What are the network requirements for the Remote Panel Server?

What are the network requirements for the Remote Panel Server?
I've been trying for a while now to setup a Remote Panel.  I can connect to my computers remote panel from other computers on my LAN but nowhere else.
When ever I use the web publishing tool it gives me a URL in this format:  http://Computer-Name.Corporate-Name.local:8086/VI-Name.html Apparently this means I have a local DNS server and this URL has no meaning from the public.
When I try connecting with the Operate>>Connect to Remote Panel..., I get this error message:
"Connecting to remote panel server...
Remote panel connection refused by specified server: Make sure LabVIEW Web Server is enabled on specified server"
I got the same error when I tried to host a remote panel from my laptop at home, on my Wi-Fi.  Is there some network or firewall setting I'm not seting?  Could it be my server or router or private network?
My goal is to be able to host Remote Panels from my laptop while I am travailing internationally, by using 4G mobile internet.  Is that even passable?

Have you enabled the Remote Panel Server in the Web Server options on the server?

  • What are the ports required for the Audio, Video and A/V conferencing when the following end points are enabled for QoS in Lync 2013 server?

    Hi All,
What are the ports required for the Audio, Video and A/V conferencing when the following clients are enabled for QoS in Lync 2013 server?
    Client Type
Port range  and Protocol required for Audio
Port range and Protocol required for
    Video
Port range and Protocol required for
    A/Vconferencing
    Windows Desktop   Client
    Windows mobile App
    Iphone
    Ipad
    Andriod phone
    Andriod Tablet
    MAC desktop client
    Please advise. Many Thanks.

Out of the box, 1024-65535 for all of the client ports.  :)
    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg398833.aspx
You'll want to tune your client ports a bit
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj204760.aspx as seen here, and then the client ports would use those ranges which is easier to set QoS markings.  I'm not sure the mobile clients respect that setting.
Elan's got the best writeup for Windows clients here:
    http://www.shudnow.net/2013/02/16/enabling-qos-for-lync-server-2013-and-various-clients-part-1/
However, the marking of the packets is the tricky part.  Windows can do it via Group Policy, but for the other clients you'll need to have the network specifically prioritize ports regardless of DSCP markings.  You have to do it based on ports
as the traffic could be peer to peer.

  • HT1569 what is the network password for the  ios7

what is the network password for the  ios7?

There is no network password! If you want to connect to a wifi hotspot which is password protected, you have to contact the administrator of the hotspot in order to learn the password. If you are the administrator, you should contact the technician who plugged in your router.if you aren't asking that, let me know so that I can help you!
    Hope I helped!

  • Error - The software required for the ipod is not installed correctly.  Please reinstall itunes to install the required sotware

When trying to load music from ITunes to my ipod I receive the error "The software required for the ipod is not installed correctly.  Please reinstall itunes to install the required sotware"
What should I do to correct the error?

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies. The notes below the box include tips on removing troublesome components.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there also links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.

  • I would like to run the most secure version of firefox on my computer, but my computer does not meet the system requirements for the latest version

i would like to run the most secure version of firefox on my computer, but my computer does not meet the system requirements for the latest version. is there a way i can have the security of firefox 8 and still be able to run it on my old computer. i currently an running firefox 3.6. it is a bit slow, but it is functional.

Currently Firefox 3.6.24 is as secure as Firefox 8.0.1 is. Firefox 3.6.x will continue to get security updates until next spring, although the exact date hasn't yet been determined.
Which of the system requirements are you lacking? <br />
Processor wise you're stuck with what you got, but RAM can be upgraded. WinXP is still supported in all versions of Firefox and will be continued to be supported until Windows drops support for WinXP sometime in 2014.

  • Does a mixed N and G network make the network slower for the N-enabled?

    Hello all,
I was just admiring my Airport Extreme box after registering it, and I noticed this bit of fine print:
"Speed and range will be less if an 802.11a/b/g product joins the network."
Does this mean that my 802.11g printer makes the network slower for my two 802.11n macbooks?

    Okay,
For a follow up: I'm using the "guest" network for all my G-level wireless devices, and the regular network from all my N devices.
Does that overcome the mixed network limitations? It seems like it wouldn't - because the Airport is basically creating two virtual networks out of one network. Or are there two individual networks on the Airport?
    Thanks!

    Hi Abdul,
Thank you for your reply. There was no entries in the GB01. I went to SM30 & in view V_GB01C i maintained the entries
    as
    Boolean Class - 71 - WBS element
    Class type - B
    Table - PRPS
    Field - FKSTL.
Next i went to maintain the validation in the T-Code OPSI, i am unable to find the field of the WBS element cost-center in the Network header.
Can u tell me if i had done anything wrong in the above steps.

  • What are compatible media files for the Tungsten E2

I have a video clip that I'd like to put on my Tungsten E2.  The current file is saved as a .wmv.  When I attempt to sync using the Palm desktop software's media feature, I get the message that the file format is not compatible.   I can't find any information as to what are compatible file formats.  Any advice for me?

    Avi's and mpg's are pretty safe.  Wmv's and .mov's won't sync.

  • What are theSNP Settings required for Forecast Consumption with Sales Order

    Hello APO Folks,
I have one SNP scenario:  (We don't have GATP)
Forecast for Finsihed Product - "PNG_Fert" in Location "1000".
I have forecast quantity of 500, now our requirement is - when SNP heuristic run will take place (without any sales order quantity) then there should not be any planned orders creation.
Planned order creation should happen Only if any one places sales order from ECC , which comes to APO then against that sales order forecast quantity should consume and should create the planned orders equal to the nos. of sales order quantity.
So if I have forecast of 500 qtys and sales order of 90 qtys then heuristic run should yield/create the planned order of 90 qtys and there should be 500-90 = 410 forecast quantities remaning.
Please let me know which strategy will be used and other setting in ECC and APO for SNP. I
The setting with strategy 50 in ECC and 30 in APO worked properly with PPDS - RRP3 view but from interactive planning /sapapo/sdp94 it is not working, so there will be different setting for SNP.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Regards,
    Vishal

    Vishal
Can you please explain what issue you are facing when you load the product in planning book. First thing is do you see 410 against forecast and 90 against sales order key figure ? If yes then it means the forecast is getting consumed properly by SO.
As far as your other requirement  goes (planned order should only be created for sale order quantity) you have to change your total demand macro calclation logic. Your total demand key figure should show 90 instead of 500 - so just include sales order in your total demand calculation (stock balance macro) and run heuristic. Your requirement will be satisfied
    Thanks

  • For meeting the loadbalance requirements for LYNC 2013 FE SERVER, which features will be necessary for HLB ?

I has read the deployment guide from some vendors, such as A10 networks and coyotepoint, it seems that HLB will have the ability to load balance the lync flow when it support  L4_VS,  least-connections method, source_ip
    persistence, as follows
    VIP
    Single VIP exposed through ARP
    Source Address Affinity
    Enabled
    TCP Idle Time-Out Interval
    1800 sec
    Balancing Algorithm
    Least-Connections-Based
    TCP Resets on Idle
    Enable
My first questions is: need  the source_ip_persistence among these L4_VS  be shared ?
For example,  there are two FE servers, they are FE-1, FE-2
HLB has two L4_VS, they are   VS_5061, VS_443 (of  course, the vs will be more in real case)
When client-1  access  vs_5061, HLB will dispatch the request to FE-1 according to method,  ok, after a while,  if  client-1 try to access vs_443, will this
connections have to be dispatched to the same RS ( FE-1) ?
Except that this question, there are any other requirement have to be support for HLB ?  such as SNAT ? such as anying else ...
I doesn't know the real communication theory about lync server,  so hope anyone could help me, it is very appreciated

For the other port with HLB, I saw the depolyment from F5 networks,  A10 networks( which are HLB vendor), the following link is one  scheme from A10
    http://www.a10networks.com/resources/files/A10-DG-Microsoft_Lync_2013.pdf
    So I feel that
    A.  The other port should  be able to be loadbalanced by HLB
    B.  The HLB can do it with the only  L4  ability
In fact, I come from the vendor too, I want to know whether our new product (which is one type of HLB) could support LYNC,  want to know any potential requirement when deploy HLB to lync.
In other words, if our produce has the ability as follows
    VIP
    Single VIP exposed through ARP
    Source Address Affinity
    Enabled
    TCP Idle Time-Out Interval
    1800 sec
    Balancing Algorithm
    Least-Connections-Based
    TCP Resets on Idle
    Enable
Will it have the ability to support the LYNC (not just 80 and 443)  ?

  • HT5622 Where do I find the code required for the registration of accounts in I store?

Where do I find code required for registration of account on Istore

What code are you referring to ? When creating an account there is an optional field for entering an iTunes gift card code - is that what you mean ? If you do then that field can be left blank, and as iTunes gift cards aren't available in all countries (and they are country-specific) then you might not be able to fill it anyway.
