Was SAPNW2004S compatible with R/3 4.7/6.20 ?

We recently installed SAPNW2004s from ERP2005 package with BI7.03 addon. Right now we are configuring the system to connect to R/3 system which is a 4.7 appl with 6.20 basis. I am getting below error on RFC connection setting via RSA1 t-code.
"RFC user logon failed. Check the connection.
Message no. R3077
Diagnosis
You tried to logon to BW using the RFC user. This action failed.

But I was able to reach R/3 system from bw system via ping test and viceversa. I know its not a password or user-id issue.
We were successfully able to do the same setup in SAPBW 3.5/BI 3.3
Was there any compatibility issue here between SAPBW7.0 WITH R/3 4.7/6.20 ? OR AM I missing some thing. Pls help.

Thanks for the reply.
User in the both system has 'SAP_ALL' and 'SAP_NEW'.
I changed the user (ALEREMOTE) password in the BW system to upper case as SAP Notes suggested with length less than 8 characters. Still same issue.
Only problem I have is from r/3 server, I was not able to reach BW server via RFC test using SM59 t-code. The errors says SAP GATEWAY SERVICE UNKNOWN.
I checked the /etc/services in BW server, I see the entry SAPGW01 with port 3301 and it is responding. Not sure what else is missing ?
In r/3 system log I see below entries
"Check whether the target system or the target gateway are active."
"Service sapgw01 not known"
"Communication error, CPIC return code 020, SAP return code 665"
"665,,Gateway service unknown"
Any more thoughts ?

Go to the  menu/About This Mac - what OS version shows there?
Do a backup, preferably 2 separate ones on 2 separate drives.
Revert to a Previous OS X
Revert to Snow Leopard
If you do revert, I'd use Setup Assistant to restore your data. This process takes a while, so do it when you won't need the computer for several hours, based on my experience.

I have checked and the Yahoo Toolbar works fine in Firefox 9.0.1. Check and tell if its working.

When I down loaded the new upate a message said that the upgrade was not compatible with my anti-virus software so they disabled it. This is unacceptable.

There is no way to update a 3G to iOS 4.3.x using approved Apple procedures (meaning using iTunes), so presumably you used a non-approved procedure to do it. You may now have an iBrick, but you can try to restore it to a supported version using iTunes and DFU mode. See: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808. If this fails there may still be a way, but you won't find it in this forum. You need to try some iPhone hacking sites.

Numbers documents from iOS need Numbers 3.2 on a Mac to open. And Numbers 3.2 requires Mavericks. If you are using Mavericks you can get Numbers 3.2 from the Mac App Store. It will be free IF you have Numbers 2 (iWork '09) installed. Otherwise you must buy it.
Your other option is to send the Numbers file as an Excel file via e-mail to yourself to open with an earlier version of Numbers.

Firefox 4 is apparently not compatibile with MacOS 10.5.8 PPC since after downloading and trying to open a pop-up says it is not compatible with my system. This version is probably for MacOS 10.5 Intel users. Unless there's another reason?

When Firefox 4 was proposed, I immediately checked the system requirements for Mac user:

So I downloaded it, since my OS is 10.5.8 (PPC), I thought I was fine. When downloaded, the Firefox icon showed a Stop sign in the middle: maybe a new logo? How do I go back to the previous version? New one is not compatible with my OSX version.

If you have the original HDD, check that there is not a black plastic adapter that you can pull off the old drive and fit to the new one.

Downloaded ios8 and ipad says my TV is no longer compatible with it

Downloaded ios8 to my iPad on 18 September in response to a prompt and then when I plugged it into my television (HDMI2 port), the TV got no signal and a message came up on the iPad saying the device (i.e. TV) was not compatible with it. There was no problem at all before moving to ios 8.
What can I do to get round this?
