Vendor field not updated in CRM pricing condition table

Hi,
We have maintained condition table with Material and Vendor fields in ECC and table is active
After replicating this table from ECC to CRM, vendor field not updated in table and it is inactive.
There is any mapping settings required to update vendor field in CRM table from ECC.
Please help me out to solve this issue

hi, the data field of vendor is a standard one or custimizing one?
I remeber there is a data mapping setting in CRM, for condition field. If you want to mapping a ERP standard field to a CRM custmizing one, you need to setting your rule in it. Maybe you can find it in SM30 view.

Update value of Pricing condition

Hi all,
I am having existing custom program in which sales order get display through ALV. and when user select records through ALV and execute, All pricing conditions of selected sales order gets updated. For this BDC is written( in which Update button is clicked on condition tab at line item in sales order)
My requirement is to add new field for pricing condition on selection screen. and if user puts any pricing condition on the field, only that pricing condition should get updated with new value for selected sales order. It should not update all the pricing condition for the sales order.
Problem: I can not use BDC in this particular case because if i use Update button on condition tab(line item ) in sales order on BDC, it will update all the pricing condition of sale order.
Question: How i will trace new value of any pricing condition. Functional are saying that it is maintained in VK13. If this is a case
then
1)How I will come to know in which config table, Condition record exist i.e New value of pricing .
2)Each pricing Condition will have multiple condition tables ( Lot of combinations) and I will come to know about the tableu2019s only at runtime. For getting the values from table I need the value of there respective key fields.
How I will get the values of all the key fields of the condition tables ?
If there is any better way to get the new reprising value of pricing condition please let me know?

Please check if any other standard pricing types suits your requirement. Assuming that your current pricing type is 'B'-carry out automatic pricing. So, when you update pricing, you can choose the best that suit your case.

Creation of Customized field for Pricing Condition tables

Hi Friends
I have a requirement to create a Pricing condition table with Customized field starts with 'Z' and
Field length should be more than 80.
After creating New Customized Field, system is not allowing to create Pricing Condition table and giving error 'Too Many fields selected (larger than 100 bytes)'.
Could you please advice how to over come this error and Maximum field to create Pricing condition table .

Hi there,
Table & table attributes are defined by the ABAPers. Not by finctional consultants.
You need to have an access key to define new tables & access sequence.
Check with your ABAPer. He will be able to help you with that.

Question regarding usage of CRM pricing conditions using date ranges

Hi,
I wonder if someone has a suggestion regarding how to set up pricing conditions in CRM to accomplish the following scenario:
For existing customers we want to “freeze” the product price for certain customers,
but at the same time let other customers get another prize for the same product
and period.
(We have scenarios where the product price changes retroactively, years back in time, but only for those custoemrs that fulfill a specific criteria at the time where the prize change was decided to take place..)
We want the prize to be dependent on the customer status AND when this status was set
(before a specific date), but there doesn’t seem to be a way to set up pricing
conditions with date ranges (i e "customer status changed before YYYYMMDD
renders prize X").
Since we are talking about quite a lot of customers we do not want to add each and every
one of them as “individual price items” in the pricing conditions tables.
Does anyone have an idea regarding how to set this up?

Hi Marika,
condition records have validity (FROM - TO). Let us assume you have a condition record for product A with 50 EUR per piece and this record is valid from 01.01.2014 until 31.12.2014.
If you create CRM Sales Order having product A at 4.12.2014 and this date is used as pricing date for the conditon determination, then it will find this condition record with price 50 EUR per piece. This 50 EUR should be the froen price.
Now how can you achieve that for the same CRM Sales Order another product price is determined for certain customer or a certain customer group?
The idea is to pass an additional pricing attribute, e.g. customer group. Then you can create a new condition table with this field with the key fields product and customer group. In the access seqeunce first the new condition table is checked and if no record is found, then the second conditon table is checked as shown below:
Access Sequence ABC
Access 10: condition table with key fields product + customer group
Access 20: condition table only key field product
Instead of customer group you define also any other field. You create your own implementation of the BAdI CRM_COND_COM_BADI that passes this field with a value to pricing.

A contract modified in IS-U not updated at CRM

Hi!!!
I'm try to update the data of crm contract from sap isu contract, but isn't works fine, the status and the description of CRM contract for example is not updated. The Bdoc SI_CONTRACT is generated correctly, and the Badi's DOWNLOAD on ISU and CRM are enhanced with the fields, but the info is not updated in crm when initial load is launched or when a move-out it's do it in isu.
Can you help me please?

Please tick the below checklist and tell me if they are set:
1. Goto R3AC4. Is entry for object class BUPA present in the List. If not, add a new entry: Object class BUPA, RFC destination (destination of ISU)
2.goto transaction SMOEAC and check if ISU site is subscribed is for BUPA_MAIN. If not, please do the same.
3. Change and save a BP and check the status of the BDOC. Is it green? if not, let me know.
4. goto ISU transaction SM30. table CRMRFCPAR. Is RFC destination for CRM maintained. If not, please do the same.
Let me know if these things are in place.

CRM pricing condition

Hi,
We have a problem in CRM pricing condition where when we add and
configure a configurable product in a CRM quote, the system carries out
the pricing correctly, but the product description is missing, instead
it shows the material code
We looked at OSS note 539736 and it seems to be the same problem but
this note only applies to release 3.0. Our current CRM is release 4.0
and patch level 8.
How can we solve this problem?

Sharepoint 2013 Active Directory Import- Manager field not updating

Hi,
SharePoint 2013 Active directory import -Manager field not updating
Concern/Issue-
We are using SharePoint and configured the Active Directory Import .First import it seems everything is working fine and OOB Organization chart built using User profile data is coming out right.
Now the user is moved from one Organization Unit to Another.
Now our Manager field is not Updating .There is change in AD manager attribute but not reflecting in the SharePoint User profile.
Manger field is mapped to "manager" attribute in SharePoint.
We tried removing the user and Re-Import using Incremental import but no luck.

Moving a user from one OU to another in AD won't normally change the Manager attribute in AD. You would need to edit the user's organization settings to change the manager value in AD. I've also seen these changes not be picked up unless something
other than just the manager field in AD changing. Try changing something like Office location and see if the manager change is picked up by AD Import.

Vendor is not updating in batch while doing STO

Hi All,
I created a PO with vendor 123456.Did a GR for it.
In GR i maintained a batch AA1 and received the material. Now the stock is in A plant with batch AA1 and vendor 123456.
Then i went in to batch AA1 and found that vendor(123456) was updated in batch master.
Next i created a STO for moving the stock from one plant to another. Stock transfer A plant to B plant.
In STO also i used the same batch AA1 and in outbounddelivery i used same batch AA1 and in GR i maintained the same batch AA1 but plant B.
Now i checked the batch AA1 for plant B.
Here the vendor is not updated in the batch AA1 for plant B combination.
What may be the reason.
If STO is done system cant able to pick the vendor?

SAP Pricing Condition Tables

Hello All,
Kindly look at this situation and recommend a possible Solution.
There is a SAP Standard Table XXX with combination Sales Org/ Dist Chan/Division/ Material and the description as Sales Org/ Dist Chan/Division/Material.. With Validity Period Checked and Release Status Unchecked.
I want to have a Pricing Condition Table as Sales Org/ Dist Channel/Division/ Material but with description Division/material. with Validity Periods Checked and Release Status Unchecked. When i try to do this i am getting a message " This table combination Already exiits", and i am unable to create further. Is there a way to create the Said table without this error.
Kindly Suggest a possible Solution. Your help will be highly appreciated.

Hi Sai,
the message you are getting is not an error but just a warning message indicating the same combination of fields with which you are trying to create a table is already existing. And the descriptions of the fields are copied as it is as per their field names when you create a condition table.
Practically, the condition records that you can store against the available condition table and the one you are trying to create if at all with a new description is absolutely same. so there is no reason why you should create a condition table with the same combination again. However pl clarify if i could answer your query.

SD Pricing condition tables.

I have 3 SD pricing condition tables in ECC that starts with name Axxx. I need to extract the data from these 3 tables thru a generic extractor. Anybody has an idea on how to get the delta from these tables? Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi,
Generic delta can be obtained based of the key field you give in generic delta tab.
Note make sure that you need to create a view by joining the relevent tables which contains 3 pricing conditions.
based on that you can give the key field name for delta etraction. the system will automatically gets the delta.

Vendor Field not available for Tax Condition

Hello Gurus
We have created a new pricing condition type to capture the Taxes
Condition Class: A( Taxes)
Calculation Type : A (Percentage)
Cond Category: D(Tax)
When i used this condition in PO and select the details of the conditions i can't find the field (vendor-lifnr) in the condition type at all.
When i checked the same for Frieght ( FRB1) in the condition type detials i can see the vendor which i can even change.\
Is it not possble to have vendor field when i have taxes condition class? If not how can i bring this into my condition type details screen

Name field is not updating in CRM BP

Hello Experts
We have created a customer in ECC with the Account Group say Z008 (Say Forwarding Agent). The NAME field contains value MY PLC at the time of customer creation through XD01. The customer no is 123
The BDOC is getting generated in corresponding CRM system and also shows the BP with the number 123 and the name as MY PLC.
Issue
When we have changed the customer name in ECC through XD02 and maintain as MY PLC - Update. Again BDOC is generated, and this BDOC contains the change in value as MY PLC - Update. (BDOC is fully processed - green)
But when i open the BP - 123 in CRM, the name still shows as MY PLC only. The "- Update" is not showing in the name field.

There is no Z-function module in my case. However, I noticed some patterns on the data-> those with the field RUFNM updated in R/3 will not get updated. Any possible reason for this?
Btw, we are not in ECC6 environment yet. (only 4.6C for R/3 and 3.0 for CRM)
In fact, I have another similar issue -> BP cannot even get updated in CRM if Industry Code in R/3 is filled.

Batch field not recognized in ME21N pricing, is recognized in ME22N pricing

Hello,
I have an issue with the value in the Batch field when creating a purchase order not being recognized when going through the pricing procedure. Here's the sequence I'm going through:
- Create PO in ME21N, enter material, enter batch, update pricing and carry out new pricing
     o For the first condition type, access 25 has X price for a condition table with Purch Org, Material, and Batch listed, but there is an error icon in the "Value in doc" description within the Batch access field, therefore it bypasses this condition table and goes to the next access
     o For the same condition type, access 30 has Y price for a condition table with Purch Org and Material. Access 25 (desired condition table) is excluded because the system doesn't recognize the value for the Batch field, so the system grabs the price within the condition table in access 30
- Save PO
- Go to change PO in ME22N, select Analysis at the item level in the Conditions tab
     o For the first condition type, access 25 DOES recognize the batch field and grabs X price (desired price)
- Update pricing and carry out new pricing, grabs X price instead of Y price
My issue I hope to resolve is to figure out why the Batch field is not recognized in the pricing when in ME21N, but it is recognized in the PO when in ME22N. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

LFA1 - MCOD Fields not updated

When a vendor is created fields MCOD1 , MCOD3 has to be popuated automatically. This is not happening for some vendors. Please inform if you know the reason for this.

Thanks for Update . In my scenarion MCOD3 was not updated though city was filled in FK01.
Similarly for some vendors MCOD1 is not updated though the name1 field has value.
