Vendors are not able to open Payment advices send through SAP

Hi,
We regularly send payment advices to our Vendors thorugh Payment programme F110. but all of sudden many of vendors are facing issue while opening PDF File.
Some of them are getting Error as "Adobe reader could not open file because it is either not supported file or because file has been damaged(it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded) while some of them are receiving Blank attachment.
Also when we try to send same file to internal id's and our personal Id's we are able to open same. So this is not sap problem as file leaves sap correctly.
Also one more observation is when correct file is received by us the file size is of 8KB while same when received by Vendors its only of 1 KB i.e it consist of only disclaimer and no PDF File
Please let me know solution for this at earliest as many vendors are facing this issue.

We had also checked settings at our Mail server and our security software trend Micro and mails are seen to be properly send through same.
Actually we Shifted from Exchnage Server 2003 to 2007 in month of February. After that these Problems started Cropping up.
and Now that its almost a month, this has become serious issue.
Please let me know if anybody knows solution for this. This doesn;t look to be problem of SAP.

The way which i posted the question is not so clear.I want clarification in MS-Office word 2013.
I have opened the fresh word 2013 and working on the word to prepare some documents.
When i try to open the another saved word document it is overlapping one after another and the second word document showing blinking message and not able to open the second document.It is closing the second word document automatically.I can able to work
with only one opened document and not able to open multiple word documents at a same time.
The second question is How many word documents can be opened in a computer at a same time?Our work is based on word document only. some of the users are opening the different word documents in the same computer minimum six or seven word documents
and working on the same.
Suppose if we are opening and working with multiple word & excel file at a same time whether it will affect the system slow?

Addressing number that can be open at once...
This is a function of available RAM and hard drive space (although if you get into memory paging you really can slow down). It depends on the document size and also on processor speed. I have had 30 documents open at once. I often use Excel and Word at the
same time. The more you have open, the slower your system will be, although it may not be noticed until you push the limits.

ADRMS::- Clients are not able to open document which permission were restricted by using ADRMS!

Infrastructure:- (i) One Sql Server 2005 running on Windows server 2003 SP2 for RMS Database Storage.
                         (ii) ADDC & ADCS (no web enrollment) running on Windows server 2003 SP2. (FFL & DFL set to 2003)
                         (iii) ADRMS Running on Windows Server 2008.
                         (iv) Clients are using either Windows 7 with Office2010 pro or Windows 8 with Office 2013.
Question: Users are able to connect ADRMS Server and restrict permission to their documents without any issue. BUT CANNOT open the restricted document even by the owner/administrator. Whenever they try to open restricted docs a message appears " Cannot
configure your computer for Information Right Management at this time. Contact your administrator if this problem continues. "
I checked > 'rms.company.com' is added to local intranet site using IE.
So far I think clients computers are not able to retrieve the rms url.
Kindly, suggest how should I approach to the solution.

Have you registered SCP when installing ADRMS? If you can't remember, you can check this running ADSI Edit, connect to the configuration container in verify if those nodes exist CN=Configuration [server name], CN=Services, CN=RightsManagementServices,
CN=SCP. Right click on SCP and verify that serviceBindingInformation contains your https://rms.company.com/_wmcs/certification server name.

Not able to open BB App World through WiFi

I am Having BB Curve 9220 and Network which i'm using that is Vodafone. Previously i'm able to use applicaiton and able to open BB App world through wifi. But now i given my phone to service centre they update and now i'm not able open BB app world and other application through wifi.
In phone OS 7.1 running. and one more thing without sim card i'm able to open BB app world.
Please help me in this situation. i am facing lots of problem.

If you have problems with all third party apps not opening, try downloading another app - any free app is fine.
If that doesn't work, reboot your iPad.

All files in the external HDD are not able to open

HI guys,
I have an external hard drive for backup. All files in it can no longer be read properly.
I can still see all the folders and files as usual, but when I double click to open them, they are not readable any more, docx, jpg, pdf etc...
I tried to verify disk and repair disk, but not able to do it since the hard drive has been converted to NTFS format for some unknown reason.
It contais a lot of precious pictures and documents. Any solutions would be appreciated.

It looks like something went wrong with your HDD, it might be either physical (hardware) or logical (software) issue. The worst thing you can do in that case is try to "repair" the HDD with different utilities and eventually corrupt it even further. The best option is to find a Data Recovery company (like http://www.denverdatarecovery.net/ for instance) and send them your disk for free diagnostics so they could tell you if data is recoverable and how complex it might be.

Photoshop Elements 5.0 are not able to open Catalog.psa

I have used Photoshop Elements for a while now, and have 13657 picture registered here. But for a few days ago, Photoshop Elemets freeze during startup. I tried to install Photoshop Elements 7.0 (trial version) and got a fault message when this tried to convert catalog.
I do have backup, but there is more that 1000 pictures that are not catagorised in this, so a repair would be the best.
Anyboydy have some tips for me?

Press the shift key or the ctrl key as you start the organizer - I think the shift key, but if that doesn't work, try the ctrl key. It will either automatically try to recover the catalog, or it will ask you if you want to.

The forms you are sending out are PDF docs? How exactly are the recipients open them?
There are so many ways people receive emails that some are just bound to fail. E.g. if users use web-based mail, they may open it in a browser like Chrome or Firefox, which both use their own PDF viewer - not the Adobe Reader plugin.
Some people may open their mail on their mobile phone, which may or may not have Adobe Reader installed. Many other combinations are possible.
My advice: don't send e-documents as email attachments, but use a file sharing service like Adobe Acrobat.com and upload, then share the docs with the intended recipients.

When we delete a pdf from a file, the deleted file remains in the file for a while but we are not able to open preview or open the file. We recently upgraded to XI Pro. Is this common?

I'm not sure that I follow. Are you removing PDF from a Portfolio, and it remains in the Portfolio briefly after deletion?
What operating system and version are you on? When you say that the file remains for a while, what makes it disappear? Does it disappear when you save the portfolio, or change preview modes?

Values in Decimals are not able to view for an upload in SAP R/3

We have come across a weird issue with regards to decimals.
Actually the problem is we have one user who is trying to upload a CSV file and then executing it, after that it suppose to display the values i.e. if a value has to display as 1,23,456.78 but it's showing as 1,23,456.00.That is it evading the values in decimals.
Incidentally this issue is only when we upload with that particular user id and when we do it same file with other id it's working fine. Besides, itu2019s not displaying the values after decimals only for a specific upload .As we have checked the user default settings i.e decimal notation, excel settings and regional settings on the user's desktop as all the settings are in sync.
Even the functional team has confirmed that everything is fine from their end as it's working for other user ids.One more thing is this is not working for all the users from a specific country.
Please advise what could be the root cause.

Not able to open web analysis reports after upgradation

we have upgraded Hyperion 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.2.2 version, after this process we are not able to open web analysis reports
These reports are still pointing to old servers so, how to edit this database connection details in the new version??

I think we need to change the database connection details in the Web analysis.
goto file --> Edit --> browse the database connection then change the server name in the connection details.

MAC's not able to open a form

I created a form in LifeCycle Designer in 2009 and revised it in 2010. The form was distributed through Acrobat Pro on a PC. When the link is available on a website folks with MAC's (version 10.1.3 are not able to open it. Is this a common issue? Do I need to redo the form again in Designer and then bring it into Acrobat Pro X to distribute it? The only ones haveing problems witrh the form are on MAC's.

The default PDF viewer on the Mac is the Preview application. It does not support XFA-based PDF forms, which is what LiveCycle Designer creates. It has lousy support for forms created in Acrobat as well, so it should be avoided for PDF forms. The PDF viewer on the Mac with the best support for PDF forms is Adobe Reader/Acrobat, and the most recent version/update the better.

Based on my research, this event ID 81 occurs if the account that the SQL Server agent runs as on the server with the Reporting database does not have permissions to
the collection database on the other server. This most frequently happens if the SQL Server agent is running as Local System.
If you are using an existing SQL Server computer for Client Security, you may not have the SQL Server Agent service using a domain user account.
For Client Security to work correctly, you must give permissions for the account under which the SQL Server Agent service runs on the reporting database to the collection database on the
management, collection, and reporting servers.
In addition, the event ID 10002 is usually due to the installation of Client Security not being fully configured.

Not able to open data file in a rule file

Hi,
We have a rule file which has 140 columns. We are trying to add two new columns at the end (i.e. 141 & 142). We have added those columns in input text file and opened that text file in rule file. So automatically two columns are added at the end of rule file. Mapping is done properly. After that we saved that rule file.
But next time when we opened that rule file and clicked "Open data file" option nothing is happening. We are not able to open data file in that rule file. But that rule file is working fine when we are running it.
Can you please give any hint why it is not working?

Just a thought about your data file -- maybe 142 columns is too much? Yes, I know, if this is loading to a BSO database, and the columns represent a dense dimension, you are super duper efficient, but is the game worth the candle?
What happens if you drop one of the members? Mark the column as Ignore During Data Load? Several columns? And then you need to add in new ones? KABOOM!
FWIW, to keep the process as flexible and maintenance free as possible, I make every record one data value if I have any say in the matter. Yes, it is not efficient. But at least I don't get calls at o-dark-thirty telling me my process blew up and I need to fix it right away.
NB -- I suppose these are two extremes and the right answer is somewhere in middle, but I will note that you likely won't have issues with reading and writing a data load rule with my approach.

Not able to open BSP application in Internet
