V.15 Back Order List

When running the V.15 transaction with 'Fast display / Document overview' selected it doen not display any values for 'Net value', 'Ship-to party name', 'Material', 'Description' etc.  The list seems to be reading from structure VBVFE which in turn is populated from the Delivery Due Index table VEPVG, and this does not contain many of the vlaues listed in the ALV display descibed above so it makes sense that they are not displayed.
Yet, when you run the report with the 'Fast display / Document overview' unselected you get a different list (non-ALV) with values), but you are not able to select different fields to be displayed.
So the question is how do you get all the values that are listed as options for display to be populated in the ALV list display?

Hi Sachin,
Please check Sales Order Quantity.Beause if the order quantity for a line in the sales order is given as 10 and if you delivery 8 items the remaining 2 times will be the Open items.and the 2 items will be apperaing in the V.15 as well Delveiry Due list.
Please Reward if really helpful,

  • Back order stock allocation?

    Hi all
How can we find back order list? And if we want to allocate stock to that that back order and close it how can we do?
    Plz help.

    Hi ahmed
Go to back order processing (V_RA) or you can use rescheduling (V_V2) , enter the material , then you will get the list of orders.
Now if you want to allocate the stock to some other order then make the stock as zero which are in the backorder for the particular order. and assign that quantity to the next sales order which you want.           In this way you can allocate
    Hope this helps you

Did you try V_V2 and checking the box Process stock transfer docs? You can read the documentation pertaining to this t.code by clicking the i button provided on the top. You can also read OSS Note 821739 - FAQ : Rescheduling Transaction (V_V2) in Purchasing.
If you want to check for few materials, then MD04 itself shows the back order STO.

  • Third party Sales Orders in V.15 Back Order Report

    Hi,
Is there any standard setting to incorporate undeliverd third party sales orders in the standard V.15 backorder report.
I need to get the list of third party SOs which are backordered???  similar to drop ship and stock orders (TAB & TAN).

As per my knowledge, in standard Third party Sales Orders process,
    -On availability check.
    -there is no GI.
    -no movement type.
-TAS - I Cat - is not relevant for delivery.
    The Standard process is
Create Third Party Sales Order (VA01/VA03 - retrieve PR num)* - Create Purchase Order (Display list of PR with ME57 and convert to PO with ME58) - Approval/Release of PO (if required - ME28) - Invoice Verification (MIRO)**
    - Billing (VF01/vf04)
The PR number is automatically created in this step.
The incoming invoice from the vendor updates the billing quantity, so that the customer-billing document can only be created after entering the invoice from the vendor.
So, in standard TP sales process, Back order processing is not possisble. If you any other business process scenario, do share with us.
    Thanks & Regards

  • Back Order per Vendor

    Hi All,
I want create Value of Back Order per Vendor report, Any body help me,
What are the tables I have to use.
    My selection options are :
    Vendor and Delivery Date.
    Thanks,

    Hi,
If you are on release 4.7 or newer then you don't need to use the tables.
You can use ME2N with a scope of list that has the ALV flag set on (if there isn't one then create one). With the ALV format this (and simialr) transactions can be used to obtain a lot of different reports.
For example if you run ME2N with a selection parameter of WE101 (open deliveries exist) and a delivery date range in the past, you will get a list of POs that are overdue for delivery. You can click on the delivery schedule icon to see the individual delivery dates.
the ALV format means that you can get these lists in the layout you need and they can even be transferred to excel very easily (try doing that with the non-ALV layout !!)

  • Customized Back Order Report

    Hello,
I have a customer who would like a customized back order report.  They would like a query that would show them the following:
    - The Items on any orders that have been partially shipped on the row level.  (I was able to create a query that would do this by making it a requirement that the Delivered Quantity be greater than 0).
    - The Items on any orders that may be partially shipped overall.  I cannot figure out how to write this part of the query.  I don't know how to tell the query only to pull the lines from orders that have other lines that have been shipped.  The one query I wrote only looked at the Delivered Quantity and I made it so it had to be greater than 0.  However, this left out a number of orders that did not have whole lines shipped.  I would still like to see those rows.
The conventional Back Order report is not very helpful to our customer because they are a seasonal distributor.  They receive most of their product all at once.  For this reason, they may have whole orders that are overdue a few days (due to a delay in overseas shipping or other reasons).  They know about these orders.  They would like a list of the orders in which they have already shipped something (either partially shipped the line or partially shipped the order).  They would then use this list to call the affected customers and ask if they would like to remainder of their order to ship when they receive the product or if they would like to cancel the remainder.
The conventional backorder report has over two thousand lines on it and it would be very time-consuming for them to go through the individual documents to determine which ones had shipments created and which ones were listed simply because they were overdue.
Can anybody help with this?  I'm not sure how to tell if the sales order has had a delivery created or not.  Like I said, I can figure out how to tell when a line is partially shipped but not when the order overall is only partially shipped.
    I appreciate everybody's help!
    Thanks,
    Amanda

    Hi Gordon,
Thank you for your query.  However, your query brings the same results I was able to query as well.  It shows all of the lines that have had something shipped on them.  But my customer would  also like to to see those orders that have had some lines shipped and other lines not.
For example, they have a sales order 10962.  This sales order has 3 lines on it.  1 line on this sales was order was shipped complete.  The other two lines have not been shipped at all.  I would the query to pull the two lines that have not been shipped at all.
The other part of the query is what you and I have both written.  This part of the query pulls the lines that have had something shipped on the line but it is not the complete line.
I was hoping there may be some sort of flag in the table or something that would indicate if a delivery has been created from the sales order.  Do you know of any such flag or any way of writing a query that would check this?
Again, thank you for taking the time to write your query.  I appreciate the help and time you've spent.
    Thank you,
    Amanda

  • Back order entry

    hi friend!!!!
I want to create sales order , delivery , billing for the date of 01.04.2008  this all transaction i want to do today's date
i set period open for month of 01.04.2008
but when i create sales order  today ,system confirm schedule line on today's date only  e.g 18.07.2008
THOUGH THE STOCK AVAILABLE ON 01.04.2008
i want system should confirm on 01.04.2008
WHAT IS BACK ORDER PROCESSING ?????
WHERE &  WHY IT IS USE AND WHAT IS SETTING FOR THAT?????
    is it possible ??????
if yes please give me detail setting of that
    POINTS WILL REWARD  100%
    thanks in advance

    Hi,
The system will always propose either todays date or a future date in the schedule line tab of the sales order.
If stock is available today, at the time of delivery creation the system will take todays date and create delivery. During delivery creation there is an option to change the date to your required date in all the tab pages - Goods Issue, Picking, Transportation. Change the dates in these tab pages to 01.04.2008. and do post goods issue. As the old period is open, goods issue can be done on 01.04.2008 as the actual goods issue date.
Regarding your query on Backorder processing - Many a times it so happens that during availability check the quantity in the sales order is not confirmed. SAP provides an option to confirm these orders through backorder processing i.e. order confirmation after creation of sales order. In backorder processing you actually reallocate the quantity based on your required to the required sales orders.
The transaction code for Backorder Processing is CO06.
Go to transaction CO06 and enter the material and plant. On executing it will take you to a screen where you can see the list of sales orders for this material and against each material you can also see the confirmed quanitities.
Select your order and Click on "Change quanitites". A pop-up box will appear. Mention the quantity you want to confirm. and save. The sales order will now get confirmed.
Hope this helps! If you have queries please mention.

  • Back order functionality in B2B

    Hi
How the back order functionality works in B2B? Any specific settings?
    Regards

Assuming CRM backend for the discussion.
There is no explicit configuration step for back order functionality directly in CRM. Configuration of Availability Check is mandatory.
No additional configuration is required, other than what is available to configure ATP under Menu path
        Customer Relationship Management
            Basic functions
                Availability Check
However, the choice of using availability with R/3 or APO is configurable. Please see

[Note 624992 - CRM 4.0: Availability check with SAP R/3|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/624992]
    Backorder feature provides:
Orders containing items that are due (requested quantity is not totally confirmed as relates to requested delivery date

  • Back order issue

    Dear All,
Pls help me to resolve an issue with Back Order Processing (TCode V_RA). I m getting an error when i click Backorder for a Sales Doc:  Check the settings for checking group 02 and checking rule
    Thank you!

    Hi,
Please go through this once.......and check according to this...
Backorder processing is a functionality in SAP where you can change the committments and over-ride the blockage of stocks
marked against sales documents/deliveries. For e.g. you receive an order from a very important customer for material "A" but
the entire quantity of A is committed to another customer "B" via earlier sales orders and this is where BACKORDER processing helps you to change the committment and shift stock due for B to A. This is the benefit of this funtionality.
OMIH - Checking rule for updating backorders
OPJL   - Define new checking rule
OPJJ   - Define scope of check
    V_RA - Backorder Processing
    Data selection:-
    Sold-to-party             Customer code            Mandatory
    Sales Organization                                         Mandatory
    Distribution Channel                                       Mandatory
    Division                                                         Mandatory
    Changed confirmed quantity :-
Tick the material you want to changed and click the Backorder button
Confirmed quantity that still can be changed are highlighted.
    V.15 - Backorder List
    Sales Organization                                         Mandatory
    Distribution Channel                                       Mandatory
    Division                                                         Mandatory
I Hope it mightbe solve your problem...

  • Back To Back Order

    Hi,
Currently I am doing Back to Back Order Cycle. I have facing the below two issues
1.The order Line STATUS does not change to PO-ReqRequested, when I run Create Supply Order Eligible Process[when the status is Supply Eligible].
There r no errors in the log file.
After running this program the Status would get changed to PRODUCTION OPEN from status Supply Eligible
    2. I am unable to find the Source CTO[in the drop down list], when I run Req Import porgram.
Please help with the above issues.....

I looked at that vision instance that you referenced. My guess is that there is a sourcing rule that is trumping your "Make/Buy" flag setting on the item. For my test item (XXJB_CTO_BUY1), i set with the proper attributes as discribed below:
    Item Number: XXJB_CTO_BUY1
Item Description: CTO Buy Item Test
Tools > Copy From: Template = @Purchased Item
On Order Management Tab, select "Assemble to Order"
On Purchasing Tab, enter List Price = $5
On General Planning, Set make or buy to "Buy"
    Save.
Assign to M1 - Seattle Organization. Save.
The default sourcing assignment set is "Supplier Scheduling" (via profile MRP: Default Assignment Set). If you go to View Sourcing Hierarchy, you can see what sourcing rule (if any) is picked up for your item/shipping org combination.
Supply Chain Planner > (N) Sourcing > View Sourcing Hierarchy
Choose your shipping org and enter the item number and assignment set. Tab out of the field and look for the "Active Rule" check box. For my test item shipping out of M1, it is picking up an Organization rule called "M-M1" which is a "Make At" rule. This would force my "Buy" item to go through the Make processes of a workorder. If I progress my order line, it would go to "Production Open".
In your instance, to get around this issue, use "Assign Sourcing Rule" to assign your item to a supplier sourcing rule.
Supply Chain Planner > Sourcing > Assign Sourcing Rule/BOD
Choose Assignment Set = Supplier Scheduling
    Add new row:
    Assigned To = Item
    Item = <Item Number>
    Type = Sourcing Rule
Sourcing Rule = <Any Buy From sourcing rule, e.g. B-Advanced-SC)
    Save. Try your order again.
    Good Luck.
    Thanks,
    Jason
