I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

My apps are suddenly stop working periovously it was working very well but one day it stop i have run sfc/scannow to even try to to systen restore but there is no restore point & even i try to restore to factory setting but it showing some file are miss

1st, u could just restart ur home, pressing the home and power botton together for few sec,if it wont work .....
2nd, try restore ur phone with itune, and it ****** me off last time when i dont normally backup with my itune after the icould thing showup, so restore with icloud backup wont 100% work, if not just try restore from older icloud backup. if it still wont work.....
3rd hand it over the the apple dealer... they are the pro... never ever open it up urself or bring it to one of ur so call SMART FRIENDS, they will freak up ur phone even worst.... i think this method will definately solve ur problem..

I want to reset my iMac to factory settings but want to save my iTunes library first. Is that possible?

I have an older iMac (first of the Intel Duo Core) that is running extremely slowly - the rainbow ball spins for 30 seconds between most clicks. I think it's just overloaded with too much old stuff. I have most of my files stored on Dropbox. I want to restore it to the factory settings before giving up and buying a new computer. I don't want to restore from my time machine because I don't want to bring along the old problems. I have saved my iPhoto libray to an external drive. Can I do the same with my iTunes? Apple removed "Reset Safari" menu option in Safar 8.
In it's place there is "Clear History and Website Data".
You can use that option.

If you can't the song file is probably corrupt and needs to be replaced.

you can try and call apple sales 1.800.my.apple. but that is a long shot. You will most likely need to purchase the retail disk on the secondary market and the 10.5 disk is very expensive, and I don't believe it will contain the applications.

I installed Mountain Lion after brand new purchase of Macbook Pro. Used Migration Assistant to transfer Windows based Outlook and documents. Created a huge disaster with the sharing folders. Downloaded Pages, but the application will not respond. Gmails in mail cannot be deleted. At start up I get the system preferences window followed by Mail on my desktop. I have tried to delete gmail, however, it deletes temporarily and then is back. Almost all applications do not respond properly. Last night I tried factory reset, but after 7 hours I ended up with the corrupted version. Now I am trying to use the CMD-R to restore the factory setting but I am unable to do so.

make sure that it's completely shut down, then hold those keys down immedietly after pushing the power button to turn it on, if that's still not working that pretty much means that you don't have lion or mountain lion, or you don't have a recovery partition

HP supports its unit even it's out of warranty, if it's still within the service life.
Please provide your unit Serial Number and contact HP service center, and HP Call agent will help you to order the right recovery media with a reasonable charge.
