Hi guys,
Calls between 9971/8945. Video calls are not getting secured.
video calls are not secure - not showing lock icon.
However audio calls are secure
CUCM Version : 8.6.2.22900-9
1 pub and 2 sub
Secured cluster : mixed mode
9971 : sip9971.9-3-1-33 - running version - same issue
9971 : sip9971.9-2-4-19 - old version - same issue
8945 : sccp8941-8945.9-3-2-11 – Running version.
Please suggest.

Would you be able to try 9.3(2) firmware or later? I checked with 9.4(1) and I see a lock icon when placing a video call on my 9971. According to the new and changed information 9.3(2) added additional support for when to display the lock icon,

Mail does not show lock icon on received, encrypted messages.

While sending an encrypted email message to my own account (exchange server), I've noticed since updating
to Mavericks, that the lock icon no longer exists within the header being displayed.
I have Mail set to classic view. It does display the email decrypted. If the classic view is switched
off, the message header indicates that the same email message has no content. THis is very odd.
The Mail help indicates the following:
A signed icon (a checkmark) appears in the header area of a signed message. To view the certificate details, click the icon.If the message was altered after it was signed, Mail displays a warning that it can’t verify the message signature.
A lock icon appears in the header area of an encrypted message. If you have your private key in your keychain, the message is decrypted for viewing. Otherwise, Mail indicates it can’t decrypt the message.
This does not appear to work as indicated for 10.9 or 10.9.1
(Mavericks is fully patched.)
In the previous version of OS, Mail implemented these functions just fine.
Is there a solution available to get these working again?

Yes, it happens to me in just one of the 4 accounts I have in the program.
But anyway, now my Mac is making some nosenses, like to show menus mixing english and spanish in the buttons, I can not change my desktop, and in fact not all pictures appear in the menu... the computer runs very slowly, fixing permissions cost around 20 minutes, a lot of small issues that are getting me very upset with Leopard.
But the big a real problem is the Mail, that is working very very bad, and this is my main tool for working.
Meanwhile I'm adquiring a bigger HD and more memory for my Mac, trying to give it more power, because for example in my 98 GB HD I just have 9 GB free.
I hope this will be fixed very soon, because it means a great hurt to my job.

I restored the iPhone 5 out of a backup and now missed calls are not showed in the notification center

When I restore the iPhone as a new one, then it works. So the backup is senseless otherwise you're not able to see your missed calls in the NC.

In the forum I found that switching notification off and back on helped.
Worth a try, I would think.

Any ideas on how to solve this problem?? At first it was working fine but suddently all the recent call info dissapeared and you don't know how much you use it until it is gone... As with everything.

You got it downloaded and I assume you mean it is installed as well. It was buggy for me.
I had to close and restarted iTunes before I could use it properly.
Then, I had to unplug and replug in my phone before it recognises it.
Just had to try everything. As final choice, update over the air. I try to avoid it as it tends to have more problems than a tethered update.

I'm wondering if my videocalls are recorded and saved on servers somewhere microsoft/skype or any others company servers.

Your video calls are not recorded or stored anywhere. Sent or received Video Messages are saved on Skype servers. Be aware that Video Messages have nothing to do with your regular video calls.

i tried creating a regular music playlist then putting videos on it
my music videos show up fine but all my video podcasts dont come up at all

Have you checked the video section on the iPod? Videos must be played from the video section otherwise all you get is sound.

Sometimes the clips actually show up with the current import but take on the video information from a previously imported file.

It was suggested I move this question to IPhoto or IMovie which I did.
Well moving to a different discussion group did not provide an answer to this question either. But what I finally did was import one batch of photos and videos into IPhoto for a given day at a time. Working with these I could change the date and times in order to get them in the original sequench taken. Then I would create an album with that batch. These would all be on the same day (IMove was closed for this phase). Then I would open IMovie, generate the thumbnails for that album, and select the album I had created. This was necessary because the importing process in IPhoto was using incorrect dates for my video so it was a real struggle finding them in IMove until I developed this approach.
I believe that this whole process was so screwy because I was importing from an external hard drive not a camera. I had these photos on a PC and did not have the original cameras to use to import directly which I am fairly sure would have made this easier!

In iOS 7.0.2 All and Missed tabs are not showing call history correctly, I have iPhone 4 running iOS 7.0.2 version it looks like there is a bug. Missed call history and All calls (incoming, outgoing and missed) history is not showing properly in a list. Ideally when I click on missed it should show me recent missed call list and when I click on All it should show me (incoming, outgoing and missed) calls list sorted by current date and time.
I would like to request Apple developer team to look into this and fix this bug asap. Thanks in advance.

Were they previously downloaded/synced to your iPhone, and if they were have you got them in the TV Shows and Movies parts of your computer's iTunes library. When you update via a computer the device is backed up, the iOS version is updated, and your content is then restored to the device - but none of your iTunes downloads are included in the actual backup (just your documents, notes, calendars, app settings etc), instead it looks to get the apps, music, films, TV shows from your iTunes library.
If the 'show all' setting isn't showing them then what country are you are in, you are logged in with the same account that you bought them with, you haven't changed countries since buying them and they aren't hidden : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases ?

Ok, so I'll try again. Thank you for the idea of looking in Home Videos, which is where all my "lost" videos are listed.
Is there a way to get them to display under their appropriate genre in the Movie section, which is where they all were listed prior to the os6 update? It does me no good to have hundreds of movies categorized in iTunes via a genre only to have them appear in Home Videos on ATV. These are not "home movies." They are legit mp4 movies that worked great under v5.

It is also posible to go back to the imovie you had before, it is still on your computer - you go to Finder and it is in a folder in your programs. Many others have gone back to the old program, and perhaps I am also going to do that too.
In the new imovie it does not come up the question "do you want to download these videos ...."
You shall in imovie open your iphotolibrary in top on the left side,( it is standing under libraries) and you can see all the events you have in iphoto, then you can open the event, you shall use and drag the movies and pictures from the events in iphoto to an events in imovie. If you can,t see your libraries, you can click on a show button on top of the left side.
On the picture you see here iphoto is market on the top of the left side and the pictures to the left is my iphoto-events - and there I can open the one I shall use, and find my movies.

My photos are not showing and the videos say requested url not found

I have an iPhone 4s running 5.0.1 My photos are not showing up in iPhoto and on my phone they never focus in to the clear picture. Also any videos I have taken are saying "The requested url is not found on this server" I am not sure what is going on. Anyone know how to Fix this.

If you go into iTunes > Preferences (command-comma) and select the Store tab on the popup, is the 'show iTunes in the cloud Purchases' tickbox ticked ? If not then tick it, if it is then try unticking it, exiting the popup, and then going back in and re-ticking it

You don't want to keep the songs that are on your iPod touch, in your library?
You can keep them in your library and not put them on the touch.
Then you can purchase other songs and put those on the touch.
