View RX neighbors for selected radio does not show any information

For some but not all of our WLCs, our WCS is not able to View RX neighbors for selected Radio in the maps.
WLC is running 4.1.171-code, WCS is using 4.1.83 Base+Location.
I use Monitor-Maps, slecet a map and hover with my mouse over one of the APs to select "View RX-neighbors".
The error-message appearing is:
"There are no RX neighbors for selected radio."
Who knows help about this ?

Hi. I've run into this before with one 1242 AP in LWAPP mode. I was running 4.1.171.0 on my 4402 WLC. I had users report a dead spot in the plant and when I looked at the heat map it told me the following. The A radio was not detected. The BG radio was detected but did not have any client counts on it. Also when I told the AP to view RX neighbors it said that there were no RX neighbors for the selected radio. I thought the AP had a hardware failure due to the fact that the 1242 doesn't have the modular radios like the first gen 1200's. So, I had the unit replaced with a brand new one. When I had the chance to TFTP recover the original, the A radio was detected again. I converted the AP back to LWAPP and it worked without any issues. I attribute this to a bad LWAPP upgrade / code corruption. I'd recommend to TFTP recover one of the AP's and set it back up again in LWAPP mode to see if the problem is resolved. Hope this helps!

Hotsync Log does not show any information since August 2008. My Treo 755p has been syncing fine but nothing shows in the log!

I just noticed that when I am done syncing, the Hotsync Log does not have any information about the most recent operation. In fact the date of the last entry in the Log is August! Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix this?

Two more clues:
1) I was searching the Palm Knowledgebase and found out where the HotSync Log file is. When I open the file, using Explorer, this message pops up: 'To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this web page from running scripts or ActiveX Controls that could access your computer. Click here to...' If I allow it to run, the screen blinks but nothing seems to change. If I close the Log file and reopen it, it happens again. How can I stop this from happening to the file? Could this be the problem?
2) The Knowledgebase Article below tells how to create a new 'fake' log file to 'fool' the HotSync Manager. So I renamed the original log file, then created the new file as instructed. Then I did a HotSync. After the HotSync completed successfully, I opened the HotSync Manager and there is my new 'fake' log file that has only the words I typed into it when I created the file. Nothing in the Log about the operation at all!

The HotSync Manager is very particular: if it doesn't find things exactly as it expects, it won't work. One of the things it has to find in the right place is the HotSync log, a file where the HotSync manager records everything it does. When you get this error, your HotSync Manager can't find the HotSync Log. This prevents you from performing a HotSync operation. Luckily, the HotSync Manager isn't too bright. Give it any file called HotSync.log and it will be happy again.
The easiest way to give it what it expects is to create a new text document, rename it, and put it in the folder where the HotSync Manager expects to find it. Here's how:
Launch the Windows Notepad. You can usually get to it by clicking on the Start Menu, choosing Programs, then Accessories and finally Notepad.
Type some text. You can type anything you want, as long as there's at least one character in the Notepad document.
From the File menu, choose Save As.
In the Save dialog, navigate to your user folder in the Palm or Handspring folder (find your user folder).
Name the document HotSync and click Save.
Launch Windows Explorer. You can get to it by double clicking on My Computer or by clicking on the Start Menu, choosing Programs and then Windows Explorer.
From the Tools menu, choose Folder Options.
Click on the View tab.
Uncheck the box next to Hide file extensions for known file types.
Navigate to your user folder.
Right-click once on the HotSync.txt document, and select "Rename" from the menu. Rename the file HotSync.log
Attempt another HotSync operation. If you still get the "HotSync.log is missing" message, contact Handspring.

Match code in report selection screen does not show any values for 0FISCPER

I have problem with selection screen in several reports. When I use match code for fiscal period selection I get only # as a possible value. I have checked the master data they seem to be correct. I work with 7.0 BW system. Can you please give me any hint what I should check?

maybe I ask different way - how do you add characteristic values for a characteristic in the BEx? Is it automated somehow in SAP (e.g. from master data)? For the fiscal period I use custommer exit to fill in the default value, which is the current fiscal period. But this is something different, right?

HT1689 On iPad my iTunes screen is blank, does not show any information

I open iTunes and I only get the icons on te bottom of the screen. No content displays. Same result if I search for music.

Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected.

My Creative Cloud desktop app does not show any information anymore

It used to list all my apps and give me the option to update when applicable. Now it just shows Help, Open as Window and Quit Creative Cloud

If you updated the desktop installer and the screen is blank: try this:
Rename the opm.db file.
Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running.
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db
Launch Creative Cloud

Have just installed PE12 with no install problems. Share preference does not show any email preferences, just the default Adobe.

PE12 just installed, but Organizer share preference for emailing photos does not show any email preferences except the default Adobe. Have Visa with Windows Mail. Previous PE worked OK. How to resolve?

Please advice what is missing or wrong and if possible how to bypass this issue.

Search Item drop-down does not show any data for Advanced Search.

Hi,
I have a requirement to add a new criteria to the existing Advanced Search region of 'My Employee Information' in Manager Self Service responsibility. I substituted the AdvancedSearchVO to include the new column. Using personalization i did the below steps to show the new column in the page,
1) Created a 'Message Styled Text' item under Table Layout region to display the result. I associated the View Instance (AdvancedSearchVO1) and View Attribute (AttrColumn).
2) In Advanced Search Panel created a new CriteriaRow and set the 'Search Allowed' property to True.
3) In Advanced Search Mappings i tried to create the new mapping but the Search Item drop-down does not show any of the CriteriaRow item. But Results Item shows the 'Message Styled Text' item created in step 1 above.
Any idea what i would be missing becasue of which 'Search Item' property does not show any data?
I am using OAF version 12.1.1.

But when i tried to create a new custom page with advanced table and created a new LOV column via personalization. i was able to create new search mapping.. but this is not happening in the seeded page case :(.

It sounds like there may be some confusion on your system about what application should be associated with PDF files. You can reset filename associations by following the steps in these articles (depending on your operating system):

Trying to upgrade from OS9 to 10.2.3, get as far as "select a Destination" the installation stalls and does not show any destination disks

I have a Power Mac G4, it has OS 9. Imam trying to upgrade to OS 10.2.3 (Jaguar). It is going smoothly until I get to the "Select Destination" screen. It stalls there and does not show any disks to choose from.
Any ideas?

If it's a Digital Audio or earlier, you need to install a Firmware update first...
As explained in "Mac OS X 10.2 Welcome and Install Manuals" and "Mac OS X Welcome and Install Manuals", you may need to update the firmware on your Macintosh computer prior to installing Mac OS X 10.2 or later. The following table lists the firmware updates that are available for Apple products that can update to Mac OS X 10.2 or later.

How do I determine the size of an Event in iPhoto? (Cmd + I does not show size information at the event level).

If you're running iPhoto 8 (09) select the event and look at the Info pane at the lower left hand corner of the window. It will give you the number of photos and size:
for iPhoto 9 (11) open the Event, select all of the photos in it and open the Info drawer at the right by typing Command+i. The number of photos and size will be at the top of the Info drawer.

When using the google translate js api to dynamically translate a webpage the chosen option in a select element does not show up. This happens to me only in FF (using v4)

I am asking you this because I did not find this problem in any of the other browsers I have (chrome, opera, ie, safari).

Notice that if you don’t change the language you have no problem changing the value in the select element (the original one with 3 options, not the one generated by google translate) but if you do when you switch values the selected one does not show up.

1)   When I set up my iMac, I did not transfer any data directly from my windows PC. I simply used the same iTunes login and account. I have access to all of the files via the "Purchased" section of the iTunes store. If I click "Download Previous Purchases" text, I can download ALL of the purchases I have ever made.
2)   I have the Apple TV 2, so good news, question answered. I thought maybe it was the Apple TV 1, but it is the Black model, so bam. Good response for you. Well the whole damned reply is an awesome response, just pointing out that one piece of awesome. I stated that it was an Apple TV 2, and yet you were still good enough to figure I could be mistaken, and provide me with knowleedge just incase.
QUESTIONS:
3)   So can my iMac not stream the data directly from itunes, without download? Apple TV can, but perhaps that is something among many things that maker it unique, and awesome.
