I have Vista, recently switched from Internet Explorer to FireFox 3.6-. Since switching over, it can't download alot of versions/updates like Adobe Flash: It error messages: "INSTALLER WILL CONTINUE AFTER CONFLICTING MOZILLA FIREFFOX IS CLOSED".
Most pics blocked on sites/programs. I can't open some programs that Explorer opens. I would sure appreciate any help!!!

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
If the advice above doesn't resolve things you could try this alternate version:
iTunes 12.1.0.71 for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) - itunes64setup.exe (2015-01-28)
which is a 64-bit installer for the 32-bit version of the core application, similar to previous 64-bit releases. Or roll back to the previous build:
iTunes 12.0.1.26 for Windows (32-bit) - iTunesSetup.exe (2014-10-16)
iTunes 12.0.1.26 for Windows (64-bit) - iTunes64Setup.exe (2014-10-16)

The iPhone 4S comes automatically loaded with iOS 5, and any updates after iOS 5.0 can be completed directly from on the phone in Settings > General > Software Update. If you are having trouble using iTunes to update software, I suggest you reset iTunes so that you can pair your phone to the computer again, because if you can't see the serial number and capacity, that generally means your phone isn't paired. For any problems this doesn't fix, please contact Apple directly through their automated help line, 1(800)MYAPPLE. -
Each time I try to download an update for iTunes, I can't because it tells me iTunes on my computer has errors and nothing I try can repair the errors. It gives me the choice to try to repair, but of course it can't repair because it always says it can't repair, the other choice is to remove iTunes from my computer. If I remove iTunes and reinstall it, will my music, pictures, e-books still be there or will it be empty?
I'm afraid to remove iTunes because I don't want to lose my data. On the other hand, I think I will have to remove and re-install to have the most up-to-date version with no errors.
Has anyone completely removed iTunes and reinstalled, and if so, was everything still there? Especially CD's I have imported, etc.?Unfortunately, this sort of trouble has gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on June 25. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (The results from mydigitallife and Major Geeks are worth checking.)
After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour and QuickTime entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp. Restart the PC, and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -
Often I get messages that say 'turn off Mozilla Firefox' in order for software to update. ie. Adobe Flash Player.
But I don't know how to turn Mozilla Firefox.. off so I can update.

Note that you will have to SAVE the update installer, then close Firefox, navigate in Windows Explorer to wherever you saved the update, and double-click on it to run the update installer. -

Can't download TV series...getting error messages.
I purchased TV series from itunes in HD and two episodes will not download...I get errors. I think it is because I purchased the series in HD. I have tried deleting the entire series and reloading it but this caused my computer to freeze.
I would like to try the standard version of the program but cannot purchase it or exchange it through itunes.

How do I switch from aperture 3 trial to my recently brought downloaded version
Hi I have just brought aperture 3 after trying the trial version, the app store now says installed but every time I open aperture it goes to the trial version which has expired while I was on holiday any help appreciated
Do you mean it is opening the Aperture 3 trial application or that Aperture is accessing the library the trial version created?
If the latter that is normal. Aperture will open the last opened library. You can simply rename the trial library to something more informative if you wish to keep using it else you can create a new empty library by either holding down the option key when you start Aperture or else going to File->Switch To Library.
If the problem is that the trial version of the application is opening even after you downloaded from the App Store try deleting Aperture in the Applications folder and download again from the App Store. -
What can I download in place of adobe flash player for free?
I am trying to play games that I play on Facebook....they need a flash player...adobe is not allied by apple...do you know of a player that is free to download to play my games?
I think that thevPhoton browser claims to support some Facebook games but it's not free and I haven't tried it (have a look at it's description and reviews in the store). Some Facebook games also have their own app versions in the store, and I think that some of them also link in to your Facebook account for progress etc.

Welcome to the forums.
You can try one of the two options below to work around your issue.
Drag and drop the files from the desired music folder to the BlackBerry Music folder using the computer.
Open the desired music folder on the computer
Go into Computer or My Computer and open the BlackBerry network drive
Open the Music folder
Drag the desired music files from the computer music folder to the BlackBerry Music folder
Try a different Windows profile.
Go into the Control Panel and create a new user account
Put some music files in a folder that is accessible by all profiles or transfer them to the BlackBerry device
Log out of the current profile and log into the new profile
Transfer music into iTunes or Windows Media Player
Launch BlackBerry Link and go through the setup configuring the music source of your choice
Click on the Computer name in the bottom left corner of Link
Select Music on the left side
Drag and drop the desired music files from the list to the BlackBerry name in the bottom left corner of Link
If neither of these options work for you then you will want to contact your mobile service provider and ask that this issues be escalate to BlackBerry support for investigation.
