How to schedule the Automatic Payment Run ( TCODE: F110), every week automatically.
Iam getting "short dump" when iam doing TCODE:F8BU

Hi,
Through SM36 you can schedule your job
Procedure
You need to create a variant for F110( Use This T.code, enter values from menu you can create variant)
The program names for F110 --- SAPF110V.
Using SM36, create a job for F110 with Z* & click on start conditions button to schedule the job (Date/time tab page).
You need to use program name and variant in SM36

Urjent help !!!Error during running script root.sh for oracle 11g migration

Dear All,
My databse is Oracle 9.2.8.0 and i am migrating it into oracle 11g.
During installation of oracle 11g (with software only option) , it asked me to run the script root.sh in another terminal,
During running i got the below error.
What i should do now. shall i continue with the error...............
Kindly help ? It's urjent....

Very urjent how to validate filed in dialogprograming

hi experts this is very urjent reqirement.
i am doing dialog prg i have four fields in my screen like kunnr name1 etc.. this fields coming from (kna1) internal table is it_mat.
i have another table like knvv.
validation is.
when i click on save the reord shoud be update based on knvv-kunnr1.
for ex in knvv-kunnr1 having record 1234. if i go for my dialog prg kna1-kunnr inserting the same record 1234 wiill be accept and update table kna1 other vice eroor will be display like record does not exist in knvv-kunnr.
can u please provide logic

Hi Maha,
In the PAI of the concerned screen, create a module. In the module, check the kunnr from the screen field against the knw table using SELECT. If a record is found in the table, go ahead and save the entry in KNA1 else show the error message.

Client deletion Problem - Urjent..

Hi Experts,
There is an existing DEV-QA-PRD environment. There is a need to have a complete Configuration copy of PRD in DEV2 system, which will be used to build another Production Stream (DEV2, QA2, PRD2) for another project.
When we are deleting client ,below Problems we have facing :
1) Production equivalent client (4 TB of data) is taking too much time while deleting tables (step 4 in the diagram below).
2) Of the total 34,882 tables, 34,855 tables took almost 7-8 days to delete.
3) Last 30-35 tables are taking a lot of time to delete, these are probably the largest tables in the system
4) Tables EDIDS and CDCLS are currently being deleted for the last 3-4 days
5) Adding more processes to the Dev2 system is not helping either.
6) At the current rate, these tables will take another 1.5-2 weeks, which seems to be a long time
7) Some more tables which took more time were SWWLOGHIST, IDOCREL, SRRELROLES
Other information:
1) Operating System used for the ECC 5.0 is: Tru64 / HP, Oracle 9i DB (List of Service packs and Patches are attached)
2) Production system has data worth approx. 4TB
3) No Data Archiving has been done since the inception of the system
I need your Suggestions and Comments on this ---its urjent

Ok, you wanted it )) here is mine
so far:
- you copied your huge database (where you don't delete / archive old data) to the new server
- you are now deleting row by row all that data
- you will end up having a still huge but empty database, because the tables / tablespaces won't shrink after the client deletion
This does not make any sense to me, am i missing something :(((
Are there other clients in the prod system, which you keep?
@ Markus: i don't think they have 100+ gb memory to cache their huge tables in the sga
I guess the client deletion has something like a MAX ROWS COMMIT limit to prevent undo overflow. If this number is for example 100'000 rows, then you have to execute 100 delete statements (-> 100 full scans) on a 10mio row table. This of course is taking ages. Even worse it gets slower and slower, because the first delete up to 100'000 rows gets the first blocks, the second scans the same blocks, but they are empty now, so it has to scan further, and so on...

Getting Assertion Failed Message..(Experts urjent help plz)

We are migrating 4.5 forms to 10g.
In one of the 10g converted form, i have a push button calling another form which is not available.(i dont have any other code, just a call_form)
say,
call_form('abcd.fmx');
when i run the form and click the push button once, am getting the error message "cannot read form abcd.fmx", but if i click the button again am getting the following error and the form hangs.

Am running the form standalone in my windows desktop.
I have also tried the form name without .fmx extension and still am getting the same error.
Actually i have narrowed down the issue now.
Issue:
If i have a call_form in 2nd window(i.e not in first window) then if i click that call_form button twice, i will get the error that i told above.
My form version is:
Forms [32 Bit] Version 9.0.4.0.19 (Production)
My test form has canvas1 and canvas2 assigned to window1 and window2 respectively.
I have a block with one textitem and one button having code call_form('xyz.fmx');
textitem is in canvas1 and button in cavas2.Now when i run the form, i will get canvas1 with text item displayed, if i click tab, i will go to the next canvas where i have call_form button.Now i press button once, i get error message"cannot read..", now i press it again and i get the "Assertion Failed...."
I hope it is clear.

(It does not have "deletion" information, but there is a section on making changes to Z tables and then updating the IMG, which presumably could be expanded for deletion of objects.)
I having the procedure, But that is not clear.
Can any body tell me step by step.

Assign IMG Documentation
Prerequisites
You have opened the IMG structure in change mode and created an IMG activity.
Procedure
Choose the Document tab in the Assigned objects group box.
If you want to create a new document for the IMG activity, enter a name for the document and choose Create.
The name can contain alphanumeric characters and the special character "_".
You go to the text editor. Specify a package class when you save the text. You return to the previous initial screen with Back.
To use an existing document, choose the Assign other document pushbutton to the right of the document name. Choose an existing document and choose Copy.
Save the changes with IMG activity Save.

Customer Exit Required-Very Urjent

In my report I need to capture the Lastest WSP Value(Whole Sale Price ) for single SKU( MaterialColorSize).
I will get the WSP from the Billing DSO.But I can find one SKU combination diffrent WSP's on diffre nt dates.
Es :
Material     Color    Size              Date                  WSP
A               Blak       S              01/05/2010           100
A               Blak       S              02/05/2010            120
As per the above example i need WSP value of Latest Date(2nd Line Item)
In the Run time I will have mandatory selection for customer (Interval) and Date (Interval) . As per my requirement when user enters the date and customers i need to collect all SKU's with customers and then I need look into billing DSO from there i need to collect the latest WSP for each SKU and need to display in my output.
So Pl provide me the code and also let me know On whcih characteristic I need to create the customer exit variable.

Requirent : My report is combination of Non-SAP + SAP(AFS).
All my sales data at the custome rlevel will come from Non-SAP and Invoice and Billing, WSP will come from SAP.
Sp perticular customer wht are the sales ( SKU wise) that i am extracting from Non-SAP for those SKU data only i need to display WSP.

Error in test configuration -URJENT

Hello every one,
                here i am facing a serious issue from last 5 days. which i am not able to find it where the problem is?.
               the issue is here our scenario is file to R/3. actually on the sender side we created one structure. and on the receiver we have to send this complex data into multiple interfaces. we are going to use proxies to send that data to R/3. I mean MULTI MAPPING
here is the blog that i taken as a reference and followed.

in ID whenever i am trying to test my configuration it is giving error in INTERFACE DETERMINATION/MAPPING step. here on sender side i am giving the payload directly
we didn't created any communication channel. so we need not create sender agreement.
              i created a mapping program and interface mapping in IR and i tested them also . they are working fine there. but when i am trying to test my scenario in test configuration with the same payload it is giving error in the interface determination and mapping step as intimated above.
              as receiver agreement is unique for an interface i created 3 receiver agreements as we are using three interfaces in receiver side. on the receiver side we are going to use proxies . so we used XI adapter . i am having the doubt that using XI adapter is giving any problem .please let me know.
            please help me . it will be very helpful for me . helpful ideas will be definitely REWARDED.

IDoc Package to File using Multi Mapping urjent

I have a scenario where PI 7.1 need to receive IDocs in a package and should send three files to target system. I am using multi mapping concept here, where i have created one message mapping, one operation mapping with three interfaces specified in it. I am getting the error "Inbound interface found several times (for same sender and receiver) for the outbound interface" .

Please make occurence of the message type in message mapping as 0..unbounded.
Also in operation mapping the occurence of inbound interface as 0..unbounded.
Also now in configuration-->interface determination... access the new operation mapping.... u will c the occurence as 0..unbounded. Refresh the cache ad execute it once more...
