We were lied to by Verizon- , I believe was the rep at corporate.
. They told us we could turn in our old phones and get two $30 gift cards to be used as $60 credit on any Vzon bill.
When we went to the store to turn in the old phones, the manager, Gilbert, stated all he could do is talk to his super and request a $30 gift card. Initially they offered us $1 for each phone( basic recycling reimbursement).
I was promised $60 in gift cards for credit against the $60 in upgrade fees charged to us.
Disappointed again. COnnectivity is great but their customer service reps lie and, overall, their customer service sucks!

Not sure if I'm following you. I have 4 hard drives installed on my Mac Pro. I had a RAID 5 configured and functional for about 5 months. My battery died on the RAID card. I replaced the battery, seated the RAID card back in the slot I removed it from. When I booted to the USB drive to look in the RAID utility, I could see the battery is charged but my volumes are not showing.
The drives don't show in disk Utility. I built the RAID with the RAID Utility and they did show there. I have a early 2008 Mac Pro, Mavricks OS running Mac Server

My wife iPhone 6+ hasn't shipped yet. I found out that the promotion ended yesterday and that I should have printed the label before that time. We lost out on the rebate. What a scam! I went to the store and was told that it's the customer’s responsibility to follow up and that all of their sales reps were trained to ensure the process was understood. We left the store believing that we would have 14 days to return our phones. This would never have happened if we received written instructions. It was the stores responsibility to ENSURE that the customer received the correct procedure information. Obviously a scam on Verizon's part! Is this the stores issue or Verizon's? How can we get our rebate?

That is not what my trade in disclaimer said at all... You had to PURCHASE an iphone 6 by 10/15. But you have seven days to send the device back after receiving it...
How could I send my iphone in before I received the new one? I would have no cell phone for a month because it was on back order.

You have Time Zone support turned on. 4 AM on the west coast IS 7 AM where you were. You need to specify the time zone for the appointment if it is different from the one you're in when you create it.

You can't. Apps and really all content purchased/downloaded through one Apple ID is forever tied to that Apple ID. In the case of Apps they will always request that Apple ID to update as they are licensed to that Apple ID.
In reality, the Apps were licensed to that Apple ID by the developer. And cannot simply be given away to you for you to use.
He should have wiped the iPod clean so you could set it up for your use without any of his accounts or purchased content as you are not really licensed to any of those Apps.

Are you launching Pages from an icon in your Dock? Installing the update does not change the Dock icons & it does not remove the older versions. Go to your Applications folder & launch the new Pages from there.

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

The email response is automated, and almost certainly is detected as "junk" or "spam". So, try again and check your spam folders for their reply.

If you only deleted the device from the page (an did not wipe/erase it) it will reappear if it connects to the internet before the person restored it or tyrned off the Find feature. See:

How recently did you switch? If it's less than 60 days, then Verizon simply reinstates your previous account. The fact that you were on the EDGE plan and mailed the devices back, and they apparently are somewhere in the system, could cause complications, and it might just work out that you just go back on the same plan and they set you up with the same devices. I'm not sure how it will go - but since you are still being billed for the devices...

The folder would be at the root of your hard drive. Double-click Macintosh HD and look there.
If it isn’t there, I’m not sure what it is seeing.
