Value field does not updated in COPA Billing

Hi,
We are facing one issue in COPA.
We are created one Condition type ABC, this condition type we have selected the check box for Accruals in control data 2 ,then we are created one Account key 123 , in pricing procedure we have assigned this one ABC condition type to accrual account key 123.Then Vkoa setting in TAble one customer/mat/ acckey combination we have assign one g/l like transfer cost with (11 cost element) in provision for accrual column.
COPA side setting as been done :
step 1: user defined value field like NMR and this value field is assign in ke4i with respective condition type ABC value filedNMR.
We are generated the billing document.in a/c document is below entry.
Customer a/c dr 10
Trasnfer Cost a/c dr 1
To Cost on sales a/c 11-
Above one 1 rs in coming in condition records in billing document.But In COpa document my revunue is 10 rs with value filed, NMR value filed amount "1" is not updated.
Note :above condition type ABC we are not selecting the statistical check box in Pricing procedure
Please give me suggestion.

Hi Reddy
As far as I understand, any GL Account maintained in VKOA under provision column will not flow to COPA, be it B/S 8754 or P/L 4567.
The GL mapped under G/L Account column would essentially flow to COPA. Therefore in your case, values posted to GL 1234 should flow to NMR Value field through SD Condition type ABC.
I dont have access to system so can you check below options:
1) Once you had done KOFK, did you create the cycle from scratch to evaluate the results. If so and if its still not working, can you please share with us the output of the KEAT and / or KE4ST report for the billing document, posted to accounts.
2) Also check in the pricing procedure, if you set an account key under accruals column, then in VKOA, you need not have to mention seperate GL under Provision Column. Just maintain the GL account under "G/L account" column for each Account keys (4 records with KOFI & KOFK)
3) If above also doesnt help, test if removing the check from Accruals in the ABC Condition type configurations really helps, in which case you may need to maintain GL under provision column.
Will explore more options and will revert back hopefully by tuesday.

There is a Value field for Tax is not updated in COPA documents due to missing configuration in KE4I. Now the tax field is updatating properly after completed the configuration in KE4I.
But we have couple of COPA documents which are generated (source ) through SD billing. And we have entered proper condition type in Sales order. It is calculating the Tax amount based on condition type in sales order.
Now we want to update the Tax value filed information into COPA documents . Please let me know the procedure to update the Tax value field in COPA documents.

ITunes Last Played does not update when syncing from iPod

When I synch any of my Ipods, the last played field does not update in Itunes.
If I play the song from Itunes. (11.1.5) Last Played works fine.
I tried the crossfade solution, but that did not work. My crossfade was already not selected.
Any other thoughts?

As if by magic it is now working. I went away from the mac for a couple of hours, came back and it started to work. This is scary as I would expect this kind of action on a Mickysoft machine but not a Mac. Ho Hum - at least the problem has been sorted even if I don't know how.

Batch Split in OBD & billed for the entire Quantity .RG1 register does not update the excise values

Hi All,
I am new here . We have batch split in Delivery and 601 happens for the individual batches and billing we bill for the entire quantity . Hence the RG1 does not update the excise values for the batches and it is showing as zero (upon extraction in J2I6). Upon research through the program the latest note which i presume is patched
The latest note is N158234 which does not show in the program but seems have been patched considering we are using the Latest version of SAP .
As you see above in the billing we have billed for the whole quantity but RG1 does not update for the since the batches are zero .
My programmer says because of some note related to cancellation where it says about values H & J in vbfa table and due to which program does not go through the Note for the batch split .
Now i have checked few other projects in my company and they all seems to be following the program . So i am wondering whether my process or some customization is missing .
Sales order (no batch determination) , in delivery the batches are picked through wm to and batch split happens in the delivery . Then billling for the whole quantity . We have automatic excise invoice creation enabled so no J1IIN .

How about the other projects' values in VBFA where your techinical team is guessing some issue. Have you compared this?
Since you have already the note 158234 implemented in your system, ideally, you should not face any issue.

Freight value field not updating in COPA

Dear All,
The customer with account assignment group CA, Freight revenue is not updating in COPA.Where as Customer with out account assignment group CA,then freight revenue is updating in COPA.
I checked all settings such assigmnet of SD condition types to COPA value field and all, every thing is fine.Even customer with other account assignment groups is working fine.
Plz suggest.

Hi Ram,
This looks like a KEDR derivation issue. Please check the condition tab in the derivation rule for account assignment group CA. If this does not help then please check if you clear the Freight value field in exit COPA0001 (Trans-SMOD).

Billing type is not updating in COPA table

Billing type is not updating for few billing documents in ECC COPA table CE11000 but for few documents billing type is updating correctly in ECC COPA table CE1100
Example 1 for billing document 10351144 billing type is not updating in ECC COPA table CE11000 billing type ZDN
Example 2 for billing document 10354965 billing type is updating in ECC COPA table CE11000
Billing type is same for the both billing documents but its updating for one document and it is not updating for another document
Please help me to find out the rout cause

hi, can your replay the problem in your system?
if so , I suggest you to set a user breakpoint in ERP function BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST, (the user need to use the Middleware user not your foreground login user)
And when billing document inbound to ERP, SAP will call the function. then you can check if the CO-PA fields has been filled correctly or not.

Error Message - Value Entered Does Not Match Format of Field

I keep getting an error message in Adobe Pro X: "The value entered does not match the format of the field [JF13]".
I have JF13 programmed as follows:
On Calculate tab:
if(Number(this.getField("ck4").value) > 0) this.getField("JF13").value = Number(this.getField("FL019").value); else this.getField("JF13").value = " ";
It is programmed this way so if the user checks the check box before the field, only then will JF13 populate a value, which pulls from FL019. I also have the settings set to "number" because the data needs to display as a dollar amount $xxx.xx.
FL019 is a hidden field on the form which pulls a dollar amount from a Mainframe, and its settings are also set to "Number" :
I get four pop up windows with the above mentioned error message, and the only way to make the message stop is to remove the "number" format from the fields. However, when this is done, if any number which ends in a zero is entered, it cuts off the zero. This is not acceptable either.
Is there some sort of script I could add or some other way to prevent both the error message and the cutting off of the zero on JF13?
I am not very proficient with javascript, so any assistance would be appreciated!

I tried it like this:

And I got an error saying I was missing a parenthesis. Should it go somewhere else or am I completely off?

Real time ROLAP or Automatic molap cubecube does not update the value

Hello Everyone,
I am working with Real time Rolap and Automatic MOLAP cube. I had created cube using AdventureWorks DW sample given by Microsoft Tutorial. when i fire insert query, It updates data. It works fine in both the cases after reconnecting in SSMS and SSAS browser.
But I have a one database table in SQL server with 4 varchar and 10 numeric fields [simple table with one primary key without any relationship with other table]. I tried to create both type of cube from direct database table [selecting varchar fields as
dimensions and numeric as measures], created partitions, specified server side tracking table. It processes the cube. but when i add rows into this table. It inserts record but does not update in SSAS browser or SSMS browser.
Please help me what is the problem???

I noticed the same behavior reported by Bob: Not regarding the "process filter" or the "update frequency" selected "CPU Time" column is only updated when details dialog is open. I noticed it just today (which triggered the search here), I wonder if this "feature" has been always present or maybe activity monitor is getting lazy?

Type 2 SCD -- does not update the old value.

I have following columns in the source table:
SSN, credit_score
In the target, I have following columns,
SK_ID, SSN, credit_score, flag
I am flagging the old credit_score as 'N' when updating the row and at the same time it is supposed to enter a new credit score with flag 'Y' in another row.
Second, If a row is completely new, It should be inserted with the flag 'Y'.
SK_ID is the surrogate key and SSN is the natural key, My trigger column is credit_score.
The problem is that when I run this type 2 mapping, it does not update anything but inserts the new rows only.

Here is how I am updating the rows (update logic).
If source_SSN=target_SSN and source_credit_score!=target_credit_score
then flag = 'N' (this is the update from 'Y' to 'N' after which i will insert a new row containing new value of credit_score with flag 'Y')
As an example, if my old rows in the target table were:
sk_id SSN credit_score flag
101 2212 654 Y
102 3023 707 Y
Now let's say my source table has these values.
SSN credit_score
2212 648
2220 690
Then my target table should be like this:
sk_id SSN credit_score flag
101 2212 654 N
103 2212 648 Y
102 3023 707 Y
104 2220 690 Y

Transporting of Value field name/description translation in COPA

Hi,
I have a problem with Value field name/description translation in COPA. In English language all user defined value field names are defined properly with name and description.
In my native language their names are blank and its hard to use COPA reports as we don't see the description of particular value fields.
Is it possible to tranport the names of value fields from DEV system to PRD system? I have altready translated value fields on DEV but there is no option to create transport with the translations or changes in the names I made.
If it is possible to transport it to PRD, do I have to refresh and regenerate Operating concern in PRD?
I am not confident with refreshing Operating Concer on PRD client - as it might be generated with errors and stop all sales.
What would you advice?

Sale Quotation Formatted Search displays correctly but does not update OQUT

I have a formatted search, intended to show a deposit amount of 50% for the document total, and refresh whenever the doc total changes. It displays correctly on the Quote header screen UDF area, but OQUT does not update. Pressing Shift-F2 returns 'internal error'. The first time the Quote is entered the right value gets in OQUT, but never gets updated after that.
The UDF is OQUT.U_Deposit. The formatted search query is:
Select ($[$33.88.number]*.05) and it is set to refresh reglaurly when Document Total changes.

The screen variable for
Document Total $[$29.0.Number]
Total Before Discount $[$22.0.Number]
Also I notice for 50% you have used .05 which is actually 5%
Try this query
SELECT ($[$-29.0.Number]*0.5)
The minus is needed since it is a UDF on the header which is a seperate window.

Shared Variable does not update when typedef is changed

I have a shared variable of type custom control (typedef made up of a cluster). When I chang the typedef, e.g. the name or type of one of the fields in the cluster, and then save it, the shared variable does not update to reflect this change. That is, if I place the shared variable on my block diagram and do a "UNBUNDLE BY NAME" on the output, I see the old fields. I have to go back to the properties of the shared variable, change its data type, apply it, then go back and change it back to my custom control.
Anyone else seen this behaviour? Anyone know how to get the shared variable to update without going through this procedure?

Update Model from database does not update Nullable Property -- Possible bug?

When updating Model from database seems does not update the entity nullable property.
and it will not update the Default Value from the Backend (MSSQL) also.
I am using VS2008 SP1 3.5EF, XP64Bit Machine.

today.. i changed the PK size.. from char(10) to char(36)
got many problems.. easy to fix...
but some query stop working:

throw this error: A relationship multiplicity constraint violation occurred: An EntityReference expected at least one related object, but the query returned no related objects from the data store.
i get this error only when PK is greater than char(10)...
with SQL profiler.. i saw that PK was truncated to char(10) :

CSDL was not changed when i did the "Update Model from Database" !!!

SRM - PO Value changed but not updated in in R/3 and SC

I have a query that the PO after creation in the R/3 we then uplifted the PO value. The SC has been approved earlier. Now the PO value is not updated in the backend and the SC.
I have run the FM BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC, BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER_INTERNAL but still does not update the value

if the second status group is for the ECS PO, I can see
HEADER I1132 Transfer Failed (E.Sys.)
The transfer of updated SRM PO to R/3 was not succesfull.
Look at application monitors in SRM (PO --> Backend errors).
Look at ST22 in R/3.

Time stamp does not update automatically

Hi, All. I want include the time stamp (yyyy-mo-dd-min-sec) in the file name. However, the value of the time stamp does not update automatically/synchronizes with the computer clock at each new run. I need to do it manually with the right click and update the time to the current.
How can I solve this? Thanks a lot in advance.

What does this have to do with NI counter/timer hardware?
What language are you using and what function are you using to get a timestamp? If the language is LabVIEW, then all you need is Get Date/Time in Seconds. If you are using a front panel Time Stamp control, then you are using the incorrect function.
