We are using apple tv to try to access our itunes account on the computer. We see our library of music but when we click on the song it searches for a long time and then says that it cannot access the itunes store. Any ideas on what we are doing wrong?

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router.
Reset the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings)
Restore the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Restore)

Please try the following...
Go to Settings > iCloud > Delete Account (This removes your data from your device, but not from your account, it will be added back later).
Restart the device.
Sign in again (Settings > iCloud, don't use the 'Create New Apple ID' button). -
I'm having trouble updating my iphone 4 since i updated to 4.3.3 i can't update it anymore. initially itunes would let me go so far as downloadin the new software then an error poped up as soon as the download finished, and now when i connect it to my itunes, itunes freezes for about 5 minutes then says something like "could not load sync service, reconnect or try again later" any ideas on what i shud do?

I am having difficulty with icloud on my ipod. It is working well with my MacPro and Iphone 5 but when it asks me to agree to terms and conditions , message is that it cannot connect to server.

if i use firefox and open tabs, the moment that i go back to the facebook tab, it would take firefox 5-10 seconds to open the facebook tab.it's really annoying
That is most likely caused by Firefox releasing memory used in that tab to minimize the memory that is currently in use.<br />
This includes memory that stores the DOM tree and that tree needs to be rebuild to allow navigation scrolling and clicking items on the page.<br />
On complicated pages that have a lot of elements this can take a few seconds.

I have a Nikon P7700. I can download some of the images. The same set of images will not download so I can send 300dpi images for print. I am new to figuring this out. Please help?
Does your MacBook Air run a reasonably current Operating System (OS X 10.8.5 or later - the current version is 10.9.2)? Are you running a reasonably current version of iPhoto (9.4.3 or later - the current version is 9.5.1)?
If so, you can download this RAW compatibility update from mid-January. It supports your camera.

I have a 10.2.8 os on a G4 desktop. A week ago I clicked on the AOL icon in the bottom bar. I have not used AOL for six years. Two aol boxes came up. I can not get the boxes to go away for long. They may go away for 15 minutes and they come back while I am working. How can I get these aol boxes to go away?
I will be upgading to Tiger; 10.4.Right click on the AOL icon and select move to trash.

Hi everyone. My voicemail just stopped working. A caller today said they got a message that it was not activated or something like that. When I called it from another phone all I got was ringing for a long time and then a disconnect. I have had this phone for about three months and it has been working until now.
I updated software and turned the phone off and on again. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

I see there were several missteps both by the reps and yourself in your post. First you should have insisted on returning the phone within the 14 day return policy period. Second which Samsung Galaxy mini model did you purchase? The S3 mini or the S4 mini? Did you do any research prior to deciding on this device. The reps at that time deflected the easiest course of action, by trying to get you to replace the phone under insurance instead of returning the phone. The Early Edge payment option requires the current phone on the line using the early Edge must be returned to Verizon Wireless. Did you once considered going to a third party site like Swappa to purchase a gently used device for your daughter? -
When i try to do a software update, it finishes and then says that the update cannot be saved because it has probably been corrupted during the download. This has happened a number of times and i do not know why, any help?

I have accidentally deleted off my Mac a preferences file for Adobe photoshop and now the program cannot initialize. I have talked to Apple and then say that if Adobe can isolate the file they can help me restore it from my time machine. How do I isolate the file ?

I purchased a movie via Apple TV/iTunes but it says that I cannot access the server at this time. In summary, I can't download the movie. This problem has persisted for 4-5 days now. Any suggestions? BTW, I upgraded to Yosemite on my iMac last weekend. Thanks!

Mostly iTunes, mail, finder, google chrome, and one or two other programs.
What are the "two other programs?" The ones you named shouldn't be consuming all your RAM, even if open concurrently. But I've heard (I don't use it) 10.7 is a memory hog.
Closing open apps may not solve the problem, since that memory is still being held in reserve for them.
This problem is usually caused by a combination of low RAM and low disk space.I am very puzzled when you say you have 895GB left on the drive. That should be an enormous amount of room for the memory to page out (write) to.

In Adobe Acrobat 9 (Wndows 7) which I have been using for a long time now it says I cannot use it withoutv repairing. It instructs me to uninstall & reinstall...
I have not run into this yet with my AA9 and Win7, but have been seeing posts about it. I would try a repair before I would do an uninstall and reinstall. You might also turn off javascript for a bit in case there has been some javascript that has caused problems (ok, making wild guesses). If you do decide to uninstall, be sure to deactivate first, uninstall, run http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html, and remove any left over parts of the Acrobat folder. Then proceed to the reinstall and updates.
There is a question about whether being able to use it is correct, or you are just getting some message that is a spam that somehow got into your system (again, a possible javascript issue). Besides turning off javascript, you could also try isolating the javascripts to moving them to a temporary directory and seeing if one is causing the problem. -

I had this problem for about six weeks. I was following this forum but was too unsure of what might happen to try the fixes that were suggested.
About two weeks ago I decided to delete the downloads.28.sqlitedb file (usingDiskAid(a free program), on a PC running Windows 7). The original downloads.28.sqlitedb was 936 KB. The new one that the system created is 80 Kb., and has stayed at about that size. After about four days I also deleted all the other contents of the Download folder. Ten days later and still no more problems. Downloads are much quicker, nothing greys-out (as was happening frequently before).
Everything has worked well since with no more error messages.
I am using an iPod 4G, iOS 5.1 (originally iOS 5.0). I do not have a manifest file, and as far as I know, have not had one. DiskAid can search the whole "hard drive" on the iPod.
Deleting downloads.28.sqlitedb and the contents of Downloads worked for me. -

You are correct. Syncing should transfer any purchased media, including videos, from your device to your iTunes library provided your computer is authorized for the Apple ID used to make these purchases. You mentioned that you have uninstalled iTunes before, but if you didn't follow this guide exactly, uninstalling iTunes and all of its components in the order specified, it may not have been successful so you should try again: Windows XP or Windows Vista/7.
