Updated to Bundle 3049...and Now Can't Access my Email

I have an issue. I updated my bundle for OS 6.0 to 3049 (from 2409ish) today (Dec. 10, 2011). Since I was out and about, I updated via OTA rather than thru the comp. So far everything is A.O.K, and not haywire...sort of. Every time I try to verify my email it comes across with:
"Sorry, unable to continue your session. Please log in again.."
I have checked and double checked all of my information, and have verified thru the independant email sites that info is correct...so I know that is not the issue. I also googled the bundle update, and found someone out there has had the same issue...which Sprint has said is a BB issue, not a carrier issue. I have unlimited messages, so that also is not a problem. The person that I found who had the same issue (found on a related BB site) basically had to do a complete wipe, and then put this bundle in via computer to get the email addresses to stick.
Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you solve it? I have read of many who have had the Style having to either get new phones, or doing complete wipes to get their phone to work right...and I am hoping that is not me. I have also searched the forum here, and so far, haven't found this topic...maybe others out there have had the same thing.

Found someone with a BOLD 9650 who had the same issue, with the same update. Here is a fix that I found worked well...and I am posting in part from that one so others will know.

Select your country of choice, then go to Communicate>Email. Scroll down to Other Personal Email and click on Integrate Now, then Launch Email Setup.

I have just agreed to software updates on my imac and now can't open my mail. There is a message saying this version of mail isn't compatible with this latest software. Your reply suggests that you have moved Mail to a different location, which (as I said) will prevent it from being properly updated. You cannot use Mail 4.5 with any recent version of Mac OS X. Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion) included Mail 5 and Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) includes Mail 6. I'm assuming that you have either Lion or Mountain Lion, but if that is incorrect, you will need to provide that information.
At this point, you will need to reinstall your system. Hold down command-R at startup and reinstall the system right on top of the old one. This should not disturb any of your documents or applications, though you should have backups beforehand in case something goes wrong. And at this point, with your system in an uncertain state (I don't entirely know what you have done to it), something could go wrong.
You will also want to delete the old copy of Mail 4.5, wherever that is. You can't use it.
In the future, do not move any of the preinstalled applications. Leave them where they are. -
I updated cs6 camera raw and now can't see the camera metadata in raw that I used to and can't see it at all in photoshop. can this be fixed?

I did an IOS software update on my iphone and now I have lost all email, notes, texts and apps from the iphone. I tried to do a restore but to no avail. Help

I I have changed my email address so I changed my Apple ID and password. Just realised haven't changed icloud details and now can't access as don't know password or security questions. Want to delete and set up on new Apple ID. Help please???
In order to change the iCloud ID on your device you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

i have totallymessed up outlook on my ipad, attempted to change password, and then couldn't send email and now can't access at all. can i reload "clean" new version and start all over?
Settings>Mail, contacts, calendars>Your email account name>Delete Account. A window will popu after you select your email account in the settings and there is a large red Delete Button at the bottom of the window.
Settings>Mail, contacts, calendars>Add account. Tap on Add account and start entering your email account details again. If your email account doesn't fit one the per installed accounts in there, tap on Other - and add your account in there.
I would restart the iPad after you delete the email account, just to be starting "fresh" again.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button -

Hi guys, I hope you help me.. I have no wifi and want to go back from mavericks to lion but erase disc and now can't access disc utility because internet recovery is poping out? what shall i do?
Problem is that my wifi does not work.. im using usb dongle.. My screen was broken and i replace it with 2010 model which suppose to be compatibile with my 2011. Is there a way I can access utility disc and not going itno internet recovery mode?

Windows 8 Upgrade and now can't access ICloud contacts or calendar
I just updated to Windows 8 and now I can't access my ICloud contacts or calendar in Outlook. Tells me "The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened. Any suggestions or fixes?
Try temporarily recreating the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then use the password for your current ID to sign out of the account on your Mac (even if it prompts you for the password for the old ID). If you can sign out, choose Delete at all of the prompts (your data will still be in iCloud), then go back and change your ID back to the new email address again and sign in with it on your Mac.

I installed the updates that iTunes has been bugging me to install for a long time now and now I can't access iTunes at all.
Also, my mac is now extremely slow in opening other programs.
