We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end.

I need to change the credit card information and I receive this error:
We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end.
I tried to use other browser, removing all cache and cookies. No success.
No hurry, there are still 20 days until next payment, but please help.
Thank you!

    Hello,
I'm a subscribent of a yearly CC plan, and everything was OK since now. Day before yesterday, when the schedule for next monthly payment tick, Adobe did not charge my card. And yesterday morning I received an email with a message like that (self-transalted since I received it in Polish):
"With the end of the payed period your account on CC was changed to free  since we couldn't charge your card. To use paid account update the payment information [link] (...)"
    Well, cool. But:
    1. My card is OK, I'm sure about that and bank confirms that. Nothing was charged from it.
    2. I can't update the payment information since I get the "we're sorry" notice.
Customer service can't help me, at least the online one. The sole response the guy came up with to malfunctioned payment information update was to perform... payment information update. And an advice to call 0800 which is not even responding (rejecting my every call with a busy signal, tried all day long yesterday).
Here's the issue - what now? I can't edit the information, the error doesn't seem to miraculously fix itself and I can't use a support since there's no competent support that I can reach.
    Thank you for any help.

I am having the same issue. When I try to update my payment information I receive an error that states, "We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later.
After Adobe's servers were breached I received a phonecall from my bank, stating that someone had used my credit card at a hotel in Mexico (I live in Ohio). I closed that credit card and was issued a new card. I want to update my card information on my Creative Cloud subscription. I chatted via the web with a customer service rep today. He was anable to help me. He suggested I call the Care Center. The hold was estimated at 2 hours. All I want to do is update my card information so the next time Adobe automatically bills for my subscription the transaction doesn't bounce.

Not a good start to using CC. Is this a known issue or a problem at my end?

  • Why can't update credit card info, always remind "We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on end.

after Adobe hacking incident, I replaced with a new credit card
but now I want to update my credit card information , in order to continue buy Adobe CC
the website always remind me, "We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later. "
    how to fix it ?
I confirm not the browser or network problems. I try chrome/safari/IE/firefox both Win/Mac

When I had this exact error message a week ago when updating my CC for the same reason, I was able to get it to work in the Chrome variant CoolNovo but not in IE, but now it works in IE, so I’m not sure what is different.
I am beginning to think it matters if I’ve logged into the forums or Photoshop.com or into www.adobe.com using a particular browser and there’s a cookie that has either expired or not expired that is holding my password.  Having a particular security setting enabled in the browser might affect it, and whether popups are blocked or not, could to.
You might try deleting all the adobe.com and Photoshop.com cookies in a browser that allows selective deletions or all cookies in one that doesn’t and try different variations of being logged in to or not logged into www.adobe.com before going over to creative.adobe.com as well as saving your password or not saving your password (remember me checked or unchecked) see if one variation helps.

  • Oops, something went wrong at our end

Skype for Web was working on my home system (in Chrome), although I could not get the audio and vido to work, just the text chat.
When trying from my work notebook (in Chrome 43.0.2357.81 m), when I login, I get this message (every time, for the last couple of days):
"Oops, something went wrong at our end
Sending one of our engineers to fix it. Give it a couple of minutes and try again."
I have also tried accessing Skype for Web from Internet Explorer 8.0.7601.17514 but get a script error after login (for 32 or 64 bit versions of IE)
    Regards,
    JG

I believe the "Oops" error text is specific to only the web email app (OWA), not the desktop client.  Do you get any other error details or error numbers?  Regardless of what app you are currently using, it may be worthwhile
to try the other method you are NOT using (e.g. try the Outlook desktop client if you get the error in OWA, or use OWA if you get the error in the client) just to see if the behavior differs.

  • "Something is wrong on our end"

Cloud keeps saying there is something wrong on their end and to try again later. Nothing else. No other explanation or anything. I waited a day, and it still says this. I have a deadline to meet tomorrow and have NO TIME to waste on shoddy software design. Can someone help me find a way to access the Cloud software I installed?
    Thank you.

Arktos_aurus are you referring to the discussion you started at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1337038?  If so I would recommend you respond to Beverly in your previous discussion thread.

  • Search Error - Sorry, something went wrong

Search has encountered a problem that prevents results from being returned.  If the issue persists, please contact your administrator.   is the message that I get when I try to search.
The search application seems to be working just fine. I have all green checks in my Search Application Topology and my crawl log show successes and no errors.   I also get an error when I try to create a Enterprise Search Center.
I am at a loss and any help would be appreciated.

  • Sorry, something went wrong - Open Office File from Search Results Page with Office Web Apps

    Hi,
I'm getting "Sorry, something went wrong" error when I'm trying to open any office document from inside Search Results Page with Office Web Apps, the same error is appearing in the document preview as well.
The error in SharePoint logs says that the file cannot be found.
Please note that this error is coming only when the "Filename" of the document is not written in English (in my case its written with Arabic characters).
If I try to open it from the document library, its opening properly with no errors.
    The only difference between two URLs (document URL in Search Results and in Document Library) is the value for "sourcedoc" attribute;
In the case of Search Results page, the filename in "sourcedoc" attribute is kept as is with Arabic characters.
While in the Document Library, the filename in "sourcedoc" attribute is converted into different characters (something like: "B9%D9%85%D9%8").
Anybody have an idea on how to overcome this issue, implement a workaround or modify the "sourcedoc" behavior?
    Thanks in Advance.

    Dear Wendy,
Thanks for your efforts, I already tried your last suggestion before, but this didn't solve my problem.
Actually my end users are accessing this portal using ADFS and HTTPS.
Finally I got this solved, I have done below to get my overall solution working perfectly:
    - First I have configured Windows Authentication and ADFS Authentication on the same zone which is the default zone.
    - The issue when opening office documents with Arabic file name has disappeared as a result of first change.
    - Then I have faced an issue where we are not able to crawl content under Default zone, however we have to do so, after too many efforts, I found that its related to the Load-balancer/proxy, I have made the crawler server
    to crawl himself (http://CrawlServerName:PortNumber).
    - Also a change on Alternate Access Mapping was needed, I have set one of the extended zones (which is running Windows Authentication only) as Internal URL for the Default Zone, and this is was the URL I used for Crawling.
I have configured Server Name Mappings to make sure we got proper URLs in Search Results.
    - Then we faced another issue, which is Authentication selection on login page (How to bypass this page, and authenticate using ADFS auto), I used this solution (Set Custom Sign In Page):
    http://0ut0ftheb0x.wordpress.com/2014/01/04/skip-the-authentication-selection-page-at-_logindefault-aspx-in-a-mixed-authentication-environment/.
    - I faced one more issue as a result of above workaround; Sign Out functionality wasn't working well; users get logged in automatically whenever I click on Sign Out. I solved this by modifying the "Sign Out" Control under _layouts;
I made it to redirect users to ADFS Sign Out Page instead of SharePoint Sign Out Page (I know its not recommended, but I don't have any other option).
