I'm having this error on my Manage your team page. I've updated the credit card information. the credit card has enough balance for the payment and still I get this error. Also I have a warning on every PC using the Adobe Cloud products stating that my subscription will expire in 4 days. I need this problem fixed quickly, we're a design/IT company and we can't afford to have our production stopped because of an Adobe problem.

    We get the following message once a month "We're sorry, the billing information on file could not be used for this payment. Please update your billing information." - Every month.  No card declines, no authorizations.  No matter how many times we input the same card info, new card info, same message (instantly, which is an indication **nothing** is happening on the back end)
    I call Adobe Support or chat and raise hell and it gets fixed for that month.  Is anyone else getting this message?  A Corporation as large as Adobe could invest in a usable billing system..  There are many merchant service providers out there they could use.  Any other users getting this nagging issue?  or is Adobe doing this on purpose to encourage annual billing?  We are a CC for Teams Customer.

    If you have inaccurately filled out your billing application (or your credit card was declined), this can cause a red flag to popup that states "Please call iTunes suport to complete transaction". If you receive this error, iTunes support can be called by visiting https://expresslane.apple.com/ and completing the prompts within to speak with a customer service representative.
    They will either be able to help you via IM support or submit a ticket to contact your landline or cellular.

    Take the SIM out and reseat it.  Was your phone jailbroken or unooficially unlocked?  If so then when you upgraded the phone locked again to the original carrier.  If that is the case you need a SIM from that carrier to use the phone or you could contact that carrier and have them unlock it for you

    I moved my iTunes library to my external hard drive some time ago and I followed the directions listed here on the apple support page.  It did copy my library and now is on my hard drive... I can open iTunes and use it to sync all of my devices but I would like to play my music... I can see all of my music files but can not play them if I click on an album or song it says the following:  "(file name) could not be used because the original file cannot be found.  Would you like to locate it?"  I click locate but do not know where to go from there?  I need a way to access all files and not to hunt down one at a time on my hard drive... I am pretty sure I deleted the original library to make space on my internal drive which was the reason for moving it.  I have tried and tried to fix it and do not have a lot of time to do so with a one and two year old at my house who do not like it whenI sit down at my computer.  What to do???  Any help is much appreciated!!!

    See Make a split library portable. Move all of the bits of the library together in the the correct shape and it should work. Or undo exactly what you did and then start over.
    If you're a former Windows user don't try merging two folders together that have the same name by dropping one into the same folders as the other, as that goes badly on a Mac.

    I just got a new computer and I transfered all of my old music via an external hard drive to the new one.  All the music showed up in itunes fine so I deleted the old files.  Then I went to sync my iphone I got an error that said "The song...     Uh, YES. The song is already there and why are you not recoginizing it, iTunes? What automation can I possible enable to get rid of this message so that iTunes actually sees my MPEGS and does not require me to manually browse to the file which is already there?

    Make sure your Mac qualifies for Mountain Lion  >  Upgrade your Mac to OS X Mountain Lion.
    If you have anti virus software installed, disable that before downloading apps.
    Turn off the Firewall in System Preferences > Security (or Security & Privacy) > Firewall
    Try deleting the cache, cookies, and preference files (plist) associated with the App Store.
    Quit the App Store if it's open.
    Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
    Type this exactly as you see it here:
    ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore/Cache.db
    Click Go
    Move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
    Now here:
    ~/Library/Preferences
    Click Go
    Move these files from the Preferences folder to the Trash.
    com.apple.appstore.plist
    com.apple.storeagent.pllist
    Now here:
    ~/Library/Cookies
    Click Go
    Move the com.apple.appstore.plist file from the Cookies folder to the Trash.
    Empty the Trash, try the App Store.

    Take a look at my FindTracks script. Download it and test it out on a few tracks first. Use the No option first time around to manually confirm each path that it wants to fix so you can see how it works. When you're happy it does what you want select a larger group of tracks to process automatically.

    Total message states: The song "..." could not be used because original could not be found. Would you like to locate it? And then has a LOCATE button or a CANCEL button. This particular song was uploaded to my iTunes library about 3 months ago from a CD I purchased, and I show my play count in iTunes library indicating I played the song directly from the library 4 times. Now, all of a sudden, it cannot be located, and I am certain I did not move it. I tried to find it, but do not know where to go. This is the same for several other dozen songs in my library. I appreciate any feedback you may have, do not want to have to unpack all these CD's and put back on my computer. Thanks.

    The media is not where iTunes expects it to be.
    If you moved it, put it back.
    If it was moved by another program, put it back.
    Any other reason, restore the files from the backup of the computer.
