that purchased the song?
Is it listd in your Purchases History? iTunes>Store>View Accountc>login>Purchase History?

Remove DRM from early itunes store purchases

The itunes help screen says, "If you already have iTunes Store purchases that are now available as iTunes Plus downloads, you may upgrade your existing purchases. To do so, visit the iTunes Store and follow the onscreen instructions."
If there are 'on screen instructions' I don't see them anywhere.

Unable to view/download recently purchased TV series on laptop

Unable to view/download recently purchased tv series on laptop. When I got to my profile it is listed in the purchase history but is not viewable to download in my recently purchased items. Also not available on the cloud to download.

Why do I get a black screen in front row when watching some iTunes store purchases? esp Cars 2

We bought Cars 2 a few months ago from the iTunes store. The movie won't work in Front Row, we only get a black screen (except for the blue Front Row controls at the bottom) although the audio comes through just fine. The annoying part is all of our other iTunes store movies work fine in Front Row. Just Cars 2 is broken. I don't think that it is an authorisation problem because it plays okay in iTunes, Quicktime, even via airplay to an appleTV or via Home Sharing to our iPad.
The movie is only standard definition so I am guessing that it is not an HDCP issue; I understand that there is only HDCP on HD movies. We are playing it on a Mac Mini (core 2 duo) on a Sony Bravia via a VGA connector.
After a little bit of complaining, apple let us download the movie again in case the file was corrupted, but unfortunately the same problem with the new version.
The computer did have Perian installed at one point, but uninstalling and restarting made no difference.
I have found lots of reports of movies with missing picture in Front Row but these are all ripped videos, never with an iTunes Store purchase.
Apple won't refund our money as the purchase was more than 60 days ago by the time I gave up troubleshooting and reported the problem.

Yeah! Problem solved: It's a QT issue.
Cause: Mac Update Software downloaded a faulty QT.
Solution: Download QT from Apple's QT site.

How can I stop my iTunes Store purchases automatically going onto my iPhone?
I've downloaded several thing, including Christmas songs, but do not want them on my iPhone anymore - but no matter what I do, every time I sync my phone, all my purchases revert back to the old names (purchased names, ie. "The Blue - EP" when I have renamed them to "The Blue") and then come up on my iPhone. Despire finding the song on my phone, swipping it to delete, it'll reappear later on.
I have also set up that only songs in a created playlist are to be on my iPhone, (these songs are not on it), yet they always appear.
How can I ensure the downloaded files DO NOT change names and stop going onto my iPhone every time I sync up?

It looks like you're trying to play a track bought from the iTunes store (or does it happen with other songs too?). Make sure you are logged in with the account the track was bought with.

Historically, I have my own laptop and my 8 year old daughter has a laptop as well. I also have an iPad and iPhone. In the past, I have managed all devices with the same apple ID, and used my laptop as the main library, storing all music, apps, video, etc. I then just selectively copied things to the other authorized devices, so my daughter's laptop has a copy of her music under my apple ID. Now she has her own iPod touch, so I would live to move her music and apps to her own iTunes library with a name I create for her on her laptop and iPod.
Is this possible without having to repurchase all of her media?

ITunes Store Preview history not working on Windows 8

hi,
i'm using a windows 8 pro computer, from the first release of itunes 11 unitl the 11.0.2 version, my itunes store preview history is not showing up...i tap the box and is all white...on my idevice it's working just fine...
what can i do to solve this?

Copy QTMovieWin.dll from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
to: C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
Worked for me, so happy! Hope it does for all you lot too!
