  • Replicating Service contracts and Service orders from ECC 6.0 to CRM 2007

    Hi CRM Gurus,
How can we replicate Service contracts and Service orders from ECC 6.0 and CRM 2007. Any pointers to do this?
    Please let me know.
    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Vinay,
I dont think you need any Middleware adaptor objects for CRM Request download .
You need to create a request in CRM using R3AR2 . Here you need to provide the R/3 table name and field name to download the service document along with Document ID
You can monitor your request download in txn R3AR4.
But as MCG rightly told , you should have done all requried customized settigns before downloading service documents .

  • Contracts and sales agreements.

    Hello All,
I just want to understand what is sales contract and sales agreement.
How we can set up these in ECC and CRM.
How we can download these from ECC to CRM.
    Please help me.
    Thanks and Regards
    shanto aloor

    Hi Shanto,
See documentation http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm70/helpdata/en/46/377a08b2ea4bee8eb9f47e5c067064/frameset.htm for details on difference between contract and sales agreement - basically sales agreement doesnt have a quantity or value whereas contract do. Agreements are mainly for pricing terms.
There are standard transaction types for  these WK1 WV in ERP and CRM.
SALESCONTRACT is the adapter object used to download these - just make sure the filter allows the download and then they will be automatically replicated to CRM during create. An initial load must have been executed first for sales transaction so that the delta load happens automatically.

  • Downloading MA, Contract and Attachments data from CLM

    Hi,
Can someone please let me know how to download MA, Contracts and attachment data from SAP CLM? Meaning, contracts created in CLM needs to be treated as legacy data and then uploaded into another system. I understand that the Search Master agreement report and Sub Agreement report can pull any field level data from the MA and SA. But how does one download data from Contracts UI and Attachments?
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thank you,
    Vikram

    Hi Vikram,
If I can get you exactly you are talking about downloading data,
You can go for 'search all Master agreements' or 'Search all MA and Contract Documents'click on excel/pdf icon mentioned at top right corner and download it.
To Download specific Contract you go for 'Search master Agreements and Contract doucuments' click on specific CD and it will be auto downloaded.
The other way is exporting oma files, which is done in setup>system setting>export, go for options, data set/single object and export it.
Other way you can do via Workbook process which is a bit lengthy one.

  • I'm looking for an app that will allow me to upload my contracts and forms to my iPad, fill in a customer's personal information, sign them, save them and email them.

I'm looking for an app that will allow me to upload my contracts and forms to my iPad, fill in a customer's personal information, sign them, save them and email them.  I looked at easySign, Filemaker, FM Touch, Sign Docs, Zosh, Exzact, Mi-Co

FormConnect (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/formconnect/id432653695?mt=8&ls=1) can handle the filling out, signing, saving and emailing the contracts/forms but uploading the contract and the form is going to be a challenge because you’re dealing with paper documents that have to be scanned.  If you can convert the scanned documents into an OCR program, you might be able to copy and paste the contract without having to retype it but the form itself is probably going to have to be recreated.  Alternatively, you could use a document annotation program such as iAnnotate and mark up the contract with ink.

  • BI process has gotten stuck and the data from CRM hasn't gotten updated

hai friends am working for BI in CRM....
BI process has gotten stuck and the data from CRM hasn't gotten updated in the BI cubes.
can any one help me to solve this issue???
WHAT MAY BE THE PROBLEM AND WHAT WILL BE THE SOLUTION???
IS THERE I NEED TO RESTART THE PROCESS CHAINS OR WHAT?

Is it already scheduled for a daily run or manually you are running the process chain?
If its manually running then you can select your process chain, and then right click on the start process --> Maintain variant --> Scheduling --> in the scheduler screen , you can click on the Immediate, save the changes and save in the next screen, once it comes back in the main screen, you have a scheduling Icon (Clock idoc). Click on it. Once done then it will be oK.
Or firs the process only failed, then you can right click on the failed process and then choose "Repeat" option to repeat the  process.
Also you can check the source system connection is fine or not? RSa1 --> Source system --> CHECK

  • Category Contract and Pricing

    Hello,
I am in the development phase on a SRM project using SRM 5.0 EXC Self Service. I am struggeling with contracts and pricing.
We have set up a contract with a discount of 20% on the product group (as we do not use products, only descriptions) "office supplies".
When I create a shopping cart for an item I enter description, quantity, price and category. When I press add to shopping cart, my price disappears. When I go to source of supply, I can see my contract, but it also say price is 0 here.
I expected that when I entered my price, it would deduct 20% of it and not set it to zero.
Can someone please enlighten me about this?

    Hello Atul,
    Thank you for your reply.
I am a bit new to contracts, but what I want to set up is that I want ie. 20% off on all products belonging to product catetegory 002. Due to that, I enter an item in my contract with item category "product category", target value and discount.
As this is valid for a product category, I cannot enter a base price in the contract?

  • Regarding : Contracts and Scheduling Agreements

    Hi All SAP Proffessionals,
Can anybody tell me what do we mean by Contracts/Scheduling Agreements?

    Hi Mahesh,
A contract is a type of outline purchase agreement against which release orders (releases) can be issued for agreed materials or services as and when required during a certain overall time-frame.
    Contracts are of two types:
    1. Quantity contracts - Use this type of contract if the total quantity to be ordered during the validity period of the contract is
    known in advance.
    2. Value contracts - Use this type of contract if the total value of all release orders issued against the contract is not to exceed a certain predefined value.
But a scheduling agreement is a  form of outline purchase agreement under which materials are procured on predetermined dates within a certain time period.  A scheduling agreement consists of a number of items, for each of which a procurement type is defined. The
The following are the procurement types:
    - Standard
    - Subcontracting
    - Consignment
    - Stock transfer
Delivery of the total quantity of material specified in a scheduling agreement item is spread over a certain period in a delivery schedule, consisting of lines indicating the individual quantities with their corresponding planned delivery dates.
Contracts and Scheduling Agreement transaction codes:
    Transaction codes:
    Contracts: ME31K to ME35K
    Scheduling agreements: ME31L to ME35L.
    Please award if helps!

  • Value contract and pricing procedure.

    HI All,
I am working on value contracts. I have configured value contract and other related things. But I have some querries:-
    1) Can I use standard order as release order for value contract?
    2) Do I need to create a different pricing procedure for value contract?  If Yes  wont it conflict with the pricing procedure determined in the relaese orders?
    Kindly guide.
    Regards,
    Danny.

1)Can I use standard order as release order for value contract?
Ans: If you use the standard order as the release order document type, how would your restrict a particular customer for the orders (release)
For example: you have something as FOC value Contract.
Now when you can create a standard order same as the release order , how will you restrict the users from creation of orders for a particular customer.
    2) Do I need to create a different pricing procedure for value contract? If Yes wont it conflict with the pricing procedure determined in the relaese orders?
Ans: To explain the q1 better , take the example of FOC value Contract( Free of costs)
Say : you business offers free products to customers.
Now the release order will can have a different pricing procedure than the Standard.
The difference would only be a R100 condition type which will make the price as Zero but the taxes will be applicable.
This explains why you should have a different order type for release orders.

  • Replication of BP and Sales order from CRM to R/3

    Hello everyone,
I have a peculiar condition in my hands. The requirement is to replicate 10 business partners from crm to R/3 ,then the next 4 Business partners need not be replicated and then the next three replicated..How do we do this kind of replication....
One thing more regarding the replication of sales order. When we save a sales order in CRM,is it automatically replicated to R/3 or do we need to release it manually??
If yes, then if we do not want to replicate the sales order from crm to R/3,then what will we do?
Consider that all the middleware settings are configured and working fine..
    Puneet

    Hi Bokhal,
Please consider my answer from your recent thread dealing with apparently the same issue :
    Hi Bhokal,
For filters in uploads please consider below:
For Filtering the BP-upload, use the Administration Console
(tx. SMOEAC) in the corresponding subscription of the "All Business
Partners (MESG)" publication assigned to the R/3 site.
Some publications (and the replication objects they are based on) are
delivered as type "Simple bulk" which does not give you the opportunity
to assign criteria values for filtering.
You might have to re-create the publication. To do that:
    1) First delete the subscriptions "All Business Partners (MESG)" and its
    publications & the replication object.
    2) Recreate the replication object as type "Simple intelligent".
    3) Afterwards you can create a new publication via wizard of type
"Simple intelligent (msg)" assigned to the BDOC-Type BUPA_MAIN. Then,
you will be able to select some "filter criteria".
The reason for deleting the "old" publication is, that you
are not allowed to assign a BDOC-Type to more than one publication.
    4) But please keep in mind that there is no realignment supported. So
you should only use fields for filtering, which cannot be changed
    afterwards.
This is the "simple" solution for filtering on fields. This
will not provide complex filter criteria.
If you need this, you shall create a filter function in R/3- and/or
    CRM-Inbound and -outbound.
If you want to keep the control about the upload trigger, you can add an
additional module in transaction CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU, position > 200000.
BUPA_MWX_BDOC_BPS_FILL_CENTRAL. Within this new module, you can delete
all partners within the complex structure that you don't want to upload.
Hoping that above will be helpful.
    Best regards

  • The uses of PO - Contract and Schedule Agreements

    Dear friends !
does anyone knows the differences between
    1 - PO
    2 - Contract
    3 - Sched.Agreement
The integration  with MRP and other modules  ?
We need this to start an study on use this documents in our enterprise.
    best regards
    Ale

PO is a it's a legal purchasing document used for procuring goods/services from Vendor..
there are various account assignments & Item catogeroies
combinations for which you can procure..
Contract:- It is called outline agreement and used for procurement for longer duration, as it provides you to get discounts based on your requirement.
Sched.Agreement: It is also called outline agreement, used for for procurement for longer duration on specified delivery periods..
The diff between Contract & SA is that ,
for Contract there is no specified time.. we give only period..
ex: I say I need 100 tons of steel from period 01/01/2008 to 31/12/2008..
I may procure the steel as and when required or I may procure
the total Qty of steel on 31/12/2008.
But the SA will have diff schedules for delivery of the material..
we will define the dates & time at which the material needs to be delivered in the SA itself...
The integration with MRP and other modules ?
MRP is an integration between PP & MM

  • Diff btwn contracts and scheduling agreements????

    hi buddies.....
i have facing this question in lot of interviews but cant able to answer properly....
plz gimme some interview point of view answers...
    thanks in advance...
    venkatesh.v

Outline agreements in procurement can be 2 types:
    Contracts or Scheduling agreements.
Contract is where you have a contract with the vendor, may be a for a predetermined quantity or predefined value. So everytime you need the matl, you need to make PO ref the contract asking for the delivery of the matl. In such instance when PO is ref with contract its called contract release orders or call off orders.
Scheduling agreement is a long term purchase agreement, where you will keep issuing the delivery schedules whenever there is a change in requirement or at predetermined time intervals. The delivery schedule can be on hour/daily/weekly/monthly basis. But it will contain different zones viz. firm/tradeoff/Forecast. Firm zone schedules are confirmed requirement and need to be taken by ordered party. Tradeoff zone requirement is to purchase the raw materails and ordering party is liable to pay raw material cost, in case of requirement cancellation. Forecast zone requirement is to help the vendor to plan his requirements.
SA is also an agreement with the vendor for the supply of matl, may be a quanity or value. The delivery dates will be maintained in ME38 ref the SA which are called delivery schedules. So you can maintain the delivery schedule and communicate the vendor on Forecase basis or JIT basis. And when you need some more matl then will only create SA deliveries using ME38. SA could be of 2 types:- without release documentation-system will transmit the delivery info to the vendor once you save the document.
With release documentation- after creating the delivery schedules you need to create SA release using ME84.
The main difference between contract and SA is volume of docs generated would be higher in contract since everytime you need to make a PO ref the contract and its time consuming, whereas SA can be integrated with MRP such that it automatically creates delivery schedules during MRP run provided if there is a requirement to the matl.
