lately seems ive been experiencing a high volume of technical issues from typing cursor jumping all over page to error messages like this one 403. That’s an error.

That’s all we know. from google and all i wanted to do was enter my profile . ive found unknown users that i cant delete and seems my avast premium is worthless found two programs that i didnt download. smart pc care and advanced system optimizer and now mcaffe dose anyone know whats going on every tech support i have talked to trys to sell me 4 and 5 hundred dollar cleaan ups ??????????

Sounds like malware, and taking advice from scamming sites. You will need to do scans with multiple and up to date tools.
Incidentally I would not suggest you try any manual hacks or edits of the Windows registry. (Once rogue files are removed any residual registry entry will not normally do any harm.)
If you need to find the profile you do not need Firefox open, and probably would normally not try to navigate to the profile with Firefox (although that may be done).

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You need to use multiple and up-to-date tools as they will not all pick up the same things.
[http://windows.microsoft.com/MSE Microsoft Security Essentials] is a good FREE permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.
