Walking Dead Season 3 issues

So I bought the season pass for this show a while back. Every time there was a new episode I would get it around the same time, but the season was weird and aired half at a time. So the second half started about a week about, and it's aired 2 episodes yet it's still not available on iTunes even though I paid for the season pass already.
What's the deal??
Anyone else having this problem?

The Episode is usually available at 3:00am EST time (which is at Midnight in Cali) of the following day, but this time we were let down.
My Family and i had Cable but i was paying $80 a month just to watch The Walking Dead and i did this for the whole season 2... Now i purchase the whole season 3 and my family and i wake up early in the morning to whatch it before school/work, but this time was dissapointing.
Why would they let something big like this show to slip!?

Episode 3 is not showing up when i check available downloads and thus i cannot download it. Episode 3 of season 2 is already available for purchase on the Walking dead page but for some reason it is not working, please help, i know others are experiencing this aswell since i asked this question on yahoo answers.

Which tells me they didn't read my complaint correctly. I replied back about an hour ago & haven't recieved anything yet.
Searching around the web, I've discovered that this has been an periodic, on-going issue with season passes since roughly 2007. Saving a $1.50 isn't worth this head-ache.
I also tried called apple support in Canada and after being bounce around for half an hour I was told nobody would help me over the phone & I had to go through the web site.
All this is after they charged me twice for the season's pass too. That they've sorted, but I can't say I've been impressed with my experiences with my first season's pass.

I have recently started having this problem in PSE8. The Adobe workaround
did work, but I don't fancy having to re register each time I use it.
What I have discovered is that it's nothing to do with the image metadata as it occurs before any image is opened.
It SEEMS to only occur if you use file/open with to open an image in the editor - IE start PSE with that command.
If you close elements down, and start it using programs/PSE/Elements (or your desktop shortcut) - the panorama feature magically works.
Each time I've opened the editor 'automatically' using image/open with, it seems to create the problem.

The Walking Dead - Season 3 - Episode "Home" Is not 1080p, it is 1076p.

I have re-downloaded The Walking Dead - Season 3 - Episode 10 "Home" more than a few times from itunes,
but the file is not 1080p resolution, it is a 1076p resolution file.
Is there anyone else who can comfirm this? I have itunes 10.6.3.25 and also have tried itunes 11 and I get the same resolution on this epsiode only.

It is one episode at a time catch up for those with the extra channels... (ie the previous week) afaik

When is Apple going to fix the season pass for tv shows (The Walking Dead Season 2 for me)?

Apple do you ever plan on fixing the season pass system?
I can not download The Walking Dead episode three. This isn't the first show this has happened to me.
It's frustrating since one would think you would work extra hard to make sure your season pass holders are happy. Afterall we pay for a whole season up front as compared to your other customers and the savings we get from buying a season pass are minimal. It's not like we are paying half off the season price.
A little consideration in regards to those of us paying up front would be appreciated.

Feedback falls on deaf ears, it would seem, given I know that many of us have used that avenue. And no, I haven't noticed the other 90+ missing features, as I am unable to use the program due to it not being compatible with Endnote. And yes, at present I am using Pages 09 whilst waiting for a fix.
I don't at all mean to diminish the importance of anyone elses frustration and complaint about a feature that has gone or no longer works. This one is mine . And for me and a large number of users it makes the program unusable. Endnote is a program used by many universities and other institutions and relied on by many staff and students worldwide. I just think that when an issue means you can no longer use the software, I would have hoped for some sort of indication from Apple that there will be a fix. But perhaps the features you mention also make the program unusable?
Anyway, maybe I'll give a review a go......

How many shows in walking dead season 4 are out. I only have ones aired through 12/1/13

Anyone else not getting The Walking Dead episodes past 12/1/13? Any ideas why? I thought we had access 48 hours after they aired on AMC? thx

I can send and receive calls.
I get "messaging stopped" when doing a lot of texts.
Texts come up "ghosted" meaning they have the text on the bottom and a transparent one overlaid on top. they then become one. But I get the ghosting most of the time when I go into a message from a contact to send a text.
When I go to call logs or text logs, the numbers come up first, and then then the names pop up randomly, meaning not in order down the page, until they are all shown. lots of lag time.
It runs slow.
I have 5 apps on here. I should be able to have a lot of apps on here, and play music, and have files, and...and....and.
I can get online but doing a Google search, when the page with the choices comes up, it is blurred and I have to tap on the screen for it to become clear and readable.
When online and scrolling, it hitches sometimes/lags/gets stuck then unstuck
I get VZWAVS has stopped. (not sure if those are the right letters)
The status bar that is supposed to be gray with the new update, goes back and forth between green--the old os--to gray. And I have found no continuity with when I get green or when I get gray.
I get a black screen on occasion.
sometimes the proximity sensor doesn't work.
sometimes when I have my bluetooth on and have "hands free mode" on, I get the a text message read through the headset and also through the handset.

Walking Dead Season 4 second half now missing

Hi,
Earlier I had downloaded Season 4 episode 9 (the first episode of the second half) and watched it without issue. The following week I tried to download episode 10 but ran into Duplicate Transaction issues and eventually submitted refund application online on Feb 18 since I was charged for it. 2 days later both episode 9 and 10 are missing from BB World. If there are un resolvable issues with downloading the second half episodes will I get a refund for episode 10 which I was not able to watch? If this is resolvable is there any timeline available?

Ok, so today I see that the second half is back on BlackBerry world (Episode 9 and 10) but every time I try to download episode 10 I get the Duplicate Transaction message.
How do I get the file to download (I have already cleared the cache and tried changing storage from memory card to device and back)?

Problems downloading The Walking Dead Season 1

I've bought the 1st season. Episodes 1,3,4 and 5 downloaded at 1Mb a second or better. But episodes 2 and 6 just wont come down. I'm lucky if I can get then at 3 or 4k a second. Rediculous speeds. I've stopped and restarted, rebooted the machine, killed the downloads and started again. but nothing will speed them up.
Any ideas?
Everything else is fine. It's just these two downloads.
