URL webdynpro was not called due to an error after integration

Hi All,
I have integrated SRM (ABAP) to EP(dual-stack) portal system (both are EHP1) which are freshly integrated using BS: SRM-Portal (Basic Configuration) V1.
I've checked SRM web based GUI "http://<hostname>.<FQCN>:8002/sap/bc/gui/sap /its/webgui"
and it's working, but when i tried to check webdynpro,
"http://<hostname>:<FQCN>:8002/sap/bc/webdynp ro", i couldn't connect to the link. I already read this sap note "1088717 - Active services for Web Dynpro ABAP in transaction SICF" and compared all services in SRM (ABAP) that should be activated but this error still persists. I already changed this parameter icm/host_name_full and SAPLOCALHOSTFULL.

If you called this URL : "http://<FQDN>:<port>/sap/bc/webdynpro"
The error is normal : you tried to call the webdynpro runtime without telling which webdunpro application you want.
A real webdynpro URL looks like : http://<FQDN>:<port>/sap/bc/webdynpro/application

Also it is giving an ABAP dump, RAISE_EXCEPTION - Exception condition "NOT_FOUND" raised.
On further analysis, i found that the problem exists in Method "GET_MAIL_DATA_FROM_SO" of program "CL_CRM_EMAIL_UTILITY_BASE=====CP". as soon as we execute the above method it is throwing the NOT FOUND exception.
I am not an Abaper, can anyone help me out to resolve this issue.

Hi Umnag,
I think this application is using any Adobe Form and there is any issue wth the form interface.
Please check syntax of the Adobe form as well as Form Interface. The Interface methods are throwing some exception which is not handled in the CL_WD_ADOBE_SERVICES.
You can put a break-point in the costructor of above class and pin-point the issue yourself.

I've inherited LV code that calls a CIN node to access a motor controller. I'd like to compile this code to a .NET DLL, but receive the following error when calling it from an external source:
I've read the knowledgebase article explaining the problem from here, as well as the following support questions:

The conclusion seems to be recompiling is the answer. I've tried recompiling the original CIN vi within LV with no success. Do they mean to recompile the original C code against the newer labview.lib (sorry, I'm not all that familiar with how the CIN nodes work)? Any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks.

You can't make use of LabVIEW manager functions in non-LabVIEW based processes. Basically unless the C code is for a CIN or DLL that is to be called by LabVIEW (inside the development system or a LabVIEW built application), any function pulled in from labview.lib is not available. LabVIEW.lib is an import library that does not implement any functions but simply imports them from the LabVIEW kernel, either the LabVIEW development system or the LabVIEW runtime DLL. And no you can't just link in the LabVIEW runtime DLL into your .Net application. This DLL needs to be started up and initialized in very specific ways, that only LabVIEW itself knows about when building an application.
Basically if you want to recompile the code (yes in C/C++) for use in a non-LabVIEW application, you also have to remove all the link libraries from the LAbVIEW cintools directory, and replace any use of functions now unavailable (link error: unavailable external reference) with other similar functionality from your C runtime library. Or implement those functions yourself using C runtime library calls.
Another possibility could be to actually create a LabVIEW executable that exports the functionality as ActiveX Server. Or in LabVIEW 2010 you could also select to create a .Net Interop Assembly from inside the LabVIEW project.

LABVIEW.LIB was not called from a LabVIEW process when creating unit tests

We are developing a DLL to be integrated in LabVIEW using CLFs. So far we have the system working, but we wanted to create some unit tests in C as part of our release process. The problem is that when I link labview.lib in VS C++ and then call the EXE generated I get an error saying: "LABVIEW.LIB was not called from a LabVIEW process". As mentioned in http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/371361J-01/lvexcodeconcepts/debug_dlls_and_dll_calls/:
"Calling the shared library from another C program is also another way to debug the shared library. By calling the shared library from another C program, you have a means of testing the shared library independent of LabVIEW, thus helping you to identify any problems, sooner."
Some of our functions, however, use LabVIEW specific instructions and we would like to test them in a realistic environment (i.e., calling to the actual functions instead of creating stubs).
Is there any workaround to this problem?

Welcome to the NI Discussion Forums! I have a couple of questions to better determine the issue here:
1. What is the LabVIEW version that you are using?
2. Does your DLL uses Serial Compatibility VIs? If so, try using your development on NI-VISA instead of Serial.
3. Are you using a Code Interface Node (CIN)? If you do, I see that from the help file you would need to compile the code for the new platform. Also, please remember that functions specifc to CINs (such as SetCINArraySize) will not work in a DLL.
4. Be sure to include the header files in your program, like extcode.h. Please follow this white paper to link labview.lib to your program, or follow the Alternate Method.

First thing need to modify the server.xml and default-web-site.xml file as mentioned . Even after it doesn't work check for the security settings in the browser.
For IE, Goto Tools-> Internet Options -> Security tab -> Custom level.

I'm not sure what exactly you are trying to do ... but ...
You seem to have several ResultSets in action. The first step is to find which of your "selects" is giving this exception. So, go ahead a enclose your statements within a try catch finally block. Use the finally block to close your result set (if not null).
Once you narrow down the offending code, post back with the offending part of the code & the result you got with stack trace (if you still can't figure out what's happenning)

Breakpoint was not set due to a generation error

I have this problem, there is a transaction that doesnt execute in the productive environment, BUT the transaction can be executed in quality and DEV environment.
So when I set a breakpoint (in productive), this message come up Breakpoint was not set due to a generation error for ZCO_AllTheJazz_DETAIL (the program).
The Question is: WHAT does it means and HOW can I fix it?

Ok sorry max I didn't think that the name was important.
The name is ZCO_OBJECT_CO_DETAIL
The message number is ED057 and its main program is SAPLSHL2.
Im going to explain some more, when I execute the transaction a screen with the syntax error (like you said Rob) said:
The following syntax error occurred in the program ZCO_OBJECT_CO_DETEAIL. "Field 'G_GLOBAL_OBJECT-HIEART' is unknown"
The thing is, I checked and is declared on
INCLUDE ZCO_OBJECT_CO_DETAIL_top.
Like this -> data: G_GLOBAL_OBJECT type kkb_global_object.
This means that it is declared.
Im starting to think: this two errors are related.

The easiest way to fix the hosts file is to restore it from a backup that predates the modification, or to copy the unmodified file from another Mac. If you can't do that, then do as below.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
open -e /etc/hosts
Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
Paste into a Terminal window by pressing command-V. A TextEdit window should open. At the top of the window, you should see this:
# Host Database
# localhost is used to configure the loopback interface
# when the system is booting. Do not change this entry.
127.0.0.1                              localhost
255.255.255.255          broadcasthost
::1                                        localhost
Below that, you may see some other lines. The first 9 lines should be exactly as above, apart from differences in the blank space within lines. Otherwise you can't use this procedure—STOP and ask for guidance.
If the contents of the TextEdit window are as described, close it, then enter the following command in the Terminal window in the same way as before (by copy and paste):
sudo sed -i~ '10,$d' /etc/hosts
You may be prompted for your login password, which won't be displayed when you type it. Type carefully and then press return. If you don’t have a login password, you’ll need to set one before you can run the command. You may get a one-time warning to be careful. Confirm. Quit Terminal.
If you see a message that your username "is not in the sudoers file," then you're not logged in as an administrator. Log in as one and start over.
That will fix the hosts file. There is now a copy of the old hosts file with the name "hosts~" in the same folder as "hosts". You can delete the copy if you wish. Don't delete the file named "hosts".

Profile Manager - Not Found The requested URL /wiki was not found on this server.

I have installed Lion Server with Web and Profile Manager services. When I log into the profile manager web page I receive the message "Not Found The requested URL /wiki was not found on this server." I followed the guide here for install http://krypted.com/iphone/setting-up-profile-manager-in-lion-server/.

This was the fixed I found
Fixing profile manager has been solved by someone else:
1. Turn off all services under Server app.
2. Under Hardware, settings, change SSL certificate to "none"
3. Under Hardware, network, reset host name again.
4. Under Hardware, settings, change SSL certificate back to correct one
5. Turn Web service ON.
It may still say /var/empty.
6. Turn Wiki service ON
7. Recheck Web service. It should be changed to /Library/Server/Web/Data/Sites/Default.
