Viewing Blackberry messenger group calendars on my MacBook Pro

Help!
Can anyone tell me if it possible to view/sync my blackberry calendar on my MacBook Pro? My work has a shared calendar using blackberry messenger it would be so helpful to be able to view this on my mac.

Hello,
The Email Account Validation Tool may be useful to your situation:
KB33444 How to use the Email Account Validation Tool (EAVT)
Note please that this is intended solely for OTA synchronization between your BB and your server...what happens between your server and your MAC is completely a separate matter. On the other hand, if you truly meant to ask about USB sync via LINK, then that's yet another separate matter.
Good luck!

  • Since Mavericks update my iPhone and iPad calendars are NOT syncing with the calendar on my MacBook Pro

Since Mavericks update my iPhone and iPad calendars
are NOT syncing with the calendar on my MacBook Pro.
I used to use iTunes but don't see the options now.
Does anyone know how to set up a sync.?

I have temporarily solved the sync problem by using an older MBAir running snow leopard, I exported
both calendar and contacts and imported them in the MBA and synced normally.
Since I'm not about to send my data on the cloud, or setup a server to just sync my iphone,
I think this is a good workaround ! BTW I stopped updating my contacts and calendar on the MB, I only
update the iphone until a permanent solution is found !
And they better come up with one soon, because I'll just switch to an Android phone and Ubuntu linux for my MBP, Apple should make our lives easier, not harder !
I'm sure Samsung is having a ball ever since the sync issue was made public !
Hopefully Apple is listening and will make things right again !

    Hi silverk,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand the need for all of your calendars to be up to date across all of your devices and how frustrating it can be when they are not syncing as you would expect. In this situation I would suggest reading over and using the attached article for troubleshooting.

  • HT1386 I am trying to sync my iPod Touches calendar to my MacBook Pro calendar. I have been successful at syncing the events from my MacBook Pro's iCal to the iPod but haven't been able to sync the events from my iPod to my MacBook Pro. Is this possible?

I have an iPod touch that I often use to manage different events for work. I have been able to sync the events on my calendar from my MacBook Pro to the iPod touch successfully using wifi. What I really need to do though is sync my iPod calendar events to my MacBook Pro calendar. Is this possible? How do I set this up? It would be a huge help if I could transfer the events on my iPod calendar to my computers calendar. I currently have the wifi sync option on and have turned on the sync calendars option in iTunes. Thank you for your help!

For resetting the sync history on a Mac running Lion - 10.7.x if needed.

If you see the Sync menu in the menu bar, skip to step 3:
If you do not see the Sync menu in your menu bar, skip to step 7.
Hold the Option key on your keyboard, then click the Sync menu in the menu bar:
if you see the Sync menu but you are unable to open it, skip to step 8.
    Choose Reset Sync Services.
    Click Reset Sync History.
Test for the original issue. If the issue persists, or if you are unable to open the Sync menu, follow these steps:
In the Finder, choose Utilities from the Go menu.
    Open Terminal.
In the Terminal window, type or paste the following command on a single line:
    /System/Library/Frameworks/SyncServices.framework/Versions/A/Resources/resetsync .pl full
    Press Return.
Quit Terminal after the operation has completed (when Terminal returns to the command prompt with a $).

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities
Most of YouTube videos support HTML5, so activate HTML5 > http://www.youtube.com/html5
If after turning on HTML5 you can't watch videos, download Flash > http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer Then, close Safari, install Flash and restart the MacBook Pro. Finally, try to watch a video in YouTube

  • Calendar frozen on Macbook Pro with Yosemite

    Hi
When trying to sync calendars on my Macbook Pro with iPhone 4S, calendars has frozen with message "Moving calendars to server account". I have to force quit to get out. Syncing had been working fine until 2 days ago. All settings on Macbook and phone are correct.
    Any suggestions?
    Adrian

Quit Calendar and also the Reminders application, if it's running. Force quit if necessary.
    Back up all data.
In the iCloud preference pane, uncheck the boxes marked Calendars and Reminders. You'll be prompted to confirm that you want to delete your iCloud calendars and reminders from the computer. They'll still be on iCloud.
    Relaunch Calendar and select
              Calendar ▹ Preferences... ▹ Accounts
Click the plus-sign button at the bottom of the account list on the left (which may now be empty) to add a new account. Select iCloud and enter your credentials. Your iCloud calendars should appear after a brief delay.
    Do the same with Reminders.

  • Sync calendar from my macbook pro to my google calendar

I am trying to sync my apple calendar on my macbook pro to my google calendar. It syncs from google calendar to my apple calendar but not the other way around. So if I add an event on my Macbook or my iPhone using the apple calendar it is not syncing back to my google calendar. I am running Yosemite 10.10.1 and using an iPhone 6 which is running version 8.1.2. Can anyone help, it is driving me nuts!

    ilir.shkurti,
Refresh the the com.apple.iCal.plist file. You will find the com.apple.iCal.plist file in the Macintosh HD/Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences Folder. Quit iCal, drag the com.apple.iCal.plist file to your Desktop, log out/in or restart.

  • I make changes on the calendar of my MacBook Pro but the changes do not take and revert to what the entry was prior.

For the past week or so, I have made changes to the calendar on my MacBook Pro. The changes do not "stick" on my MacBook calendar and do not sync with any other device (iPhone or iPad). I just can't figure this out. Anyone have any suggestions?

By everything, I am assuming you have tried resetting the SMC (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964) and PRAM (http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379). If you haven't tried this yet, please do!
See the following support document as well: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1367.
The update you're talking about was the firmware update. Hopefully resetting the PRAM gets you up and running. Try resetting it 3 times in a row (hold the keys down until you hear 3 startup chimes).

  • Trying to view photos from old backup on a MacBook pro

I have been looking for an old set of photos taken in 2005. They were on an external HD which I originally used with an old iMac. I couldn't view them on the iMac because I had upgraded iPhoto. So I connected the ex. HD to my MacBook Pro running iPhoto '11, which told me that I needed to upgrade the iPhoto library (the one on the ex. HD) in order to be able to view the content....fine, so I did. The problem is that if I click on the thumbnail it doesn't load the photo, just a black background with a triangle an ! But the info pane shows a photo size file ie 2.6 mb. Does anyone know how to rectify this problem as all the 10 GB are not viewable
    Thanks
    Colin

The ! turns up when iPhoto loses the connection between the thumbnail in the iPhoto Window and the file it represents.
    Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
    If that fails:
    Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .
    Regards
    TD

  • Calendar on my MacBook Pro won't sync events with my iOS devices via iCloud.

I have a MacBook Pro 13" (non-retina) running OS X Mountain Lion, and an iPad 3 and iPhone 4S running iOS 6.1.3.
I recently created some events in Calendar on my Mac, and later wanted to edit them on my iPad.
The event didn't show up on my iPad, so I tried my iPhone.
Neither worked out, and I assumed it was my Internet connection.
Later, my iOS devices still wouldn't get the events from my MacBook.
I made sure all my devices were logged into iCloud with the same account and the calendar synchronization was enabled.
    Still nothing worked!
How can I get my events to sync?

Be sure that the calendar on the mac is in the "icloud" group and not "on my mac".  Calendars "on my mac" do not sync with icloud.
