For creating a Generic extractor based on a FM, you first of all need to know what is going to be your structure.. i.e. what all fields you need to pull from what all tables. A functional consultant may help you identify the exact DB tables.
Once you know them, hand over the requirement and the pdf mentioned by Krishna to the ABAP guy, he would be able to take this up further.
Also decide 1st whether you would be using a full load or delta. There is a slight difference in the way they are built.
Let me know how it goes.

The best cover is the one that suites your needs. Try Google. There are dozens on the market.
As for the Apple Smart Cover, it does work with the new iPad. There are a few reported issues with it, but that doesn't come close to representing the totality of folks with it.

Dear Saravana Kumar,
Material Master data is integrated with all the modules not only PP & FI it also integrates with SD, QM, CO, PM and so on.
(a) MM and PP Integration through MRP Type in material master
(b) MM and FI Integration through Valuation Class in material master

Hi Krishna,
Area menus allow you to group together menus that contain a set of functions intended to perform a particular task in a company.
You can create your own SAP Customized Menu through Area menu.
You can add transactions to Favorities and and folder and sub folders to the SAP Menu. You can do this using transaction SE43.

They are indeed recently updated apps that have not been used since they were updated. As soon as you launch the app after updating, the blue dot will disappear.

Hi,
ModuleLoader is a kind of strange API that is really just intended to look like SwfLoader for modules that contain a single visual component, and hides most of the module loading infrastructure, which is all about class factories.
What I mean by "only loaded once" is that if you have several places in the code that call the ModuleManager.getModule("url").load() call, it will only ever get loaded over the wire and interpreted once, subsequent "loads" will just re-dispatch pseudo-load events to the new client. In other words, the class factory is a singleton for a given url. Unloading is a totally different story. As you note, not everything is truly unloadable, because there may be lots of references to stuff in
the module that will keep it alive and un-GC'ed.
I suggest playing with the low-level API so that you understand the backing implementation, and this should help you understand the limits of ModuleLoader.
The main difference between modules and applications is that modules have lower overhead, and they only ever get loaded once, no matter how many times you load them. If you're using the ModuleLoader API, keep in mind that you're losing about half the functionality of the module system. I will assume that you are, because otherwise it would be obvious where to expose methods. You might want to play around with the lower level ModuleManager API just to get a hang of what's going on - ModuleLoader is a pretty thin veneer over the lower API.
                Basically, what you want to do is to have your module implement an interface, say IModuleWhatever.

No mention of it in the User Manual and Mpas still shows the traffic fine with it switched off.
Even my TomTom can update Traffic with the setting switched off.

SAP-HR is software component like SAP-BASIS is a component.
Its part of the CORE.
As far as I know there is nothing like SAP-ABAP-HR.
But ABAP offers some special syntax for HR though.
Like INFOTYPES, PROVIDE ENDPROVDIE etc.

hey guys... i was just wondering if someone could enlighten me on the differences of components and modules?
im creating a new project in flex, and not sure which one to use.. or even if it matters... lol
my login is going to have a login at the begining, and once the login is entered correctly, it goes to a panel selection window, where teh customer will select the panel they have in their house... and once that happens, i'll have a datagrid on the left side of the screen and multiple viewstacks with images which display to the right...
so if any one has a suggestion, i'll greatly appretiate it

When I have to talk about long running scripts or procedures I focus on DTA which suggests on Indexing and infact I think this is the main cause. What are the other areas which we need to consider for Long running queries and troubleshooting tools we need
to use do you think?
Ofcourse blocking impacts but am purely thinking at query perspective.
