Can any one help me to find out the user who created the condition record for batches T-Code VCH1

I got the answer, we need to go to strategy record slect it and next select selection criteria and environment--->change document.
It gives u the change log information for the condition record.

Hi,
In BEx query, when you click "Queries" to open the query, the list of queries are displayed. Highlight the query, click on the "Properties On/Off' icon(right most on the top), you would see all the details.
In WAD, before opening the template, click on "Properties On/Off'" icon to see the details.

For the same go to SE11 and view the table "VARID". This table give the details of the program,user,variant etc.
From this table u can know which user created the variant. Hope this solve your purpose.

Anyone know how to get the user ID who create a new material subsitution entry? The related tables KOTD502 and KONDD do not have fields for user informatioin and I could not find any change log for it.

AUT10 is a transaction for administrators, not open for us function consultant. And we are evaluation change history so we could not do now by do the transaction now.
Mysterious that SAP have transactions which no user information and changes are logged.

How to find the user who created record on PA_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE_ALL ?

We are trying to develop a custom workflow to send Project WebADI transactions through workflow approval. My problem is, from the PA_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE_ALL table where the interface records are populated, I cant find the user responsibile. (Notification will be sent to the creator's manager)
What we planned for the design is:
Disable the import program being run from WebADI Screen. This ensures data stays in PA_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE_ALL and does not go to PA_EXPENDITURES_ALL Etc.
Looking at the data, send notifications. When the approval is given, run the import program to send the data to PA_EXPENDITURES_ALL Etc.
We were also going to remove the import program from the custom responsibilities so that users dont run it.
First, we had to disable the Import program being run from the WebADI screen. We did this by editing the integrator. Now when the data is imported into this table ,we can see many columns do not have data. CREATED_BY etc are populated only if the import program runs. But if it runs then already transactions have gone in and approval process is meaning less.
Only thing that looks like it could be useful is TXN_INTERFACE_ID but I cannot find another place where it will link to.
Could you help us find a way to find the creator of the data in PA_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE.

I don't know the answer to your question, but thought of suggesting another approach.
Leave the original import program in the integrator of the WebAdi.
Develop a logic into Transaction Import Client Extension. There you can find the data that Oracle has already populated for the created by column, and you may trigger the notification submission for approval. Use the extension to alter the transaction status so it will not be actually interfaced, until you get the approval response.

Shouldnt the owner of the directory object be the user who created the directory?

This is in continuation to my earlier query. I checked the all_directories table. Here it says that the owner of the directory is 'SYS' although I created the directory from 'SCOTT'.
Is this the reason why the PL/SQL proc trying to load an image cannot access the directory?
Any clues?

Thanks for your reply.
But is there any way by which we can make it happen in PCUI.
The customer is very particular about it. They use only PCUI to create new accounts and they want a facility to view change history in PCUI Account Application itself. They are not interested to go back to GUI to know change history for that BP.
We have just checked whether any related BSP structures containing change fields are assigned to COMM_BUPA but not successful.
Kindly help with a possible solution.

Say I have one query and which is executed 5 times in the day n i can see this in ST03N Expert mode. Now, suppose i want to see the users who executed the query and what are the selections they gave for the query to run, is there a place to see this?

You can use BW Statistics to view technical information regarding users. SAP also delivers queries that give you usage by users, just install from business content. The statistics cubes extract data from various tables including:
RSDDSTAT
RSDDSTATAGGR
etc..
You can search more, names will start with "RSDDSTAT*"

Our R3 system golive on 2005.Due to some reasons,we need to find out the users who never logon R3 system since system go live and want to delete it.Those large numbers of unvalued users has been created because of imprecise estimation before golive.So for now,we willing to remove those users by using some kind of method.and you know,the number of unvalued user are immense,so it's impossible to identify this kind of user by using T-code su01 one by one.
