Values are doubled in analyzer??? why???

I have created this query:
free characteristics: calendar day/sold to party/ material
key figures:billed quantity/billing value
when I run this query in analyzer I get the exact double values than the ones I should get. I mean in R3 the correct values that I check from another report there are halpf, which is the correct. In BW analyzer the values are doubled
Why does this happen???
I also have anotheer problem, I can get values up to 07/2008? the job probably has an error ever since and does not run automatically?? any ideas?? where should I look?(transactions)

--> First check data in infocube, i think data loaded wrongly, hence double records. check for particular material or customer for a month.

Using business content installed the DSO 0CM_DS03, Update Rule 0CM_DS03 -> 2LIS_03_BF. But when loading the data the value of field 0VALUE_LC is getting double.
Few notes :
1) I have not written any code in Update Rule. It was installed through BC but it have few routine in it.
2) Data in PSA is correct. But the DSO showz the double value.
3) IO 0VALUE_LC is the cummulative values & has aagregation sum.
4) I am using all standard objects. No enhancement.
Ques :
1) Is this the way the DSO 0CM_DS03 works?
2) How can we have correct value?
3) Do I need one more Z Object & divide by 2 to get the correct value?
Please suggest.

I hope you do not have multiple requests in the PSA.
This may get aggregated and give you a wrong total in 0VALUE_LC for the same Material.
Can you try de-bugging the code while the data is being updated into the ODS 0CM_DS03?
You'll get a better idea.

Why my iCloud contacts are doubled @ my iMac?

Hello! Please, see the attach. Why my contacts @ iCloud are doubled in contact list in my iMac? It's in Russian but Blue and black iCloud contact lists are exactly the same - trust me.
PS I don't have nor I ever used any other account for contacts.

Why two FLOAT values are stored differently?

Curious as to why two FLOAT values are stored differently. Inserting
two FLOAT values one with value of 99E9 and the other with 12E-9.
Value for 99E9 was stored in the database as 99000000000 and 12E-9
was stored in the database as 1.2E-8. Why were they stored in
different formats? I am using Oracle9i

Premiere Elements 11 trial version for macMac computer photos uploaded to the timeline just finetrying to make a new title, streaming or in a framedouble clicked on the text in the box and nothing shows up when I type on my keyboard. I can delete the words that are there but not type in new ones. I selected the type and size, etc.

How can this happen? Quantity Field values are showing doubles in ODS

Hello BW Gurus,
I have a staging ODS, on top of it a reporting ODS and a cube. I have loaded the data from flatfile to the staging ODS which looks perfectly fine but coming to the Reporting ODS and the cube, the values in quantity field are doubled. If it was just cube where the values were doubled then I might have thought it could be due to double time loading or may be because of duplicate records. But I can see the Quantity values doubled in reporting ODS (which has Overwrite option).
Does anyone has any clues? when we had this issue couple of days back - I have deleted the request from Reporting ODS and Cube and re-loaded it which looked perfectly fine.
But today our issue is back - is it not strange?

My issue has taken a twist and here is the new problem:
on Friday the report was fine
on Saturday the report was fine
on Sunday we had problems with Reporting ODS as it was showing all double values. (I cleaned the reporting ODS and Cube and reloaded the data) after that the report worked fine.
on Monday the report was fine
on Tuesday again we got duplicate values (for few plants) now in staging ODS as well, which has completely with 'overwrite' option with one to one mapping with no routines.
I loaded the same file in DEV. and this was working fine?
I debugged the code that was fine too.
I think this is a strange Issue.
Please let me know your ideas,

Why Negative values are entering in to fact table.

After Data File uploaded. The Fact table is showing Negative values.
Can any body give solution.
And in DataManager->Financial Process>FX Restatament (Is running Succussfully)
But Currency is not getting translated.

The reason the values are negative may be caused by 2 items. The first is the default method by which BPC store information; BPC is designed to store values based on the natural sign. So, if a Revenue account is positive in the Data File, and the Property "ACCTTYPE" is INC, the value is stored as a negative number. When an expense value is loaded to an account with "EXP", the value is stored as a positive. LEQ are Negative and AST are positive. (CREDITS and DEBITS storage)
BPC then uses tables and measures to report the account based on type correctly in the Excel interface. This is how BPC is designed.
There is also the CREDITPOSITIVE = YES / NO that is part of the Data Transformation instructions, and if this is setup incorrectly, you may store the reverse signs from the data file that is loaded. So this may need to be reviewed as well.
As for the FXTranslation, I assume you have rates in the RATE cube to use in the translation process. You will need to verify that the RATETYPE property is filled in for the accounts you wish to translate? DId you process the FX script logic and the RATE script logic prior to running FX.

Why the files my program create are created twice each file double ? And why sometimes the files size are too small ?

My program is using Queue of type Uri to create Queue of urls and then i'm using webbrowser to navigate each Uri from the Queue in it's turn and get the url(html) source content and save it to the hard disk.
The problem is sometimes the text files on the hard disk are small like 90KB or 60KB and sometimes they are as they are suppose to be 300KB or 200KB.
This is a button click event where i'm calling two methods:

In the completed event i'm getting the page number and build the string for the text file then write the html source content to the text file.
In the end i have on my hard disk 48 text files.
The problems are:
1. Sometimes it seems like it's not finishing navigating to the current uri or maybe some other reason maybe server side problem and creating small size files with source content inside but not all the source content. Sometimes the text files size are each
file 99KB or 70KB and sometimes the size of them are about 300KB and 200KB and this is the right sizes 300KB 200KB.
2. The text files on my hard disk suppose to be 48 different files each file should contain the source if the html page of the 48 pages. But on my hard disk the 48 text files are duplicated for some reason.
This is the file on my hard disk:
Some of the files are 205KB 350KB 175KB and some of the files sizes are 85KB 94KB 35KB
Why some of the files it didn't navigated to the end or maybe didn't got all the source ?
And why it's making each second file the same like the one before ? It suppose to create 48 different files but i'm getting two identical files each navigation.

I solved it now.

It's a bit slow process since i'm waiting for each page to be loaded into the webbrowser but it does the work.

Iam checking a report in production. where lead time values are displayed as 0 for 1 key figure lead time3 (w/0 dim) . i found there is a formula for this it shows like NODIM ( 'Lead Time 3' ).and there is a value for cal.lead time
how can i get values in the report.

Hi,
Although your question is not clear, I understood that the formula built on that KF is NODIM. Basically it means, units of measurement is not considered when calculating.
Eg: 5 Minutes + 5 Kilograms = 10
You please try to analyze your KF by the above logic. Then you would be able to figure out why the data is not appearing in the report..

GR/IR A/c Amount and Amount in local Curreny values are not matching

Hello Gurus
When we are doing MIGO for some Scheduling Agreement PO's the Amount and Amount in local currency columns are mismatching with paise (+/-), eventhough PO belongs to Local Currency (INR). Because of this GR/IR account is not cleared after MIRO through F.13. Both MIGO and MIRO amount are showing as Open items.
Why it is happening and what is the way to clear GR/IR A/C. (F.13 with Tolerance limit is also not workout).

Actual and Commitments values are not Appearing in Internal order report

We have done budget in KO22 for Internal Order and active the availability controle after that we made PO with the same IO and with account assignment category 'A' and GR also happened.
So when we run the report (S_ALR_87013019 - List: Budget/Actual/Commitments ), system is not showing Actual and Commitments values...
Please help me in this regard...

The whole scenario is a little strange. When I tried to compile your procedure it couldn't compile, but I added the missing info and was able to get it compiled.

If you pass in 1,2 as a parameter then it is basically building the following:
select * from TEST123 where Empid is NOT NULL and -1 = 1,2This will cause an invalid number because it is trying to check where -1 = 1,2

R/3 ZCOND values are not picked properly in BW

We had a issue in one of the BW Reports. There are three types of discounts offered in the sales, namely Hospital Discount, Market Discount & Pharmacy Discount.
For certain billing document nos, the R/3 and BW values were not matching. However, the Net Amount is matching.
There is a table by the name ZVBW_PRICE_COND which is a view created out of the tables VBRK, VBRP & ZSBW_PRICE_COND.
In R/3, we put the POSNR value (Billing Item) and BELNR value (Billing Doc no.) to generate KNUMV value (Number of Document Condition) and KSCHL values.
In the KONV table, we put the KPOSN (Condition Item no.) = 10, KNUMV value and KSCHL value (Condition Type) to get the Condition value.
The value generated was ok and were same as that of vf03.
Now we checked the Data source 2LIS_13_VDITM and its extract structure.
Here we found Field only in Customer Exit checkbox ticked for ZCOND1 to 4.
However, in BW, there are specific Infoobjects like Condition Value1,2,3,& 4 each of which is directly mapped to ZCOND1,2,3,& 4 respectively.
Hospital Discount and Market Discount are mapped to ZCOND3 & ZCOND2 respectively in the concerned report.
I could have remove the ticks in the checkbox and make ZCOND accesible to extractor. But problem is that it is only certain billing doc nos for which discounts are not matching. Any help will be highly appreciated.

This checkbox is set for those fields of the datasource(in rsa6) which are custom fields,and whose values are determined by a user-exit written in tcode CMOD.
We have observed that keeping this checkbox ticked or unticked does not make any difference at all.So even removing this checkbox for your 4 fields will not solve the mismatch issue.
The mapping for the 4 fields in your case,is already there in BW.
Please go to tcode CMOD,enter the BW project name,select components and click on display.4 user exits will be displayed.
1st is for TD datasources,2nd for master data attr,and next are for text and hierarchies.
Double click on 1st exit FM,then double click on the include program,and find the exit code written for your datasource.Most probably user-exit not working OK.

These i7 4770K Temperatures And Voltage Values Are Normal With Z87-G43?

Hello everyone,
I recently upgraded my good old Core2Duo rig and bought a new cpu-motherboard-ram trio. My new specs is as follows:
- i7 4770K @ stock speed + Coolermaster 212Evo cpu cooler
- MSI z87 g43 motherboard
- 2x4 GB G-Skill Ripjaws X 1866Mhz
- Case: Corsair Carbide 400R
The problem is I wasn't aware of that new Haswell cpus are running slightly hotter and now I'm little bit worried about my temperatures. Since I was also planning to overclock my cpu a bit and trying to find a point that doesn't need a vast voltage increase, I'm losing my sleeps over this situation at the moment.
Anyways. I'm using softwares like HWmonitor, Coretemp, Realtemp and Intel Extreme Tuning Utility. Turbo Boost is also active. So the cpu is going up until 3.9 GHz. Other than that I'm on stock speeds, and motherboard's default values. Here are my temperatures:
Ambient room temp: Varies between 23-25 °C
Idle: 28-30 °C
While playing demanding games like Battlefield 4: Max 58-65°C
With Intel Extreme Tuning's stress test for 15 mins: max 65-70 °C
With Prime 95 Blend and OCCT burn tests for 15 mins: max 78-82 °C
I also run realtemp's sensor test and the values are identical since it's using Prime95 too.
I also noticed that Prime 95 and OCCT is increasing my cpu voltage value from 1.156 to 1.21 while Intel Extreme Tuning's stress test and BurnInTest is using 1.156v. All these test are using %100 of the cores. Couldn't understand why there's a voltage increase on certain tests which leads my temps go even higher and higher. Will I encounter these kinds of random voltage increases during normal tasks? Like playing games, rendering some stuff etc..?
On the other hand I tried motherboard's OC Genie future to see what happens. It overclocked the cpu automatically to 4.0 GHz @1.10v. With this setting I've seen max of 70 °C for a second and mostly 65-68°C under OCCT stress test. And also my voltage didn't increase at all and sit at 1.10. I'm a bit confused about these values. Since with default settings I'm getting hotter values and my voltage is going up to 1.21 with Turbo Boost under Prime95/OCCT burn tests. I also found out that my BIOS is v1.0. I don't really have a performance or a stability issue for now except this voltage thing. Does a BIOS update help on that situation? I don't really like to touch something already working OK and end up with a dead board.
Also I'm wondering if my temperature values are normal with the cpu cooler i have (Coolermaster 212evo)?
I also could buy some extra fans for my case (1 exhaust to top & 1 intake to side) and maybe a second fan for the cpu cooler if you guys think that these would help a bit.

I will follow your suggestions for the fans. Currently I don't have any fans on top. But I'm considering to buy some fans to top and side. So you get better results with top fans being exhaust right?
Also which fan are you using as the second fan for the cpu heatsink? I would buy one of these as well since we have the same heatsink.
I'm also using the default/auto voltages and settings at the moment. Just Turbo Boost is enabled and when it kicks in voltage is going up to 1.156. Which seems normal and doesnt produce dangerous level of heat. The thing is if I start running Prime95&OCCT the voltages going up to 1.21+ level at the same turbo boost speed (which is 3.9 GHz). And that produces a lot more heat than usual. But if I use BurnInTest or Intel Extreme Tuning Utility stress test the voltages sit at 1.156 and under full load on all cores. I'm wondering what's the reason of this difference and if it is software or motherboard related. Even with using the OC Genie @ 4.1 GHz temperatures and voltages seem lower than the stock&auto settings (idle 35-38 / stress test with OCCT 70C max, gaming 60-65C max). I'm not sure if a BIOS update would fix this. Since the whole BIOS flashing process is creeping me out. I don't like to bother with something that is already working OK. Don't want to end up with a dead board in the end :P Maybe I'm becoming a bit paranoid though, since this is a really hard earned upgrade after 6 years. :P

Field values are repeating for search help.

I have a problem. When I create a search help for a field the identical field values are repeating. What should I do to trigger only the first time.
for example:

Further meaningful information about the displayed values is included in the display of possible entries, especially if the field requires that a formal key be entered.

Elementary search helps
Describe a search path. The elementary search help must define where the data of the hit list should be read from (selection method), how the exchange of values between the screen template and selection method is implemented (interface of the search help) and how the online input help should be defined (online behavior of the search help).
Collective search help
Combine several elementary search helps. A collective search help thus can offer several alternative search paths.
Search Help Interface
Search help interface determines how the exchange of values between the screen template and the selection method is implemented.
The search help interface defines the context data that can be used in the input help and the data that can be returned to the input mask. Analogously to the interface of a function module, the search help interface comprises interface parameters.
When you define an interface parameter of a search help, you must also define whether it should be used to copy data to the input help (IMPORT parameter) or whether it should be used to return data from the input help (EXPORT parameter). A parameter of a search help can also have both attributes at the same time.
The location from which the IMPORT parameters of a search help get their values and the screen fields in which the contents of the EXPORT parameters of the search help are returned are defined in the search help attachment. The search help itself should always be attached to an EXPORT parameter of the search help. If this parameter is also the IMPORT parameter, its contents are only used in the input help if it is a search string (that is, if it contains a ´*´ or a ´+´).
You must define the parameter types of a search help. You can do this by assigning them data elements.
Value Transport for Input Helps
NOTE:In the above example, screen fields A, B and C are linked with parameters of the search help. As a result, values can only be transported between the screen and the search help for these three fields. Existing contents of screen fields A and B can be used for selecting the hit list since they are linked with an import parameter of the search help. The values of parameters A and C can be returned to the screen from the hit list since these parameters are declared as export parameters of the search help.
Description of dialog behavior
A hit list might contain plentiful number of entries. A
dialog provides the user with an option to restrict the
entries displayed on the hit list.
In an input help process, the set of possible entries is presented in the dialog box as a list for displaying the hit list. The user selects the required value from this list by double clicking. Since the possible entries are often formal keys, you must be able to display further explanatory information about the possible entries in the list.
If the set of possible entries is very large, the user should be able to define additional conditions for the attributes of the selected entry. Restricting the set of data in this way both increases the clarity of the list and reduces the system load. Additional conditions can be entered in a further dialog window, the dialog box for restricting values.
Specifying the dialog type of a search help defines whether the dialog box for restricting values should be offered and if so under what conditions.
The attributes in the dialog box for displaying the hit list or in the dialog box for restricting values must be defined as internal parameters of the search help. An internal parameter can also be used in only one of the two dialog boxes. It can also belong to the search help interface.
The internal parameter types are also defined with data elements. These data elements define how the parameters are displayed in the two dialog boxes.
