V-41 tcode error :Table 304 is not defined for use with condition type PR00

Hi All,
I am trying to create a BDC using the transaction V-41.
The first screen has fields:
ConditionType and Table, where I have to fill values ZPM1 and 800 respectively.
But as soon as I enter the tcode v-41 and say enter, the above mentioned fields are already having the values 'PR00' and ' 304'. Normally if you take an example fo t-code VA02, all fields are blank.
Then an error message is displayed:
Table 304 is not defined for use with condition type PR00
This behaviour is not allowing me to use the BDC feature.
Please advise me on why this is happening. What are the possible solutions I can use to clear these values programmatically?
Can anything be done via customizing?

Well the problem you are facing is having the following solution:
Table 304 is not defined for use with condition type PR00
Message no. VK024
Diagnosis
The selected condition type does not fit in the condition table, that is the basis for the condition record. Alternatively the selected condition type is not included in the condition types that were selected on the selection screen or that are defined in the variant of the standard selection report.
Procedure
Úse F4 help to choose a valid condition type.
If this does not give you the required condition type, check in Customizing for condition types and the related access sequences.
In the condition maintenance also check Customizing for the selection report (pricing report), that you have selected in the navigation tree, using the standard condition table as a reference.

I gave it a try and what I am getting using the transaction V-41 is create Price condition (PR00) : Fast Entry.

Hi,
I got error "posting period is not defined for fiscal year variant" when I execute t code FBICS3.
I checked in OB29 & t code FBIC010 & noted that the fiscal year variant had ben maintained.

It was noted that the mentioned t code had been maintain but below mentioned error appear:
Posting period is not defined for fiscal year variant
Message no. GU506
Diagnosis
You have tried to determine a posting date in fiscal year variant for period , fiscal year , but this period is not defined for the variant.
Procedure
You maintain fiscal year variants in table T009.
It was referring to t code OB29. I have checked the detail, in OB29 also details maintain.
Please advice why the error still prompt.

Iu2019ve gone thru Specify G/L Accounts per Excise Transaction in CIN. But exactly in which field we need to maintain the GL.

You are not giving correct Excise inovice no. in J1IH transaction for cancelling. Because if correct excise invoice number is not given then also system give the same error. So please check the excise invoice number carefully
Please check SPRO => Logistic General => Taxes on Goods movement => India => Outgoing Documents => Specify Default Excise Group and Series Group, whether you have assigned the related G/L Account for the given combination with Excise Invoice Type
You will Check following G/L are maintained or not in "Specify G/L account per excise Transaction"
maintain GL account for ETT ARE1 in table J_1IEXCACC for field Mod.Clearing field name is J_1ICLEAR
Cenvat Suspanse G/L
RG23A BED
RG23A ECS
RG23A AT1
Also Check following under "Specify Excise account per excise Transaction"

I have Created Impot PO, After Planned Delivery cost MIRO I am trying to Perform GR then its giving Error "Excise modvat accounts not defined for GRPO transaction and U1 excise group
Message no. 8I402"
I have already maintained GL account in "Specify G/L Accounts per Excise Transaction" for Excise group U1
This problem is coming when Additional Duty on custom condition type JADC is maintained in "Maintain Excise Defaults" node in the column "ADC Cond" . If I remove JADC condition type from this place the this error is not coming but AED column is not fetching any value while doing GR.
Please help me in this issue , still No answer

For GRPO have you maintained sub transaction Type IP for your excise group U1. If you not maintained pl maintain . and assign G/L account to modvat clearing account , the G/l account should be same as company code CVD account.

Dear Chetan
Go to IMG -- Logistics-General --> Tax on Goods Movements --> India --> Account Determination --> Specify G/L Accounts per Excise Transaction.
There, check whether for series group, company code, chart of accounts, you have maintained CEIV. It should have been missing at your end and hence the problem. Maintain the required G/L Account in the above area and retry.

Hi Madhu,
This exception is raised means you have checked the Signature check-box and encrypt check box.
Now you have unchecked that the issue should be solved , but if it is still giving the same exception synchronize your run time buffer using the t-code SWU_OBUF .

Doesn't play songs, "itunes is not configured for use with mac-formatted"??

Hi, new ipod shuffle. Seems to charge fine, all indicator lights function as expected. Everything looks fine in itunes. But it doesn't play songs. I have the most recent versions of itunes and the ipod software. Re-set, updated, and restored, nothing works. Even restored using the restore utility. Re-started computer. Checked for volume control. Won't play songs. Tried different file types. Songs play fine from itunes library and from the device's library within itunes. Tried different headphones. Hooked it up to computer speakers. Turning volume all the way up on device and speakers, heard some very faint rhythmic static, so my guess is the jack socket (or whatever you call it) is just messed up, but it seems weird that it can transfer power and data to the device but doesn't work for sound...
The only other issues that have come up is that the drive disappears in explorer once it syncs with itunes. Other people who've noticed this seem to have completely different problems so I don't think it's related.
Also, I have MacDrive on my computer. And when it starts up with the ipod plugged in, MacDrive offers the message "Itunes is not configured for use with Mac-formatted ipods." It offers to automatically reconfigure itunes so it can read mac-formatted ipods. Since I've restored the device, I don't see why formatting should be an issue so I say "no."
Should I try letting macdrive do its format thing? Should I try formatting the ipod disk on the My Computer menu? Or should I just email apple and tell them the jack's busted?

Well, I have had my iPod for about 3 years, it is a 4th generation non-video 40 GB. One day it just stopped working, and now it does not play any songs. when I turn it on it makes this odd whirring sounds that computers make when they try really hard to do something. I cannot charge it, and it is not recognized by iTunes. Also when I turn it on, I get the apple.com/ipod/support (or whatever it is) screen. Needless to say, my warranty is expired, and so I cannot do anything for it except get a new battery, or buy a new one. Is there any way to fix this problem, or anyone out there who is experiencing the same thing?
I'm having the exact same problem with my wife's iPod. However it will play about 3 seconds of a song and go onto the next song.
If there is anyone out there that can help please do!

I have checked and rechecked the MM and I do not see anything missing or unusual as far as I can see. This shipment is for a new plant and distribution channel.

Go to TCODE:OKEQ
1)select version 0 here and ext select settings for each fiscal year under controlling area settings
2)give your controlling area XXXX and version 0 then enter
3)select new entries maintain data for new year 2008.

Getting below error while doing J1IIN - Posting Excise invoice for Sale.
"Excise modvat accounts not defined for DLFC transaction and 01 excise group"
I checked with the settings GL are assigned to for DLFC and 01 excise group.
Is anywhere else I need to mantain the modvat GL

Check if you are using any subtransaction type along with excise transaction type.
Excise group, ETT, company code, sub transaction type (if any), Chart of account, Modvat account (pls maintain all the entries over here) search for modavat clearing field and maintain it.

Creative Zen Micro Photo not tested for use with Windows so cant install it! Please help

Heya! Basically when installing the software for Microphoto it stops saying that as my device hasn't been tested for use with windows it cant install for fear of corrupting my laptop! Can anyone help me overcome this because i installed it aagges ago and it let me have the option of continuing the installating, but i had 2 uninstall it and upon reinstalling it it does not give me the option to continue. It just cancels the installation. Can someone please help me as this is driving me nuts!! Y is it that technology is continuosly mucking up grrrrr!

Are you runnning Win XP SP2? If so, this is a standard warning about unsigned drivers, but it should still give you the option to "continue anyway" to complete the installation.
Also, make sure you have Windows Media Player 0, as this is needed for Windows XP (drivers) to recognize your MicroPhoto.
