Updating ADC register

Hi There,
From my previous posts, you might know that I am quite regular in this forum. I have managed to solve the problems I encountered with your help. Now Im clueless about what is wrong with my code.
Basically, I am writing a certain data (16 bits long) to an ADC (AD7490) on every -ve clock pulse. But before I write which analog address to choose from, I need to write a dummy cycle to the ADC to set it up properly. this is followed by writing setup data which has the required channel to be selected. I managed to do both of it and I can read the data from the ADC.
But this is only happening once. what I mean is that after I write the particular address of the analog source at the time of SETUP, the ADC is not outputing the correct data when I write another address to it in the same manner as I wrote the initial address. I even scoped the DAQmx pins and saw that the data is written on the correct clock edge and LOAD signals.
why could this be happening? If I write the new address to the initialization case, the ADC will output data from the new address. but I cannot update the readings from another one if I want to.
can you help me out here please.

I have a regsiter in my ODS, but when his status change in r/3 i have to update the register. When i load the delta it send's me a mistake that i have duplicate registers. How can I avoid thsi mistake instead to update the status, and how do i make the the update to the infocube that feeds the ODS in order that this update can be seen in the cube

That's why it's failing when you're trying to load a record with the same key...
If you want to reflect the changes, uncheck this property in the ODS and make sure you assign ' ' (New Image) to 0RECORDMODE in your Transfer Rules... That way you'll be able to catch the changes without that error...

Movement type for updating RG1 register.

i want to transfer material from "Returned Blocked stock" to "Unrestricted stock"(Storage location X to Storage location Y)
Storage location X :-For Returned from customer Blocked Stock
to Storage location Y:- For Unrestricted Stock
what is the movement type which will update RG1 register? while transferring stock from storage location to storage location.

Go to logestic general-tax on goods movement-India- Buisiness transaction - specify which movement type involves excise invoice. Here for 311 or 313/315 movement type select update RG1 register.

We have transffering the the material from one plant to another plant with movement type 301 (finished product). Now want to update RG1 register.
How to update RG1 Regsiter , and in which plant (receiving plant or issuing plant).... please can you expain me updation of RG1 updation in receipt and issue . (what are the calssification and in which scenario)

Solution: Receive the Goods with Production order with movement type 101, through J1I5 update Register with classification "RMA" now FG stock increases in A Plant.
Now thorugh STO single step move the material from Plant A to Plant B and Update RG1 register in plant B with Classification "RMA" and Issue the material from plant B with help of sales order and update the RG1 register in Plant B with Classification "IDH" with excise duty.
please confirm is this correct?

Updating a register and print only the updated portion

Hi,
I have a scenario where I need to update a register. The register is a pdf form (Acro Form) and I am updating it via a swing application that I have developed.
When I first create the register, the user will print it and file it for his records. Subsequently, the user might need to update the register. I fill up more fields programmatically on the pdf and now when he prints it, he will supply the already the existent register sheet that he had printed and filed earlier, to the printer, and only the line that was updated should be printed on the correct slot.
Is this possible in java? I don't mind replacing the pdf with say an excel sheet or html if that can solve this problem.
Can anyone provide me with any links that I can read up on for this?

Hi,
No I cannot expect the clients to have that sort of a printer, unfortunately. A thought struck me yesterday, I am basically using a pdf that has fillable fields (Acro Forms). This I am programtically filling in JAVA. That is simple enough to do using the itext library.
Initially, the first time I print that sheet, I am basically printing a table. What if I have 2 sets of this pdf, once that has the table border, header, etc and the other pdf will only have the form textfields. The textfields in the second pdf will be in the same position and have the same dimension as the original. Only that the second pdf will be devoid of all other printable characters like table borders, etc and will only have the text fields. I will now populate only the form fields that pertain to the entries that need to be added, so that only that gets printed out.
Since its a pdf, the specification says it looks exactly like how its going get printed. So I am guessing, this should work. If I make the textfield dimension a bit bigger, so that even if the printer during feeding doesn't align it perfectly, it wouldn't be too bad. Again, if the user feeds it incorrectly, nothing can be done about it. He will need to issue a fresh print of the sheet.
Any thoughts on this? Its a bit tedious to do.. but what the hell.. give it a shot?

against a raw material, i have done a PO and MIGO, did capture n posting EI w.r.t. PO.
now i am trying to update the register RG23 A part 1 with J1I5, gave plant, Excise grp, and Doc date, Posting date. Classification ROP. According to me, my all data, n configuration is correct.
but i am getting message that List contains no data. i am able to do Extraction n print. then why not updation?

The message is correct. You can only register a product once... there is no need to register again after you do it the first time. You can re-install and activate with the serial number, but there is no need to re-register.

Acrobat XI installed and runs but cannot update or register?

If I open acrobat 11.0 and click on Help before I open a file, there is no choice of Product Registration.
If I open a file, and click on Help, there is a choice for Product Registration, but it is transparent and cannot be selected.
If I close that file but keep Acrobat open, a large dialogue box will pop-up asking me to register, and when I proceed, and after about 2-3 minutes, I receive another pop-up saying to check my connection and retry. I can
retry over and stay in this loop. But when I close the registration pop-up and go back to Acrobat, the Product Registration selection under Help is no longer transparent, and I can select it. But when I do the Registration dialogue box returns, and when I proceed, I get the same no connection-retry pop-up and the loop continues.
In fact, I have done just now, what I describe in the sentence above, in the time between what I typed above and what I am typing now in my open browser window.
If I click on Help and select Adobe Help, a new tab opens in my browser showing Acrobat's Help page, as it did, just before I typed this sentence.
If I click on Help and select Online Support, and then select Knowledge Base, it takes me to a new tab in my browser which is the same web page as I get when I press F1.
I have selected 'Repair Acrobat Installation' from the Help menu twice and gone through the process with no change in outcome.
If I click on Help and select Check for Updates, it seems to be updating, then stops the process, and I get the Registration pop-up, and the same thing.
This seems entirely bizarre.
What do you think?

We are creating proforma invoice for a Stock Transport Order.
There we are facing a problem in "Proforma Register (J2I9)".
Upto excise invoice, there is no problem. While we are checking the "Proforma Register (J2I9)" it shows less quantity than the excise invoice.
For example, if the excise invoice quantity is 1000 no's means, in the proforma register it shows 800 no's only. But there is no problem in the Amount. It shows the full amount of excise invoice.
Kindly suggest your ideas.

Solaris 10 u9 x86 Cannot update or register system.

I'm having and issue where I can not get updates/patches via smpatch or updatemanager on my workstation.
I've recently upgraded (not replaced) the system to Solaris 10 u9.
I've tried to re-register the system however, it keeps prompting for a proxy to access the internet. There is no proxy needed.
I've read other posts and found the suc.sh tool which I've run - see below.
If anyone has any suggestions besides re-building the workstation please let me know.

1) when i am going to J1i5 transaction, to see the RG1 and RG23 Part 1details, i am not getting any thing under the screen.
i did so many G/R with Excise and in register RG23A Part-1 and Part -2 getting Update.
2) When i am capturing Excise invoice without reference to P.O in J1IEX, that time " Available Credit quantity 1.000,000 is different from the defaulted 0,000" this Warning message is coming, but when i am trying to Simulate "NO CENVAT AMOUNT TO BE POSTED" and "NO CENVAT AMOUNT TO BE REVERSED" message is coming.
Can anybody tell me why exactly this message is coming in J1IEX or how can i upload CENVAT amount.

-- J1I5 transaction is used for manual updation of Part 1 Registers. As you are updating Part I & II during GR (MIGO) , you wont get this transactions in J1I5.If you select the option capture Excise invoice in MIGO , this will lead to only capturing of excise invoice & you will have to update the Part I register through J1I5 & post the part II entries through J1IEX.

For capturing Excise invoice without reference to PO , you will have to enter the values for BED , ECS & SECS manually in the "Duty Values" tab at the item level.Once you have maintained this try simulating and post the document.

Tab 2 with latest updates = Square Register doesn't work

I have just bought a Tab 2 A 10-70 and installed the latest updates for Lollipop. When I try to swipe a card on Register it doesn't allow it. It states an error, Unable to Swipe, for the card swipe, and closes Register, but also says I need to uninstall and reinstall Register. I have attempted this many times on other devices, Samsung S4 and S6, and they work with no problems. I have also tried swiping on the Tab 2 with my eyes closed and nothing. Is there anyway I can get this to function properly?

I think I have this figured out. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab A at Target for $50 more. It has better software and I know it will work with Square and PayPal. I'm returning this tablet, as the support for these devices is far from acceptable. I base that on the numerous replies I've received so far, and the issues other users are having with this tablet, as it was sold and upgraded with a ton of un-tested features with unresolved bugs. Update Not Registering

Has anyone else run into these two strange issues?
1. Software Update keeps telling me that Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update 4.09 needs to be done, which I did do. However, it still shows as a new update even though Updates Installed in the Last 30 Days clearly shows it as having been installed. This is also happening on my wife's MacBook Pro except it's the iMovie Update that never goes away after having been installed.
2. I don't know how installing Mavericks could possibly have impacted this but, Entourage 2008 when launched, now pops up with a new mail window as if I had clicked New Message. No preferences were touched before installing Mavericks.
Any ideas for solving these two issues?

If you open Entourage from the Applications folder vs the Dock this does not happen. Also if you create a Decktop alias from the Application folder it does not happen. Why it happens only from the Dock is the question we are looking for an answer to.
