Unusual FIX calculation - Weird Issue - Whats Wrong?

Hi All,
I'm facing a weird issue today, not sure if I'm missing on something:
substitution variables defined:
&RangeYears= "FY13":"FY16"
&F1stYr= "FY13"
Sample script:
FIX("E1","P1", &RangeYears)
<sample scripts here>
FIX(&F1stYr)
<calculate account A1 here>
ENDFIX
ENDFIX
However when I refresh, I see account "A1" calculated for all years"FY13" to "FY16". However, the last Fix statement is for "FY13" only.
Can someone explain this abnormality?

Let's try something similar on Sample Basic

For first part of FIX
Calculating [ Product(100-10)] with fixed members [Year(Jan, Feb, Mar); Measures(Sales); Market(New York)]
For the second part since Apr is not part of it Essbase will include Apr together with Jab, Feb, Mar (First fix acts as a universal FIX)
Calculating [ Scenario(Actual)] with fixed members [Year(Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr); Measures(Sales); Market(New York)]
That is what is happening in your case.

I'm lost. No clue how to fix it. Guess I'm no longer raiding and that if this isn't working I'm going to go buy a Dell and rage beat this piece of **bleep** in the yard. That's right. I am taking 3 years of continual frustration out with HP errors, Vista complications and overall disatisfaction.
If you can fix this problem I will offer you pictures of fluffy kittens and circus acrobats/contortionists. Now fix my ventrilo. lol

Calendar issue - whats wrong with March 2013?

I have a strange problem with Calendar on my iPad running 6.01. Everything works okay, except when I try and open March 2013 in month view - the app crashes back to the home screen
I can open February, I can open April. I can see March in the year view and I can scroll in week by week from either Feb or March. I can view days in March 2013 in day view.
However if I attempt to go to monthly view from any then it just crashes
Help?

Looked at https://discussions.apple.com/message/19765666#19765666 and it solves it.
However as April 1st is Easter Monday, the only way to do it is to unsubscribe from the UK Holidays calendar......
So still a problem

Weird Issue. Buttons Wrong. 2G

2G iPod Touch.
My son just got it for his 13th.
As soon as he opened it, I loaded some music, and he sat there and said "Something is weird"
Turns out, When you press the Volume Up button, The volume goes up, then it locks as soon as you release it, like you hit the lock button.
Strangely, the actucal lock button does the exact same thing, makes the volume go up, then locks when you release it.
You can only turn it on by hooking in a power source, holding the lock button doesn't not turn it on, but will turn it off.
Volume down button works like it should. Everything else works fine.
Anyway, brought it to the local genius bar, They thought it was very weird, and had to show everyone. They never saw anything like it.
Anyway, without hesitation, they agreed to replace it. They just didn't have one in stock.
I would guess something hardware related is goofy, but that was weird.

I was researching the issue you are describing and had a recommendation. The device is very simple, so the software troubleshooting for it is pretty limitted so I think you shoud restore the iPod shuffle and re sync the content. That way, if it is a software issue, this will fix it. Here is the article named Restoring iPod shuffle to factory settings found here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1481.
Before Starting
It is important to understand the difference between "update" and "restore." Update does not affect your settings or songs, it simply installs updated software that controls iPod shuffle. Restore erases the disk and restores iPod shuffle to its original factory condition with updated software. If you only need to update iPod shuffle, this should be done on the computer where music is normally synced. Updating on another computer will result in all songs being removed from iPod shuffle.
Warning: Because Restore erases all songs and files on iPod shuffle, make sure to back up any files you've saved on iPod shuffle. Your songs, podcasts, and audiobooks can be synced back to your iPod shuffle if the items are part of your iTunes library.
How to restore iPod shuffle
Ensure that you have an active Internet connection as new versions of iTunes and iPod Software may need to be downloaded to your computer.
Download and install the latest version of iTunes if you do not already have it installed.
Open iTunes, and then connect iPod shuffle to your computer.
After a few moments, iPod shuffle will appear in the Devices section on the left side of the Tunes window.
Select iPod shuffle under Devices and you will see information about it appear in the main iTunes window under the Summary tab/button for iPod shuffle (3rd and 4th generation) or the Settings tab/button for iPod shuffle (1st or 2nd generation).

After the restore process is complete, the iPod shuffle's status light will flash orange continuously. The iPod Setup Assistant window will appear asking you to name your iPod and choose your syncing preferences as you did when you connected your iPod shuffle for the first time.
When you come to step 7, I recommend Restore Option 4.

Having an intermittent issue where my iMac blanks out on me. On restarting I get bands running down the screen with pixels jumping around, then the white screen of death and nothing... Wouldn't restart all weekend, now fine..? any ideas whats wrong?

My iPhone 3G ¡OS 5.1.1 is always searchIng or saying no service where the signal bars are and when I try going on the Internet, send txt, email and more it say turn on your cellular data when it is on. And every now and then my phone will **** off and either cut back on, or pop up say activation required. what wrong with the phone why does it keep doing all of this and how to fix it

If you are using the iphone as designed ,then all of this is on your computer.
You should be importing all pics taken with the iphone to your computer regularly. All apps purchaqsed on the iphone should be transferred to your computer. Contacts/calendars should be synced to your computer.
Restart loses nothing.
Reset loses nothing.
Restore from backup will put everything back if you have stored it all on your computer.
Restore as new will erase everything. If you have everything stored on your computer as you should, then you can put everything back

I have my Droid Ultra set to automatically detect what time zone I am in and the current time, but the messages that I receive say that they are coming in an hour early, so it doesn't keep a chronological order to them, is there a fix to this issue??

So just like the title says, my phone is getting the received times wrong for incoming messages, this happened after I took a tip over time zones, anyone know a fix to this issue or had this happen to them?

Hello. This is my first time having to a post a problem here so I hope I'm in the right area.
Ever since I updated my Firefox to 4.0 I've been having a rather weird issue. It seems when I'm visiting multiple websites and I click a link that takes me to another page, it won't allow me to go back. As in the, the back button on Firefox gets greyed out for whatever reason. This appears to be really random and it occurs on different websites sometimes, and other times it will be fine and allow me to go back. It's really bothering me A LOT, and I'm not sure what the hell could be causing such a problem.
Perhaps someone can be of assistance on what I can do to remedy this situation if at all possible?

Weird issue with Handoff between rMBP 15" 2014 and iPhone 5

It was hard to make all the continuity stuff works, but currently the calls thought the Mac and the SMS works smoothly for me.
I just have one problem:
Handoff doesn't works from iPhone 5 to rMBP properly (the Dock icon) but from the rMBP to iPhone 5 works like a charm just when turning on the Bluetooth (as the way it supposed to be done).
I've logged out from iCloud (and that actually gave me more problems, Calls and SMS left to works, but now all is fixed) I've disabled iCloud to fix the BT issue but nothing changed.
By the way I'm not able to pair both devices with bluetooth, but I'm pretty sure that isn't needed.
I've detected what is the problem and a workaround:
I mainly have BT off in both devices, and if i turn on the rMBP and then the BT in both devices I get the problem described at the beginning... BUT if i restart the rMBP with the BT enabled then the problem is gone.. the app appears in the Dock from the iPhone without problems... as I don't like to being rebooting my Mac every time with the BT on when I want to have Handoff I just kill the process "blued" from the system monitor and all works nicely.
Another workaround (when I turn on the rMBP with the BT off) it's just having the BT settings opened, everything works well, if I close settings then Handoff stops working (yeah, weird).
I hope that could be fixed, they are minor bugs but keep being bugs.

I recommend taking some thread dumps during this delay and contacting support to get some advice.
You can take the thread dumps by kill -3, JRockit Mission Control, etc.

Hi, I came across the same problem and was not able to open any iCloud folders on Outlook, and iCloud was continusly asking to repair the iCloud Control Panel.
