What applications are being used on this website to give the "flashy" look?

Im useing the new dreamweaver, and im confident in creating a basic website, however I want to move up to the next level, so could any one please tell me what other products this company are using to create the effects? and maybe a little pointer on how I go about creating this sort of "product"?
I currently use dreamweaver, along with photoshop for images and Ive down loaded fireworks but not yet used it!

If you already use Photoshop and understand the layers concept, that is a start. The ActionScript is similar to javascript. You can download a free trial from this website.

Does this integration kit work with Visual Age 3.5? If not, do you have any tool recommendations for VA3.5 users who are developing apps for WebLogic5.1?

How do i find what ports are being used.

I need to know how to tell what ports are being used and by what. I recently bought Apple Remote Desktop and have been pretty impressed but I have one computer here that won't let me Observe or Control. I think it is because the G4 in question has a program using port 5900. I need to confirm this is there any way that I can see if this port is being used?

Welcome to the Apple Discussions.
Look in your Utilities folder for the Network Utility program. Open it, and choose "Port Scan" from the row of tabs in its window. If you're not running Network Utility on the problematic G4, use the G4's IP address. But if you're actually on the G4, use "localhost".
Note that if you check the open ports on the G4 from another computer, you won't see as many as if you check it from the G4 itself. That's because some ports are only local. For example, I have enabled the mail server on my Macs, but only to deliver mail, not relay it. So if I do a port scan using "localhost", I see port 25 open, but it's not open from another computer.

Go into settings , general, usage and it tells you what the apps use. If your refering to the memory storage of the apps.

Q: If you're asking which server-side code to use on Windows IIs Servers?
A: ASP or ASP.net and MSSql. Since Microsoft built these languages, you would get the best support from MS Expression.
If you're asking for software that helps you write code, you'll need to be more specific about which code you want to write and for what purpose.

Why is the IPhone creating additional "calendars"? I only asked for one to be set-up. I don't understand, I have to go into the calendar settings daily and uncheck these un-asked for calendars. Mine is doing the same thing. I deleted the whole account from the mail settings and it got rid of most of the extra calendars. But there are still 2 gibberish ones left.

I'm wondering if any of you could help me. I am looking for a method or tool that helps to find what library jars are being used within an application to try and help me erradicate unneccesary files since I find myself in a scenario similar to below. . .
Obviously over time an application grows and you may being in a lot of libraries to provide functionality as you go. You may then find a better way of doing something or that part of code may be redundant, so the referencing class is removed, BUT the jar isn't removed from the application at the same time.
Several years down the line your lib directory looks like it contains nearly every jar created sits in there, and you application is now being shipped out on DVD to cope with all the libraries!
So, is there a tool or way (except removing them to see it anything breaks!) to check what jars are actually being referenced within an application?
Any help would be appreciated,

Start java with the -verbose option and grep the output for lines starting with "[Opened". This will give you a list of all opened jar files.
Bear in mind, that classes are loaded lazy, that is: only when they are referenced for the first time.

How can I see what database tables are used in all my online reports? I have around 1000 reports posted to Enterprise over 6 different datasources. If possible I would like to see the fields within those tables that are being used to.
I am using Crystal Reports XI Release 2

I don't think you can see the databases of the reports unless you download the report onto your pc as a Crystal Report format and then open it under Crystal Reports.
This way it will open the report within Crystal Reports and will show you the datasource it is coming from.
I doubt if you can see them online.

Thanks Kurt. We are attempting to find the cause of the notorious two-minute spinning beachball delay. Not sure if you are aware of this problem, but it holds up Finder, Adobe InDeisgn, and other applications for two minutes while it is waiting for a response from a windows server. It shows in the log as:

I have a big problem with the number of jars currently being used within my application.
Is there a way of working out what jars are needed and which are not??

I am interested in this as well. I have "jpa.jar" which I removed from my Eclipse build path and no errors. But it may have interfaces/classes that are referenced from other JARs in my WAR. How do I determine if any types in jpa.jar are being currently used so I can determine if it needs to be included in the WAR build or not?

Is there a way to decipher what chords are being used in an audio track?

I use logic pro x software and I was looking at this piece of audio. It's a synth lead and I wanted to create a bass to go with it however it's hard to work out the chords used so I was wondering if there are any add ons or something that can tell me what chords are used in the audio track. Im looking for something kind of like the BMI counter but for chord recognition. Can anyone help me! if not would anyone be able to decipher them for me? thanks

Not that i am aware of.. Not for Audio tracks.. Midi tracks yes, Audio no....

What application do you use for extra/multimedia keys on the keyboard?

Just curious on what applications there are available for all these extra keys manufacturers keep placing on keyboards, thankfully my keyboard only has a few extra and they aren't in the way. I've been using LinEAK for a while now but it doesn't seem to be maintained any more so I was wondering if there are any better alternatives.

Follow the wiki hotkyes instructions and you cant go wrong, someone posted link to them earlier.
Not wanting to sound rude, but if you had even bothered to read the thread you would have seen that the keys are working fine with xbindkeys, it's the process of autostarting xbindkeys with openbox that doesn't work.
However, I've now started using the built in keybind function in openbox, though for some reason I can't execute mpc commands (ie: mpc stop), it just won't work. Instead I have to use Sonata (ie: sonata stop), could the reason be that mpc outputs info while Sonata does not when you use those commands?
EDIT: It wasn't, I added the --no-status switch but it still won't work with mpc.
Actually i read every post in this thread before posting, sorry if came of sounding mean (sv:elak) or something. Thought you just wanted to know what apps ppl were using to get multimedia keys to work (alot of ppl seem to be having problems with this), didnt realize that you wanted help. I don't know about commands but in your application/utilities folder there is an application called Network Utility that can scan your ports. I don't have any real experience with it but if it seems confusing try accessing the help files for the utility in the help menu and maybe that will ease the confusion.

I would like to know what application I should use for this specific job. I have 6 photos in Iphoto, and I would like to print them out on one piece of paper with the title and key words showing. Please help.

My objective is to print photos on on 8 1/2 x 11 sheets of paper (4 per page). I want to include the photo title and the photo key words.
I am not sure how to go about doing this.

In iPhoto, create an album with the images you want to print.
Once created, open the album and select all the images (type Command + A)
Go to the menu View and make sure Titles and Keywords are checked.
Go to the menu File > Print
Choose Contact Sheet
In the lower right corner press the customize button
In the next window that opens, at the bottom of the window change the column slider to "2"
You should be good to go. If OK, then press Print at the bottom right corner of the window.
