Unsuccessful Login Notification Does Not Reset To Zero

when users connect to the application and login with the wrong password
On 12.0.6 in Production:
When attempting to login the applications Find that Unsuccessful login notification always
displays a cumulative count of unsuccessful logins every time. It does not reset to zero
after you successfully login.
Please advise how to fix this notification.

I am connected to my hotel wifi network, but the login screen does not appear. I am able to access the login page on my PC, but on the iPhone it does not appear and just tries to connect to the webpage (e.g. google.co.uk), and eventually gives up. I've tried opening pages in Safari and Chrome, but none cause the login screen to appear. I have also tried trying to log into the login page that the PC opens when connected to the wifi, but the same thing happens. I am using a iPhone 3G with the latest iOS version 6.0.1.
Is there a way to make the iPhone try to open the login page?

I have the exact same problem as the original poster and I tried many times already the solution proposed by trstark66 and it's still not working. It's not working for both my iPad and iPhone 5. I'm using the latest iOS version available all the time. I have my iPad since 3 years and my iPhone since 1 years and I always had that problem. I'm an airline pilot so I'm always in hotels. I asked my colleagues who also have iPhones and iPads and they all have the same problems from time to time. And when I go in an apple store they all say that it's the first time they hear about that problem. I never have that problem with my PCs, my previous phone and my BB playbook. Only with my iPhone and iPad....since now 3 years...Always the same problem. I'm connected to the Hotel Network, I have an IP address but nothing popup to register with a user name, password or just to access the "I have read and accept the condition.../connect". And when I go in Safari or other Browsers, I am not redirected to a login page. All I have is a message saying cannot access the webpage because I'm not connected to Internet. I tried already hard resets, on/off Wi-Fi, automatic connexion off, forget this network, reset network setting...
My solution for now is to use my Boingo account. I connect to the hotel Network and then I use the Boingo app to connect to Internet.
But, sometimes it works the first time or suddenly for no reason.
Very funny, I was using Boingo on my ipad to write this message in my Hotel room because I was unable to use my free connection as usual. When I tried to press "Add Reply" it failed and I had the message "An error occured while trying to submit your post, please try again". The reason was that boingo was disconnected since I was taking too long to write this message. So I wasn't connected to Internet anymore. I opened a second tab in Safari and what did I see!... the login page to access the free connection from the hotel. This is crazy. Apple, you really suck with hotel/coffee hotspots... I tried for hours and nothing, now hours later I just open a new tab and it works. But tomorrow I know I will try the same and it will not work again. It shouldn't be that complicated.

Set your columns back to one for the moment. In layout mode, insert a Text box. Place it in the upper left corner of your document, and drag down and right to the size of the container for your two columns. Click inside the Text Box, and now bump up your columns to 2. Your two columns are now contained in this resizable Text Box.

Login link does not display on website

When I visit www.history.com the FULL ACCESS video login link does not appear at the top of the home page. History.com support says this is because Shockwave flash is not working correctly. I am using Firefox 35 on a Win7 computer. The Shockwave flash plugin 16.0.0.257 is set to always activate. The Flash player help page says that my computer has the latest Flash player installed. The clouds are moving in the test animation indicating Flash is working. Can anyone assist me to get the FULL ACCESS video login to appear at history.com?

O happy day. I found the answer to my problem of the missing FULL ACCESS video login link. The answer is.... (wait for it)... I clicked View on the Menu bar and clicked zoom out and a whole line of links appeared at the top of the page, including the one I was looking for. Why do you suppose the history.com site does not fully display at 100% zoom?

Running Total does not reset when group changes

I have a manual running total for group3 that does not reset for group2

There are no Repeat Group header on any of the groups
Will add Group1 total when this part works.

I am not sure if you made a typo when making your post but you are missing a colon when resetting your variable
change from this
currencyVar WIP=0;
to this
currencyVar WIP:=0;

Notification Does Not Exist - System Termination message while direct print

Dear Team
We are using Z Output Program & Z Form for taking Notification print. OID1 has been configured for the same.
Its working fine if Notification 'Print preview' is taken, but it is getting failed if Direct print(No Preview) is given.
When print is given directly from Notification, request is terminated with Message -Notification does Not exist'
This message is coming from FM - PM_NOTIFICATION_PRINT_CONTROL.
Pl guide me in resolving this issue.

Hi,
At update stage PM_NOTIFICATION_PRINT_CONTROL checks that all information required is available. eg Valid workpapers was called and the data to print was passed over.

If Everything is ok data to print is exported to memory. The main print cycle is started in UPDATE TASK. That means the Individual ABAPS will be called only when COMMIT WORK is issused in MIWO0F00.
As I have never used this FM, please check with your ABAP person to debug the code while printing directly. As per above statement, some of the data may not be passed over while doing direct print.
Also have you done the configuration on OID2 (Definition of papers per order / notification type).
Please check that.

Scroll position does not reset on datasets

Forgive me if this is somewhere else, but I cannot find it. In using spry datasets in CS4, when the data in a container is long enough to need a scroll bar, the scroll position does not reset to the top when you chose the next item in the dataset. By example, if I choose Grapefruit, and the description container has several paragraphs that i have scrolled down to read, then I choose Pear, and the description content displays in the same scroll-down position (perhaps in the middle or the end) instead of resetting at the beginning of the paragraph. Is this a bug or is there something I am doing wrong?

Argh! I have this exact same problem when working with Master/Detail.
When I scroll down to the bottom of a detail area, and then click another item in the master column, it displays the bottom of the new detail area. This is not what I want. Whenever I click on a new item in the master column, I need to be positioned at the top of the new detail area. How can I make that happen?

Login Window does not appear

(I am on a different computer) When i turn on my macbook, the apple logo appears, the progress wheel moves, and it switches to the blue screen. Once there the login window does not appear and the mouse pointer shows up and fades soon after. Sometimes a progress wheel displays but it does not change anything. What can I do?

First, try booting the Mac in Safe Mode. To do so, hold down the shift key as you turn it on and continue holding it until you see the spinning gear below the Apple logo. Be patient -- booting in safe mode can sometimes take 10 minutes or longer.
If that does not work, insert the first of the two recovery DVDs that came with your computer and start the Mac while holding down the C key. Once it boots, run Disk Utility and verify both the disk and disk permissions. See if that solves your problem.

Maverick update now my login screen does not work please help.

Hello hope you can help. I have a 24 inch Mid 2007 Intel iMac. It has been great until now. I recently did the Maverick update and now my login screen does not work. When I wake the computer up the screen appars with my picture icon. When I click on it nothing happens. If I click on it a second or third time the beach ball appears and nothing happens. I have to shut the unit down with the power button and when the unit powers back up everything works normally. Are there any suggestions out there? I have updated the software without resolution. Is this computer too old? Do I have to buy a new one?

Your iMac can support Mavericks according to the requirements > OS X Mavericks: System Requirements
Try a Safe Mode boot. That deletes some system caches that may help.
Startup your Mac in Safe Mode
A Safe Mode boot takes much longer than a normal boot so be patient.
Once you are in Safe Mode, click Restart from the Apple () menu.
See if there's an improvement for the login screen.

E-mail notification does not work. PX12-400r

E-mail notification does not work. Test message fails, like everyone else. Is that possible? Someone else had this problem?

Have you tried with/without custom email notification (SMTP) settings?
Have you checked if the defaut or custom SMTP port has been forwarded to your px12?
Have you checked if your ISP is blocking SMTP ports for your connection?

BufferedReader does not reset stream, unable to write more than one

The following is a program that tries to read a file and write into 10 files.
I am using bufferedReader.reset() to get to the starting position of the stream, but unfotunately it says mark not supported .
Can anyone please tell me , why the stream does not reset, and do I have to close and then again reopen the input reader to write multiple times. Are there any other alternatives?

but unfotunately it says mark not supported No it doesn't. It says
java.io.IOException: Stream not marked
No where in that code are you calling the method "mark" to set a mark and the API for reset says:
Reset the stream to the most recent mark.And it says it throws an IOException
If the stream has never been marked, or if the mark has been invalidated.

Excel Addin login screen does not go away

Hi All,
I have a strange problem.
When I use the Essbase Menu in Excel to connect to the Essbase cubes, the login screen comes up and after all credentials are provided and the OK button is clicked all accessible cubes are displayed but after selecting a cube and clicking on OK the login portal does not go away.
It just stays there and the excel is not connected to the server.
Please let me know if anyone has faced such a problem before and have an suggestions, the version of Essbase excel Add-in is 9.2.1.
The Excel addin was un-installed and re-installed but the problem persists.

Last Notification does not go away after clicking on it.

How is it when i download a app or even update one when the app is completed downloading or updating, the notification that will pop does not go away once pressed to be acknowledge? How do i go about fixing this or what tricks can i do to avoid turning my tablet in for warranty.

Ok since my last post the notifications does not go away on its own. There has to be a way to remove that...

App Store update counter on dock icon does not reset properly

There's definitely a bug in the App Store for Mac. The update counter does not reset properly. I have purchased only one app so far, and this morning the dock icon indicated a (1) meaning an update was available. I downloaded the update and the ( 1 ) disappeared. When I quit the App Store, the (1) reappeared on the icon in the dock. Now whenever the App Store launches the (1) disappears and whenever the App Store quits it reappears so it always looks like an update is waiting.

Open a Finder window. Select your Home folder in the Sidebar on the left. Now open the Library folder then the Preferences folder.
Move the com.apple.dock.plist file from the Preferences folder to the Trash.
Restart your Mac.
