I am a creative cloud subscriber, how do I upgrade my business Catalyst from basic (100mb disc space) to more disc space , for my wesites

Upgrade Business Catalyst subscription with Creative Cloud?

Im very interested in the Creative Cloud Suite as a current CS(1 - 5.5) buyer but the 5 Basic sites that Business Catalyst comes with what/where are the options to upgrade to lets say webMarketing subscription? Is there a pricelist that explains how i can customize my Creative Cloud Suite with BC?

They are basic 5 and soon you will be able to upgrade them but you do not get a discount, you will have to pay full price listed. More Info Here:

Upgrade Business Catalyst

I have a Creative Cloud Subscription. I have created a website in Muse and have published it in Business Catalyst but I would like to add Business Catalyst CMS functions like a Blog and a Sign-up form which I don't seem to be able to do with WebBasics. How do I upgrade my subscription to get these features?

Cannot start Business Catalyst from Dreamweaver CS 6.

I have a x64 Windows 7 operating system and have CS6 Dreamweaver installed. I have the Master collection and have a subscription to the creative cloud. When I click under Site - "New" Business Catalyst Site.... A dialogue box opens up that says Business Catalyst on the title bar but the box is white and then disappears. On the right side where it has the Business Catalyst tab that says "Login" and the button does nothing. No response at all. If I select Site -> Manage Sites and select either Import Business Catalyst Site or New Business Catalyst Site the

Everything else works (I can log in to the Phone Gap service), but anything related to BC will not work at all. If I login using Muse all is ok. Muse is on same machine as dreamweaver CS6 .On another windows 7 machine using dreamweaver cs5.5 I can log in to BC just fine. Just from dreamweaver CS6 I have this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

You say "once you subscribed ...."
Does that mean you had the DW stand alone from Master collection installed then subscribed to the cloud?
If so, you may be experiencing a conflict in registered users. Is your DW registered to the same Adobe ID of your Business Catalyst stuff?
Just trying to eliminate possible causes.

Transfer domain to Business Catalyst from another host

I have redesigned my first website in Muse and want to host it on Business Catalyst. My client is currently using another host. How difficult is it to make the transfer using the existing domain?

Switching to Business Catalyst from Shopify

Hi, I currently have a shopify site here. But, after seeing Business Catalyst through a friend of mine who uses it I want to change over. However, I really don't want to change the look and feel to much. Would it be possible somehow in keeping the look and feel if I make a change over to Business Catalyst?
Any help would be appreciated.

Someone who's familiar with HTML/CSS and Business Catalyst would have to convert it. You can retain a lot of the same styles as you had before but you'd have to update new BC layouts and templates to replicate the markup on your site so the content is styled appropriately.
It looks like you are using Paypal and your categories and products aren't too complicated so it would probably fit like a glove. It's very easy to add/update a BC site once it's been designed by a web designer but to port your site over will require someone who's very familiar with web authoring. Look to your BC partner for help here if you have one.

Only custom web forms in BC have an ajax / json response request, that will not work with the login form and some others in BC.
You will need to do your own ajax request but then you will not issues about the cross domain etc. You need to look at how the BC login works, your refresh and how to address that. (Its more complicated then you think)

Remove "My Adobe Partner and Business Catalyst" from Campaign email footer

My campaign emails all go out with "My Adobe Partner and Business Catalyst" at the bottom of each email.
I don't want this. Can you tell me how to remove it please.

Are you a BC partner and have a partner portal? Go to your settings and you set your own info or place blank characters to have it blank. Otherwise you cant.

Business Catalyst Templates from Muse

Hey there,
I'm hoping someone can help me out!
Maybe i'm misunderstanding how BC and Muse are tied together, a website just fell in my lap recently. I'm trying to figure out what in Muse is telling Business Catalyst to generate a template for it.
I have many templates inside Muse but only a couple of them are being generated inside of Business Catalyst.
Basically, if I was to make a new template in Muse, how would I tell BC that I want it to be a template I can use there as well?

Hi Dawn,
Make sure that you insert the {tag_pagecontent} using the 'object -> insert html' option and not insert this tag on a master page, instead insert it on a web page.

Unable to sign in to Business Catalyst

I bought a yearly subscription a week ago but my account doesn´t seem to be linked to Buisness Catalyst. In my "files" page I only see that "In the full Creative Cloud membership includes host function for up to 5 sites".
I also tried to login to Business Catalyst from adobe.com but it doesn´t work. What could be wrong?

Hi Anders,
For the free accounts you create your free WebBasics sites directly in Dreamweaver or Muse. Once you create them in DW or Muse they will be listed in your Creative Cloud tools.

Please provide more information on the issue. What is the exact error message that you get when you try to publish a site from Muse? Also, if you go to Edit -> Preferences in Muse, what is the email address that you see in the "publish with account" section? Is that the same email address that you used to subscribe to cloud?
As for being able to login to Business Catalyst (or mainly to the admin console of your site), you will only be able to do that once you publish a site to Business Catalyst from Muse or Dreamweaver, because only after you do that, a free partner account will be created with the email address that you used to subscribe to cloud with.

Purchase additional Business Catalyst domains

I don't want to use one of my free domains through cc. I would like the client to pay for his own, but when I try to launch the site, I don't seem to have that option.

By domains I will assume you mean hosting? CC and business Catalyst doesn't give out or sell domain names. You get five free hosting with BC. You still have to use your own domain names (www.yourdomain.com) purchased elsewhere.
You certainly can set it up so that your client is on a paid account rather than using one of your five free ones. Log into the site admin (your site.businesscatalyst.com/admin) then go to site settings and click on Upgrade. You can then choose the paid plan you wish to have your client on.

Upgrade from Creative Cloud free site to business catalyst paid site

Hi there,
I am trying to upgrade from a free creative cloud site to BC Marketing
How do I "claim the site as a free Creative Cloud site first, before the additional upgrade options will be present."
When I Log into the admin console of my site > Site Settings > Site Management, the option to upgrade the site to a higher plan doesn't present.
