The latest update was just bug fixes and improved stability, no new features. That is nearly always the case with series 40 phones like the 6300.
Nokia do not make the changelogs available publicly but often they do appear on unofficial sites. Searching google may provide you with more detailed info that cannot be posted here.

I've read that the Notes app with Mountain Lion will be available for OS X as well, and I was wondering if there will be any significant updates to the Notes app coming in iOS 6?
The Notes app in Mountain Lion supports, as far as I know, text formatting, images and attachments. The Notes app in iOS 5 does not have any of these features, yet still it is claimed that the OS X client will sync with the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. This means that there must be some rather significant updates coming for the Notes app in iOS 6 to match up with the features of its Mac counterpart. Still, no updates to the Notes app are listed in any of the iOS 6 feature lists I've seen so far.
I'm looking for a good note taking app for OS X and iOS. I don't like how Springpad works, neither did Evernote work out for me, it's just too complex - I like Simplenote a lot though, it's just that its approach is too radical in my opinion. I was thinking that the Mountain Lion Notes app might be a good alternative because it combines simplicity with rich text formatting and attachments. I kind of hate the skeuomorphic user interface though.

You are only addressing other iPad users here & no Apple employees. We have no way of knowing, so you'll have to wait until iOS 6 is released.

I am using Windows XP on this desktop computer. On my laptop, running Windows Vista, Firefox 4 has all the updates advertised. Why is this happening? How do I fix?

*qwerty keypad in portrait mode
every single update so far was pathetic attemp to fool us and make us happy.
there is no change at all from v30,31, and 32. exect the slightly smaller font for text input in v32.
nokia promises alot in the new update, (browser, smiler and map)
hope it leaves up to the expectation and include the portrait qwerty,homescreen and lockscreen.
Why is it so hard to implement?
slide to unlock and homescreen is already available in c6, and the portrait qwerty is available in 5800.

Actually your suggestions are the ones that i have tried. i have seen that you have tried to help others with this issue and the only one that i could find that said they found the problem said that it was an ilife update issue and it fixed it and i have no available updates. i know it has to do with something in photo stream because it happens when i create a new library and it is loading the photos but i get the message before i reach the maximum 1000 photos. so i've tried updating, new library(first backing up photos and then deleting them from iPhoto), reinstalling OSX many times, running disc utilities. I called Apple the first day i had this issue and i was the first person to call them for support with the retina display and i actually had it escalated to a senior advisor and we thought we fixed the problem but we did not. i am pretty fluent in dealing with troubleshooting these type of issues and this is the first time i'm reaching out to the community. i figured now that the retina has been out some time now that there would be an obvious answer to this issue. thanks for the quick reply.

Oh no, I now have two more situtations; error 13019 and needed software update for version 5 (iphone). In which order should I do? I feel so helpless....

Last night i was downloading the new update for the Iphone, and after the download was done and trying to install, it errored out. And now my phone is stuck on the screen with the itunes icon and the USB.

After the download was done, it was starting to install, and then an error came up and didnt get a chance to check it. Now my Iphone is stuck on the screen with the USB pointing to the Itunes Icon and wont do anything else. Any advice on how to get this fixed, or do i need to go to the Apple store and have them look at it.

Hi guys , because we have no answer to our issue how to take off the vibration when alarm is on , and our other profiles like ringtones, messages , reminders and so on we need to keep them on vibrate mode , the best solution is to install a free application from store called "alarmed " ; I did put it down on my phone and now i can use the alarm clock without any vibration at all ! That's the answer to our issue , before Apple is going to find a solution !
Personally , I don't think is going to be fix it soon , as long as the apple script made for pop ups is general one !

Thanks for the response! I am aware of being able to get an unlocked iPhone4 for T-Mobile, however, it will only work on EDGE (2G), not even 3G. Also, the unlocked ones are a lot more than I am willing to spend just to have EDGE service. I get 4G with my current phone now. That is one of the reasons I want to wait and see what the next iteration of the iPhone will bring for Verizon. 4G LTE hopefully.
The higher cost of the phone bill isn't so bad. I'm more so curious on how Verizon is about grandfathering plans. I've had an old plan with T-Mo for a while now and they continue to allow me to keep it now matter how often I upgrade. Is Verizon similar in that regard or will I find myself having to pay a new higher plan rate with each upgrade?
I am doing my own research as well. Just appreciate anything that current customers have to offer. Can't wait to read all the reviews!

I want to be able to make custom tones for receiving text messages and emails... Blackberries can do this and I would like to be able to have my Iphone do this also.

^ I've only noticed updated apps. You get new mail, new chat, twitter with push notifications, updated notifications app, added some pre-installed games from gameloft and EA. That's it. UI or menu saw no changes. One change is the volume too loud note when earphones are plugged in.
Sad thing is that the chipset won't allow you to downgrade. So update only if you're ready to get those updated apps
