ok... i just checked my warranty and its still active...
can i just go into the store and just exchange the battery with my warranty like that or do i have to call them and exchange it??
as long as you have less than 300 cycles on the battery and less than 80% left for health they should exchange it.
my battery just decided to go to 50% life after 73 cycles, lucky i have a second battery to get me through the next month until i can get to an apple store

MTS and Beeline provide all service for the iPhone in Russia. Take your phone to them and see. They will have to evaluate it.

Hello guys. I have a problem with Siri not listening (after some searching I found out that apple will replace my iphone for this problem), but recently I dropped my phone and I cracked the glass in the upper right corner (about a 0.15in crack - almost invisible). I have the siri problem since I got my phone but I planned to return it for replacement after some time because I barely use siri.
My question is - is my warranty still valid because of that little damage ? The phone doesn't have even a scratch besides this.
Here is a photo of the crack - It's a lot more visible on the photo than in reality.No, it is not valid unless you purchased the AppleCare extended warranty.

I purchased an ipad from a dealer on ebay with a 9 month warranty still on it. I set it up and decided to return it and buy the new Ipad instead. How can I be sure I didn't activate the warranty, or deactivate if it has been activated?
Sorry, I can't tell what it is you're trying to ask. What does the warranty have to do with your intention to return the iPad (to whomever) and get another one?
There's no way to deactivate a warranty.
The warranty transfers with the machine, has nothing to do with the owner.
Look around in the Support pages, you can figure out a way to type in your serial number and see what your current warranty status is. -

If it is still under warranty, and they determine it is a manufacturing defect, they will replace it. Be sure to back everything up before taking it into the Apple Store. That way, if you do get a new device, you will be able to set it up from the backup.

So my cousin bought me an ipod 5th gen and sent it here in the Philippines. 6 months later, the cable became unusable. It doesn't charge my ipod anymore. I'm wondering, since it wasn't bought at the apple store here in the Philippines, is the warranty still applicable? Can I still exchang my cable for a new one through the apple stores here in the country? Help!
It is hardly Apple's fault that Epson can't/won't update their driver, but at least Epson suggest that you use the Gutenprint driver, which in any case is far better that what Epson offer.

Apparently you can have 5 computers registered for iTunes. I have 3 active computers but I guess I have other computers that are still activated that I no longer use and I no longer have as they crashed. Is there a way to delete or see what the other computers are so that I can go in and delete them? I've tried to email Apple directly but apparently I need my hardware # and obviously I do not have that # since I don't have the equipment any longer. Any help is greatly appreicated. I am trying to add another computer and it won't allow me to as they say I'm at my limit. Please help!

Just open up iTunes on your computer -> Go to the iTunes Store -> Click your e- maill address (top right corner of the window) -> Type in your password for your Apple ID -> Under Computer Authorisations (underneath your Apple ID account balance and address) -> Press 'Deauthorise All'
-> This will deauthorise all computers and devices from your iTunes account -> you then need to re- authorise any computers/ devices you would like to use with your Apple ID for iTunes content -> to do this, select the Store tab along the menu at the top (where 'File', 'Edit', 'View' etc..... are) -> Then click 'Authorise this Computer' -> Type in your Apple ID -> Voila!
For any iOS devices (non- computers) you wish to re- authorise, these will automatically do so when you go to play iTunes content, download an app or anything like that on those devices!

I have bought iphone 4s on July 12, 2012.in Zurich in offical Apple store (Glattzentrum) and after one and a half months it just turned off and not working since. I tried three charges and nothing (it detects that charger is on but it cannot be charged). So now I have a not working phone only two and something months after purchase. But the problem is that in Croatia we have two apple reseller stores and neither don't want to exchange it, although is under warranty!!!! The closest stores are 250 km from Zagreb...Of course I have contacted Apple store in Zurich but they told me to come in Switzerland or to send credit card data for receiving new iphone, the problem is I don't have credit card with 700 euro on it!!!! what to do?? who to call ??? where to get replacment device cause this is disaster???? I wanted to buy ipad but after all this I doubt to do so...I have not working Iphone payed around 700 chf or 800 usd and cannot change it in my country, is it possible for such vast organization like apple that this things can occur????? So much for customer support

No. You can't exchange a foriegn iPhone for a U.S. iPhone. You'll have to get it back to China to exchange it, and then only if you have AppleCare+. Physical damage isn't covered under warranty... and IIRC, you can't get APP+ in China.

Apple will most likely exchange it. The one you receive will be refurbished.

Is the store that you bought the card from nearby so that you can try going back and asking if they can activate the card properly ?
