User status should be in disabled and locked

Hi All,
i am using Oracle IDM 11g,
After reconcilation happend from trusted source user should be created in disabled and locked status IDM.
for this what i need to do the setups
can any one ine help me out in this

Update your sql statement in .properties file for adding attribute Status.
just add one attribute like 'Disabled' as status. even if it mapped with any field of PSFT , remove it and hardcode in query file as Disabled. verify mapping for this attribute in workflow ie. Lookup, Resource Object and Process Definition . If Status is not mapped then add this and create reconciliation profile. It will create user in Disabled status.
Why are you lookin for locked. Once user in disable state, it won't allow to login.

You can provision a user into EBS.
Call "*Disable User*" task on SUCCESS of Create User task in EBS process defn.
Let me know if you see any challenges in this approach.
If target application supports Lock Status then you can add a task and attach adapter to lock that account and call in the same way.

Sun Directory Server: Disabling and Locking Accounts

Folks,
Have some questions about disabling and locked accounts on Directory Server v5.2. Seems like a password policy would be the way to go, but these are my requirements:
1. Automatically disable accounts for that werent used (password expired) in the previous two calendar years.
2. Automatically, on a nightly bases, disable accounts for which a temporary password was not changed in 30 days.
How exactly can I configure this? Also, this is Sun ONE DS 5.2...running on Windows 2003. :)

Your goals seem to be good candidates for custom scripts. AFAIK, the password policy comes into effect only when a BIND is attempted. It's not designed to walk the entries and disable accounts.

User status profiles for work orders and sub-orders

Hi Experts,
I have the following question regarding status profiles for SAP PM work orders (but I guess it relates to all user status profiles).
Customizing
A status profile is defined for order type "PM_A", which contains an authorization key "OP" for certain user states (to be set by the ordering party)
Situation
The ordering party A creates an order of type PM_A for contractor B, and B then creates a sub-order of type PM_A for contractor C
Problem
- If I assign the authorization key "OP" only to roles of party A, then party B can't set the user states reserved for the ordering party (correct for the order A->B, but not for the sub-order B->C)
- If I assign the authorization key "OP" to roles of party A and party B, then B could set certain user states reserved for the ordering party in the order A->B, which is also wrong
Question
Is there a way to restrict sub-orders differently than "non-sub-orders", or do I have to create a "sub-order order-type" for each order type, in order to assign them different status profiles and authorization keys?

since you have 3 roles to be assigned to the same order type with different authorization ,it is better you create an seperate order type for sub order and assign the user status with authorization for B and C

Sorry, just getting back. Since it is a used phone, you may have to contact the prior owner to see if they cleared their Apple ID and passcode. You could not force it into recovery mode? I have set the CustWiz/MST to 'Disable and Lock' the ability to display PDFs in the browser. We want them to open separately in Acrobat. After I deploy, the setting IS disabled and locked, but when you click a PDF in the browser, it STILL opens in the browser, and not in Acrobat.
I am pushing Acrobat onto machines that already have Acrobat Standard 9 installed with the same settings. It worked properly then.
What is causing this setting to be ignored? How can I fix it? It's delaying my deployment.

Thank you for the answer about updating the Foxit plugin. Firefox tags the Foxit plugin as potentially unstable, so it turns out I had another program killing the plugin's startup process so it was always disabled in firefox. I reenabled its startup process and updated the plugin. To get firefox to use it as the main pdf reader I went to options>applications and changed the option for pdf to the foxit plugin and everything works dandy now! Thanks again!

There is a dump encoutered in the form "PS_FLAG_GET_GLOBAL_FLAGS" for 'chk_precommit_ok' in the "BAPI_PS_PRECOMMIT".
But it is showing SY-SUBRC = 0 when used along with BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
May i know what are input parameters we need to pass it to "BAPI_PS_PRECOMMIT".
Do you have any idea.

Screen "Define Status Profile for User Status" should not open in changemod

Dear all ,
After following the path CRM>SPRO>SAP IMG -->Customer Relationship Management -->Transactions -->Basic Settings --> Status Management -->Define Status Profile for User Status.
the screen opens in change mode & allows user to carry out the changes, this is very crucial screen & hnece should not be in open mode ,kindly advice on closing the same.so that it opens only in display mode for production system.

To Block changes to any Object their is a Provision for the same in Client Deatils Screen
Go to TCode:SCC4
Check the Tab Cross-Client Object Changes
Try setting the Option (3.No Changes To Cross-Client Customization Objs)
Following Options Symbolises:
Changes to the Repository and cross-client Customizing permitted
There are no restrictions on the maintenance of cross-client objects for the client when this setting is used. Both cross-client Customizing objects and objects of the SAP Repository can be maintained.
No change to cross-client Customizing objects
Cross-client Customizing objects cannot be maintained in the client with this setting.
No change to Repository objects
With this setting, objects of the SAP Repository cannot be maintained in the client.
No change to Repository and cross-client Customizing objects
Combination of both restrictions: Neither cross-client Customizing objects nor objects of the SAP Repository can be maintained in the client.

Different user status profile for network header and activities

Hi everyone!
Is there any way to define different user status profile at network header level and at network activity level? As far as I know, it is only possible to enter a user profile at network type level, and both netwok headers and activities use the same statuses. Does it work this way?

I've gone through the OPSC, but the thing is that here you define a user status profile at network plant level. But I need to define it at network activity level.
The reason why I need this is because we have types of activities. We use network activities for client activities, for internal activities, to identify and follow-up risk management, etc. Each group of activities -since they have different usages- has different user status associated. But as I don't have any way to assign different user status profiles, all the activities have the same statuses, although they will only use some of them.

my sons ipod is disabled or locked up, he forgot his pass and i cannot figure out how to reset it? i've tried holding the home and power buttons but that didnt do anything.....any suggestions, i'm not very technical so im hoping i can figure this out

You will have to restore it by connecting it to your computer with iTunes installed.
You may have to place it in recovery mode. Follow the steps here.
