I want to control In Vendor master drop down option, post code should not display in drop down for particular account group.
How I can control in drop down option.

Hi,
As per your requirement, you want supress the drop down specific to the account group for given filed.
Basically F4 option is coming from the search help defined for that specific field not by the account group. So as long as the serch help designed to that field it will always comes. You can not control that from any field selection keys.

LSMW for Vendor Master (t-code XK01)

I'm creating a LSMW for Vendor Master (t-code XK01) using direct input but the following error message appears:
In the step "Create batch input session", I get the following error:

I mapped the TCODE filed using xk01 and the same error still displays; in the first step I select Object 0040, method 0002 and the program is RFBIKR00, is this correct?
Some of the fields are stored ina different table; How can I mapped this fileds?
Any you can provide will be great......

1. This could be with same Vendor number which would be existing in the system.
2. Data inconsistencies.
What are the flat files that you have is it a single file or more than one?

With Native Muse form widget we cannot include drop downs but if using Business Catalyst you can insert the form with drop downs and then use in Muse.

Turning off the drop down option in a ALV grid

Hello,
I have defined a ALV grid where I defining my field catalog manually. Here is an example of one field:
gs_fieldcat-fieldname = 'DZTERM'.
gs_fieldcat-ref_table = 'VBFHAPO'.
gs_fieldcat-coltext   = text-004.
gs_fieldcat-edit       = 'X'.
append gs_fieldcat to gt_fieldcat.
Since I am trying to use the ref_table field, it has also activated the drop down menu for that field. If I take out the ref_table field, and replace it with the code below, it deactivates the drop down option.
gs_fieldcat-ref_table = 'VBFHAPO'. - Comment out
    gs_fieldcat-inttype = 'D'. - Add in
Is there a better way to do this where I can turn off the drop down option for the whole grid? I looked in LVC_S_FCAT and LVC_S_LAYO, but I did not find a setting in there that would turn this feature off.

To the best of my knowledge, when you inherit the attributes of dictionary objects in your grid (via your references and foriegn key relations) you will get dropdowns much as you would in a selection screen field.
There is a way of programatically changing the behavior of a cell in the ALV grid.
There are excellent examples of this in Development class (Package) SLIS

A drop down option asked if I wanted to click on iTunes share and I did. When I shut off my mac there was none of my downloaded music on my iPod Touch 4. It appears to only play while the mac is on, who wants that. Could someone help get this corrected.

It says it is for iTunes 10, but the same steps apply to iTunes 11.
To turn off sharing:
Choose iTunes > Preferences, and click Sharing.
Deselect “Share my library on my local network.”

My drop down options menu is transparent. Why is this happening & how do I fix it?

Ever since I've upgraded to Firefox 19 from 18 none of my drop down menus work, they're all completely transparent as you can see in the following screen shot: http://i.imgur.com/PvKyZ6K.png
It's this way in every field in which drop down options appear, including the awesomebar (which is the most annoying).

Did you try a clean reinstall?
Do a clean reinstall and delete the Firefox program folder before (re)installing a fresh copy of the current Firefox release.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

Uninstall your current Firefox version, if possible, to cleanup the Windows registry and settings in security software.
*Do NOT remove personal data when you uninstall your current Firefox version, because all profile folders will be removed and you will lose all personal data like bookmarks and passwords from profiles of other Firefox versions.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.

am Created an iView with a drop down selection option.
for example
Display as : Table
: Chart
it's working fine and displaying in the output as per the selection in the Drop down list.
my Question is it's working in the REVERSE order also i.e. Once the table or chart is displayed ..If i am double clicking on the TABLE view, AUTOMATICALLY it's changing to Chart view and vice versa. WHICH I DON"T WANT.
it should work in ONE way only i.e. as per the Drop down selection.
Can any body help to solve it.

Ok, here is what i have done.
taken a datasource-->frm DS output >created an form view with drop down options (table and chart)>from the the output of form view --> created both a Table and chart outputs with required visibility condition.As i mentioned it's working fine BUT the revesre also working.
please suggust where i have to correct.

There are multiple ways. I am not at my Lion machine at the moment, so I am not sure I can remember them all, but here is one: Click on the "Details" button in the upper right corner of the message. If there are image attachments, the drop down menu should appear.
Or, try right click on the image. I think I saw "Add to iPhoto" in the contextual menu.

I need to open an extension I have downloaded and added to the Adobe Extension Manager CC but the extension option on the window drop down is not present.

SUCCESS!! I figured out that you need the Application Frame option checked in order to achieve the layout I like. Silly me.

For example, I want to change the shape from rectangle to an oval, the press and hold on the rectangle shape (by default) will not give access to other shape options. Or, for another example, the text tool won't allow access to type on path options.
Can anyone help me out on this? I running a very new PC and Illustrator CC (latest copy).

The following is a general list of things you may try when the issue is not in a specific file (you may have tried/done some of them already); 1) and 2) are the easy ones for temporary strangenesses, and 3) and 4) are specifically aimed at possibly corrupt preferences); 5) is a list in itself, and 6) is the last resort.
If possible/applicable, you should save curent artwork first, of course.
1) Close down Illy and open again;
2) Restart the computer (you may do that up to 3 times);
3) Close down Illy and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift/Cmd+Option+Shift during startup (easy but irreversible);
4) Move the folder (follow the link with that name) with Illy closed (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible);
5) Look through and try out the relevant among the Other options (follow the link with that name, Item 7) is a list of usual suspects among other applications that may disturb and confuse Illy, Item 15) applies to CC, CS6, and maybe CS5);
Even more seriously, you may:
6) Uninstall, run the Cleaner Tool (if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC), and reinstall.

CS5, No drop down option in SAVE AS for Baseline Standard JPEG

I need to save an image as a JPEG in Baseline Standard at Level 10, as a printing requirement. Right now my photoshop CS5 is running in 64 bit. I tried 32 bit and still the same thing. I am able to save as JPEG but with NO options. When I "Save As", and chose JPEG, there is no Drop down option to save the JPEG as a Baseline Standard. Nor is there even an option to save as a level. I tried to change the image settings from 8 bit to 16 bit to 32 bit... realizing the higher I go the less options I have as the image size increases. I have searched all over the place and have not had any luck finding any help. Thank you for your help, it is much appreciated.

You need to click the SAVE button before the Options box appears.
Does this not appear when you click save?
