Upgrade Trial To Paid

I have a paid version of Lightroom 2.0 coming in the mail in a few days. If I download and install the 2.6 version now will there be a problem converting it to a paid version when I get the DVD? I've read of some having headaches doing that with some of the other Adobe programs like Photoshop and others. Right now I'm using PS Elements 6 (Mac) and Bridge CS3 (not trial versions).

No problem at all. Install 2.6 now, and when you get the CD in the mail, just use the enclosed serial number to activate your installed 2.6. Under no circumstances install off the CD. That can only mess you up.

Upgrading from trial to paid

Hi,
I just upgraded from trial to paid (final cut pro x)
I thought it would just unlock the trial version, but instead it started downloading the 1.51 GB file again
(I clicked the buy button from the trial, it appeared to try to open the app store, but didn't,
so I opened it, searched and bought)
My questions are:
1) Is there some way to just update the trial so I don't have to wait for this download
2) Biggest one, is wil my files from the trial be accessible?
I had 2 projects I put a lot of time into in there

Your existing Projects and Events will still be there when the paid version is installed and you can carry on editing them if you wish.
As far as I know, you have to wait for it to reinstall - which is curious because Apple claim the versions are identical.

Look at the bright side, only iOS 5.1.1 and earlier had the older Google Maps App that I find easier to read on the traffic. It does mean a lot of Apps you can't update, so be careful. I'm in the same boat.

It's usually best to fix any problems before upgrading, unless you know for sure the upgrade will fix them. Without knowing what the problems are, we can't really help.
And you can't restore many individual apps successfully. See [Transferring Applications|http://web.me.com/pondini/AppleTips/TransferApps.html].
But as Clio1 says, you can install Snow Leopard; that will delete Leopard entirely, so you might see an improvement, but I wouldn't count on it: things might get worse, especially if you have some apps that aren't compatible with Snow Leopard.

Hi narong, I was no able to find any record with the order number provided.Please let me know from where did you purchase the software, what software you purchased, and if it's an upgrade order did you own any previous qualifying version?If Yes, Make sure you have the old serial number handy in order to activate the upgrade software.Also let me know the exact error message you get.

When we try to push our site live, it says we have a trial account and need to upgrade to a paid account. We already have a paid account!

What do we need to do to have it "see us" as a paid account?

Please check one more fat.
Please go to Muse preference and check which account is selected for "Publish with Account" if its not the correct email please change it to the correct one from the drop down.
Here is the way to reach there
MAC: Click on Adobe Muse CC Next to apple icon and select Preferences from the drop down (Make sure Muse is launched)
Windows: Click on Edit > Preference
If this is also correct then I would need to check your ID. For that we need to wait for Monday.
Also keep me posted about the steps i mentioned above and if possible try to share the error screenshot when you try to Publish the site.
(also make sure you have upto date version of creative cloud to check that please launch Creative cloud application > Sign out and sign in again. If its not up to date you will be prompted to upgrade it.) To sign out of creative cloud click on Gear icon at the top right > Preferences > Accounts> Sign Out of Creative cloud

The issue was I mistook what I was buying – I may not have bought the product had I known the real cost – I had to buy the basic version to upgrade to pro – that was very deceptive – in the trial that wasn’t made clear

I have downloaded the free 30 day trail of CC now I am trying to purchase the membership and the page will not open when clicking join or when I go through the Adobe website.

till you find out the cause of non-function you could use Explore Adobe desktop apps | Adobe Creative Cloud and load it down from there, because your 30 day trial ends without any consequences. Or use this way (I quote: Simply select Download from the Delivery Method pull-down menu on the Adobe Store page. And if necessary: When your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a product serial number via email that allows you to easily convert your trial version without reinstalling the software. Enter the serial number in the Software Setup screen within your trial product and follow the prompts to complete the process.)

At the same time, Creative Cloud "needs an update". However, when it gets to be about 85% through the update, it stops to say that it needs "admin approval".

How do I transfer files I created during free trial to paid subscription?

I created several documents in FormsCentral using the free trial and now I just upgraded to the monthly paid subscription. When I go back into FormsCentral and try to add features to the documents that I created during my free trial, it tells me to upgrade my subscription. So it's not recognizing that I've upgraded. Do I need to transfer the files over somehow? I hope that I am not going to lose all the work I did in creating these documents during my free trial. Thanks for your help.

Upgrade trial version using code from purchased discs?

I recently purchased the adobe photoshop elements 12 & adobe premiere elements 12 package. When I tried to load the software onto my computer, it wouldn't work. I purchased the software from Amazon and they suggested (before returning the software) that I try downloading the trial versions and use the code from my discs to upgrade to the full version. Is this possible?

Upgrade Trial Version - serial numbers??

My Lightroom 5 trial ran out, so I marked the BUYoption when launching, and was sent to adobe where I bought a Lightroom upgrade. I downloaded and installed exactly as it said in the receipt email. But when trying to launch Lightroom I am asked for two serial numbers, the new one, which I have, and the number for the previous version. But I can't seem to find a serial number for my trial version anywhere? Does anyone have an idea on where to look or what to do? Thank You:)

There is no serial number for a trial version. You've apparently purchased an upgrade copy of LR5, which you should only do if you already have an earlier version (e.g. LR4). That's what you're being asked for - the serial number from the previously purchased copy. If you don't have an earlier version then its just not going to work...
You'll need to contact Adobe customer services to sort this out and have to pay for the full version, not the cheaper upgrade version.

Upgrade trial site from webBasics+ to webMarketing

I setup a webBasics+ trial site for a client. Now he wants more features, but they are only available if I upgrade to the webMarketing plan. Can I upgrade a trial site or do I have to delete and start over? I can’t seem to find any info on this subject.

Yes, that's my understanding too.
I haven't tried this before, but could you use the Create Site option in the Partner Portal which sets up a webCommerce 5 site; and choose the option to replicate from the existing trial site?
When you're ready to put the site live, you can opt to down-grade it to a webMarketing.
Only danger would be that you'd need to ensure you don't adopt any webCommerce elements (e.g. Web Apps, eCommerce) during the development.
Has anyone else ever done this?
