User details in a specific computer- Config Mgr 2012 R2

I am using SCCM 2012 R2. I need to have an option for user details on a computer in a specific collection. When I select a computer after searching under devices, I would like to see search options(attached Screen shot)
for Primary device user or other details last logon etc. related to user on that computer.
Its currently not available in the product I guess. I have also tried to enable last logon in AD discovery.
I have user affinity configured and can see these details from SCCM reports but would like to see user details when I select the computer and see who the user this belongs to rather than running and creating custom reports. Currently I am implementing
SCCM and migrating setup from an existing tool. These features are readily available in that tool.
Any help on this please.

User State Migration using SMP with config manager 2012 R2

Hi ,
I have SMP at primary site and need to migrate XP and 7 machines using this SMP (using USMT),
what are the steps do i need to define in TS so that usmt can use State migration point for user setting\data backup?
Another challenge i see it with XP since we are deciding to take 2 phase approach, that means we will backup data using 1 TS (3 step TS) and then restore data as part of another TS that will install windows 8.1 also with user state restore.
Any pointers if we need to define anything special in TS (migration store etc.) or since its SMP, TS should able to take care of finding it automatically and backup\restore user state?
We have MDT based TS, just wondering if we need to define anything inside CS.ini file related to SMP?

I would say that, since the OP has so little info, there are no policies in use. It there were then this question would never be asked the way it is being asked.
I had a client call with a letter from their insurance company; an accountant with malpractice insurance. THey asked the same question inmuch the same way. "What computer can you users access?" The question should be more like
"Do you have a policy that restricts access to computers and do you audit for compliance?"
I have had other clients whose insurance asked the question in that way. It produces a better view of what should be happening and how to show compliance.
I recommend that companies being asked these questions by their legal departments or insurance companies should contract with a god computer security consultant to assist with answering these very tricky questions. Of course if it is just you boss's
curiosity then you may need to discuss his requirements with him in more depth.

It's true that there is no reliable install date, but IMO last status time for an advertisement is usually close enough.

Report for workstation profile last modified timestamp / Hardware 05A - Console users on a specific computer

SCCM 2012 has a report called Hardware 05A - Console users on a specific computer .
I have configure Asset Intelligence to collect the SMS_SystemConsoleUser, but I get no information back from this report.
What else needs to be configured to see information about who has used a machine?
The goal is to determine what machines have used a particular administrative logon account and when it was last used on a machine (profile last modified date).

I try to Do it by using "Active Directory Administrative Center"
In Computers\Computer name\Properties\Extensions\Security
I add the name of user and I marked deny to all and I canceled inheritance
And yet the user can login to the computer
I searched Policy that contradicts the security and I not found.
With the "gpo" I was able to block, but I need necessarily used the Security

Win7 Computer Config group policy not applying

Hi all: I am having a bit of trouble getting a Computer Configuration group policy to apply in Windows 7 using ZCM 11.2.3. I have two group policies, one for User Configuration settings and the other for Computer Configuration settings. User Config GP is associated with users and Computer Config GP is associated with Workstations. ZCM shows both policies as being successfully applied. Yet, if I run rsop.msc to generate a resultant GP set, all Computer Config settings show up as undefined.
I have used this same technique in XP for many years without issue. I suspect the User Config GP is overwriting all GP settings as it is the last to be applied, but since that policy is ONLY for User Config settings I do not see how. Can someone show me the "errors of my ways"?

I have an identical policy setup - a policy wherein "Computer configuration" is checked and configured (I don't even touch the User related settings) and is applied to workstations as well as a second policy with "User configuration" checked and configured (as with the computer policy, I don't touch the Computer related policy in this User policy) and applied to users. I set it up that way because I want general settings specific to our environment to exist and be effective for all users including IT staff in the Computer policy. I then want to restrict users within the User Policy. I have no Active Directory.
The computer settings apply intermittently with no rhyme or reason, which makes it difficult to troubleshoot. I have Internet Zone Assignments configured in the Computer policy, so specific users have problems when this policy is not effective which is how I became aware of the problem. I found that I can run "gpudate /force" as the user and the computer policy becomes effective, which is what I do most of the time since it's a quick fix and I can move on to other things. I've tried changing the order the policies are applied. I am considering creating a single policy with both computer and user settings and associating it with users in hopes that it will always apply, but thought I'd check out the forum before doing so. ZCM 11.2.3 and Windows 7.

How to get users' login logout time for user IDs for a specific date?

There is a case I being requested to retrieve the Userid, User Name,
User Group, User Dept, Date, Login Time, Logout Time in a specific date, for example, 21.05.2009.
How should I retrieve the information? The user want to input specific date and user group then return the details that mentioned above.
I try with SUIM->Users->By Logon Date and Password Change... but I can't specific the date that I want ...
I try with SM19 (Security Audit Log), but unfortunately in my system this is not activated.
I've seek for SAP's advise, and they say need to ask abaper to developr a report in order to get such details....
Do you guys have any other methods?
Do you guys know which tables will contain the details as mentioned above?

Unfortunately without the audit log, you're going have a hard time finding this information. As mentioned, ST03N will give you some information. If your systems daily workload aggregation goes back to the date you require then you'll be able to get a list of all users who logged on that day. ST03N doesn't keep time stamps just response times.
My only idea is VERY labor intensive. If your DB admin can retrieve a save of the database from that day then table USR02 will hold a little more information for you. It will contain last login times for that day. If your system backup policy happened to have saved the contents of folder "/usr/sap/<SID>/<instance>/data" then you potentially have access to all the data you require. The stat file will have recorded every transaction that took place during that day. If that file is restored you could use program RSSTAT20 to query against it.
Good luck and turn on the audit log as it makes your life much easier!

User details are missing in Access request in GRC 10.0

Hello All,
When we are trying to create Access request in GRC 10.0 for an user it results as user details not found.
Under SPRO - Maintain data source configuration we have configured 2 HR systems HR1 and HR2.
But the User details exits in HR1 system and lies in validity also. We have tried to run the Repository Object Sync also still unable to search the details.
But we observed even after the Sync job User details are not created in table GRACUSER and GRACUSERCONN. Is this could be the problem. Why its not updating even after the Sync job many times almost 10 times.
We have also configured parameter 5023 to YES.Please advise.

Did the sequence for HR1 set to 1 or 2, I hope you are following the suggestions given by Luciana in other thread.

Need help in pulling ADLDS user details

Hi,
I am trying to pull all the user details with a certain search criterea from a ADLDS with more than 20 user attributes. I tried both directory searcher and Powershell for gathering the information (out of this powershell works fast). Due to formating the
attributes it takes more than 30 minutes to run the script. Could some suggest me a better solution for this.

I started using Directory searcher and the result  was less than 50 percent less than the time taken for Get-aduser. But in below script total time taken is more than three hours where as in VB and Perl it takes less than 20 minutes for the

Who is who link to user details

I've a problem in ESS/Who is who. When choosing a user from list it doesn't display any detail of user. It returns to searching page.

installed specific software and used this collection to pull report from out the box report for Primary Device users( Not sure about exact report name but similar) for
this collection. Did some excel work to find primary device user.
But looks like there is no straight forward solution. It would be great if i know how to import multiple users from a text/csv file into a User collection.

By mistake some has done sutdown FDM server(windows) instead of logoff, can any one tell me where we can find the user details, I mean any where in the logs can we find the user details. Plz help me.

If the server was shutdown, the information should be in the event log for the server. In the system events detail, you will typicallysee the following columns:
Type, Date, Time, Source, Category, Event, User, Computer.
The user who shutdown the server will be listed here.
