URGENT: MY BILL PAYMENT IS NOT WORKING

I just tried paying my phone bill some 5 times, and it is not working. I called up my bank and they said that verizon is charging me for a bill of zero dollars, instead of the actual amount - so something must be wrong with your systems. Could you please look into this and fix it quickly?
I also tried calling you customer support number and it was horrible - I couldnt reach anyone and they kept asking for sensitive information that was totally unnecessary. Please update your customer support services.

there are multiple ways of making payments, the easiest is online through my verizon, if you dont have an accout you can set it up right from verizonwireless.com also you can go to any verizon direct retail store and make the payment. dialing #786 to the automated system. also when you call customer service they will need you first and last name and the last four of your social or a billing account password you have created. this is for your own security purposes. you can have customer care transfer you to financial services and make the payment there, or if you request they can have one of their supervisors take the payment just tell them the the automated system wasent letting you take the payment

We have a commission wagetype which we entered in IT 2010 in Number/Unit field.
Since we don't have premium id available, we used "Valuation Basis for Different Payment (BWGRL)" to enter the RATE.
This RATE is not working during our payroll run, however when we are using the wagetype with premium ID it is working fine.
My question is- What could be the reason that the Valuation Basis for different payment is not working ?
I checked the wagetype in V_512W_B table and it has the following configuration-
Current wage type
Valuation Basis = BLANK
Statement/WT = BLANK
%Rate = 100
1st derived wage type
Valuation Basis = BLANK
Statement/WT = BLANK
%Rate = BLANK
2nd derived wage type
Valuation Basis = BLANK
Statement/WT = BLANK
%Rate = BLANK

I think in your case for commision wagetype you need to modify rule $930 to process the override rate from Infotype 2010 BWGRL field in case you are using the US standard schema.
The valuation basis table V_512W_D and rule $930 together will determine the valuation basis.
The default valuation basis comes from table V_512W_D.In case you want to override the valuation basis rate defined in this table,you need to maintain override rate in It2010 and accordingly have the logic defined in rule $930 for that particular wagetype .
Following is the sample rule definition for a similar scenario.

Qualifier Attribute bill to is not working in iStore

for the modifier i have entered a list qualifier as Customer "bill to" it is working in applications but in istore it is showing discount after checkout was done. is this qualifier attribute will not support at catalog and cart level or it is checking for the bill to is same as defined in the list qualifier.

I know for a fact that at catalog level advanced pricing will not apply the pricing modifiers to the item price. The cart level pricing depends on the kind of qualifier, since your qualifier is of type bill-to, the cart / quote will not qualify for the cart unless you have your bill to address selected on the cart which is typically the page after checkout.
Assuming you navigated upto checkout and every modifier is applied, if you navigate back to the cart, advanced pricing reprises the cart to bring the latest and greatest prices.
Feel free to let me know if you need more clarification on this one.

Payment Gateway Not Working

I have been trying to test a credit card transaction having set the payment gateway to process offline and using the Visa 4111111111111111...the system keeps informing me this in invaild. My understanding is this and other numbers are defined for testing. Is there something I am missing ?
The client and I would like to run some test transactions before going live. Also the client would like the pdfs generated with the cc numbers to go a hotmail account is this advisable?

Hi,
This might not work or only work using the "test gateway" option.
Instead we actually recommend using a live gateway and card but conducting a "1 cent" order to get a true result when testing transactions.

Urgent help - MUSE email form not working - PLEASE HELP

HI to all!!
I'm having a big issue here with Adobe Muse cc 7.0
I have my personal domain www.shepherdtextiles.com
and third party host (here in China which is 72e.net (and yes, got all php and so on requirements Adobe Muse needs)
I follow carefully all steps to add a simple contact form, adding first [email protected] and changing it to my personal hotmail when I saw it wasn't working to try if with hotmail could work, but didn't.
I have checked the Muse PHP Diagnostics and as you can see the mail one failed.....
I used first the simple contact form that comes with Muse and later I used one from museresources.com but none of them seemed to work
I'm just guessing that something is not well setup on my server because I just follow all steps Adobe mentioned and I watched many videos where people do it very simple.
The error I get on my website when I click on submit button is "The server encountered an error"
There is NO error when I export to html or warnings, just exports fine.

I'M having a similar problem with my Muse website Formally hosted by GoDaddy. The contact me widget does not send an email when you click submit button. Normally, it accepts with a green check mark in another screen. It does not do that. The submit just turns black when clicked, but nothing else happens

Urgent:output for line item not working

hi
we are trying to get the output at item level in the sales order.we click on the line item and give a print out..but it is showing details of other line items as well. is there a ways we can get a printout for only the selected line items.
what we did.
1. maintained a output type for item category
2. assigned the output type tot he item category.
but still this is not working the way we want. do we need to use a different print program for the item level printing...

I think this is not possible through standard, but I can suggest if you can seek help from your technical guys asking if it is possible through output routines what we maintain in the output determination procedure....
Give him the requirement and ask him if he can create a custom routine for this.....

New Search Field in OIC Payments Page - Not Working

i created a new Search filed using"Personalization" ( xx_role_name) and created a new mapping to the map the custom filed to actual column ( xx_role_name to role)
but its not working and my results are not matching.
Not sure , which step i missed.
Any suggestions?

Urgent Help - PR Overall Release not working

Hello Team... I have a problem and I cannot find what I forget to setup.
My Class ZBANF_GESAMT class type 032, its contain the following characteristics
ACCOUNT        ---> Account assignment category has the field CEBAN-KNTTP
PLANT             ---> Plant has the field CEBAN-WERKS
COSTCENTER ---> Cost Center has the field CEBAN-KOSTL
ORDER_TYPE ---> Order Type has the field CEBAN-USRC1
OVERALL_VALUE ---> Total Value of Requisition has the field CEBAN-GFWRT
ORDER_NR          ---> Ordern number AUFK-AUFNR
The Characteristic ITEM_VALUE was replaced with the new OVERALL_VALUE.
After changes these class work fine, but when chenge it to OVERALL_VALUE only works with account assigment K... not for the F conbined with ORDER_TYPE and/or ORDER_NR.
I defined the Release Group M1 as OverReqRel = TurnOn, and assigned my class ZBANF_GESAMT
Also Defined as Overall Release mu PR document types in txn OLME
And well define the release codes, release indicators and created the release strategy.
In CL24N I just filled the values for the class and all looks fine.
But when I create the requisition, send the message *"Purchase requisition 183260 not subject to a
release strategy"*
What I forget !!! ?? Some have an idea??

URGENT: Interactive PDF some buttons not working

Hey,
I am having a big problem with interactive PDFs at the moment, evrything has been working perfectly until this morning it decides to go pear shaped - the day before the PDF is needed at a show tomorrow. I have made many interactive PDFs so I know what I am doing but this time I have tried everything and still not getting it to work.
The document is a 61 page, sectioned PDF with a mixture of buttons - go to destination and also next/previous page.
The next/previous page buttons work fine, but the go to bookmark buttons will not work anymore!
I have re-built all the buttons and bookmarks, but still having this problem. This was all running perfect for the last 2 weeks but now it won't work.
Any ideas?

Edit: Exporting to SWF works just fine

The problem was the document source name, has to match the document you are using. I was saving 3 x different files for 3 different purposes, and the bookmarks were getting confused.

Urgent: OSB FTP polling is not working, help!!!

I am doing an onsite poc on customer site, and configuring and proxy service on OSB(11.1.1.5) using ftp , but it just not working, not picking files in the specified folder, no error message. seems it can connect and login, but just not picking the files, though I set the mask to *.*, poll interval 3 seconds. any tricky? someone can help?
I've read all the documents abt ftp transport, and I can configure file proxy, ftp business service successfully.

no log still, for DEBUG.
error will throw in log only if I set the wrong user/password.
seems it connected to the ftp server, but just not picking the files there. I don't know why. I doubted it's the problem of the path setting, but it's the same for phsical path and relative path. not working.

I am trying to purchase 0ffice 365 for small business after having the trial, it goes through to the payments screen but does not show any buttons to complete the process.

The security code is the 3 or 4 digit code on the back of your credit card.
