Weblogic security error

          Hi folks,
I'm not especially proficient with Weblogic, I haven't really done any development
with it but I am a little familiar with configuring some pieces. Bearing this
in mind, what follows is pretty sparse on details.
My department has two deployments of the same application but one works and one
          doesn't. The error is below:
          Start server side stack trace:
          java.lang.ClassCastException: weblogic.security.acl.DefaultUserInfoImpl
               at weblogic.kernel.BootServicesImpl.authenticate(BootServicesImpl.java:189)
               at weblogic.kernel.BootServicesImpl.invoke(BootServicesImpl.java:145)
               at weblogic.rjvm.RJVMImpl.dispatchRequest(RJVMImpl.java:620)
               at weblogic.rjvm.RJVMImpl.dispatch(RJVMImpl.java:581)
               at weblogic.rjvm.ConnectionManagerServer.handleRJVM(ConnectionManagerServer.java:164)
               at weblogic.rjvm.ConnectionManager.dispatch(ConnectionManager.java:640)
               at weblogic.rjvm.t3.T3JVMConnection.dispatch(T3JVMConnection.java:454)
               at weblogic.socket.PosixSocketMuxer.deliverGoodNews(PosixSocketMuxer.java:456)
               at weblogic.socket.PosixSocketMuxer.processSockets(PosixSocketMuxer.java:385)
               at weblogic.socket.SocketReaderRequest.execute(SocketReaderRequest.java:24)
               at weblogic.kernel.ExecuteThread.execute(ExecuteThread.java:139)
               at weblogic.kernel.ExecuteThread.run(ExecuteThread.java:120)
          End server side stack trace
I'm not hoping that from this VERY limited information anybody can offer a solution,
I'm not expecting that, I'm just hoping that someone can point me in a general
direction i.e. the ACLS are corrupt, or something like that. Sorry for the lack
of details. I'm testing the back end application and our front end app cannot
see the back end, I've been tasked to find out why.
          Cheers, Max

me again. :-) I just wanted to add that I posted this in the jms forum because
the back/front ends communicate over JMS.
          - Max

    thanks in advance

I've tried every trick in the book but no luck and finally I found a solution for this problem. Maybe it is not the best practice but it works:
    1-Uninstall JDeveloper.
2-Delete Oracle Middleware file located in C:\Oracle
3-Delete the JDeveloper file located in C:\Users\MyUser\AppData\Roaming (Because the integrated Weblogic server is actually there)
    4-Reinstall JDeveloper
    That solved the issue.
    Thanks

    2. My SOA server is coming up but in admin mode and giving OPSS connections errors.
    Any help is really appreciated!
    Thanks,
    SK

    Hi Faisal -
is your domain in development mode or production mode?
         - While configuring my domian , I had selected Prod Mode, but pon start up when I see in admin server console, it is starting in developement mode already ?
    Any idea how, why ?
if its production mode you can switch to development mode, change all the credentials in the config.xml and configurations under sub folders to cleartext and start the server..
    - Let me still try these and get back to you.
    Thanks,
    SK

    Hi
I am getting the same errors. I am using weblogic 8.1 sp2 on solaris 9. I am using the SSL cert that comes with the bea installation. The https access will work if I restart the weblogic server. However, after a few hours, the https access will hang and the following error messages appear in the log. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
    regards

    Hi,
I am wondering if anyone has tried creating a domain on a weblogic server by copying
and pasting an entire domain directory. ie. Copying %bea_home%\config\DomainName
    to the new installation %bea_home%\config\DomainName.
When I do this I get the following error when starting up the weblogic server:
"The WebLogic Server did not start up properly. Exception raised:
    weblogic.security.internal.encryption.EncryptionServiceException:Error decrypting
    Secret Key" when loading config.xml
I assume this is because the weblogic system password is encrypted in the config.xml
file. Is there anyway I can get around this so I can easily clone weblogic servers?
    Thanks,
    JasJas,
Yeah the security key is tied to the server, what exactly are you
trying to accomplish? Do you want seperate domains or servers? Are
    they on different physical servers?
Also what version of wls? 6 or 7?
Will try to help you if I can
    Steve

    Regards,
    Ramesh

Hi, I am using Weblogic Oracle 12c and standalone server no clusters. I have a webservice configured which is working from the Weblogic, using DemoTrust.jks I just downloaded the SOAP-UI and having issues with this, I set up the aut Tab to use Global HTTP Settings for the authorization type and added a keystore which is pointing to the DemoTrust.jks.
When I run a test, I receive this error
    Tue Jul 31 09:40:38 PDT 2012:DEBUG:<< "<env:Envelope xmlns:env="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"><env:Header/><env:Body><env:Fault xmlns:wsse="http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.0.xsd"><faultcode>wsse:InvalidSecurity</faultcode><faultstring>Error on verifying message against security policy Error code:1000</faultstring></env:Fault></env:Body></env:Envelope>"
You wouldn't know what this is about, from what I am reading it seems I need to pass a policy to the server from the client but unsure what to configure.
If you have any insight I would appreciate it.

It seems like your SerializedSystemIni.dat is currupted.
Do you have SerializedSystemIni.dat and fileRealm.property from any other
    working domain?
Please try to replace both of them and see if this fixes the problem.

Jay and Maxence , I tried what you guys said by removing the jms. and using only PrixcarDamageQueue and PrixcarConnectionFactory but still I am getting an error like Namenotfound as shown below,
The Message-Driven EJB: PRIXCAR_IMPORT_GATEWAY_QUEUE is unable to connect to the JMS destination: PrixcarDamageQueue. The Error was: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Unable to resolve 'PrixcarDamageQueue'. Resolved ''; remaining name 'PrixcarDamageQueue' at weblogic.jndi.internal.BasicNamingNode.newNameNotFoundException(BasicNamingNode.java:1139) at weblogic.jndi.internal.BasicNamingNode.lookupHere(BasicNamingNode.java:252) at weblogic.jndi.internal.ServerNamingNode.lookupHere(ServerNamingNode.java:182) at weblogic.jndi.internal.BasicNamingNode.lookup(BasicNamingNode.java:206) at weblogic.jndi.internal.WLEventContextImpl.lookup(WLEventContextImpl.java:254) at weblogic.jndi.internal.WLContextImpl.lookup(WLContextImpl.java:393) at javax.naming.InitialContext.lookup(InitialContext.java:392) at weblogic.jms.common.CDS$2.run(CDS.java:222) at weblogic.security.acl.internal.AuthenticatedSubject.doAs(AuthenticatedSubject.java:363) at weblogic.jms.common.CDS.getDDMembershipInformation(CDS.java:216) at
My doubt is will queue be displayed in JNDI tree ?? I mean there is a JNDI tree in weblogic admin screen and I am getting only the PrixcarConnectionFactory in that and not the PrixcarDamageQueue , may be thats why its showing "unable to connect to the JMS ???" Please advice.....
I changed both the xml's and the JNDI names in the admin screen.

really its strange only the site works if my flash builder is running , please help

Thanks all for your attention, i have solved my problem and i think its a bug in the flash builder , the problem was that when you compile the application and you enabling Network Monitoring , the communication of the AMF channels done throw the  http://localhost:37813/flex2gateway/
and that was the problem if you close the flash builder on your system that getaway dose not exist and on the hosted server there is no such address localhost by this port also so the client application witch is catch in you system try to access your localhost and that cause a security error and the address is also not exist .
so the solution or we have to compile the project after we disable the Network Monitoring in flash builder .

    Hi Srivatsa,
Have you installed OES? If so, the reason could be that the weblogic.policy file needs to be edited, as desribed in section 19.3.2.2 here: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E21764_01/install.1111/e12002/oes.htm

  • Security error while duplicating domains

    Hi,
I'm trying to replicate domains for WLS 8.1.6 using the Configuration Template Builder and then the Configuration Wizard. I've done this before with simpler domains without problems, but this time, after I've succesfully created the domain based on the template I've got the following error. Could someone help me?
    Thanks in advance,

Podrias mostrar la salida (en la consola) cuando ejecutas el script para iniciar el servidor?
Gracias por tu respuesta Betino. The following text correspond to the content of the admin.log file generated by the server when it started up. Since yesterday, I've been trying many other things, like changing the password of the admin but nothing works.

  • Security error accessing url  ???

I built the BlogReader, the second "lesson" in the help where
    you read Matt
Chotin's blog on Adobe's site. It works great when I tested
    it locally with
Flex Builder. When I copy it to my server and then run it, it
    gives a
    security error.
    Here's the rss url
    http://weblogs.macromedia.com/mchotin/index.xml
There's a crossdomain on the root:
    http://weblogs.macromedia.com/crossdomain.xml
    <?xml version="1.0" ?>
<!DOCTYPE cross-domain-policy (View Source for full
    doctype...)>
    - <cross-domain-policy>
    <allow-access-from domain="*" secure="true" />
    </cross-domain-policy>
Is it because of the secure="true" ? Then why did it work on
    my local
    computer?

The crossdomain file should go in the folder that is pointed
    to by: "
    http://www.entegdt21.com:8000".
This is called the web server root.
Flex Builder installs into a trusted sandbox, which allows it
to access most any thing. When you run the app from a web server,
it must find the crossdomian file.
