What are the Terms and Conditions for the AppleID
What are the Terms and Conditions for the AppleID? You know, those speed bumps you blow by when trying to achieve something. Good luck trying to find them. Apple has one place to take your money, many many different ways to tie you up with disparate Terms and Conditions. They say that the fine print is important too. So why are the terms and conditions for the AppleID so hard to find?
Hi, Wanderer 37.
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
I absolutely understand your concern with having access to Terms and Conditions that you have accepted, and at Apple, we want this information to be as transparent as possible. You can access the iTunes/Apple ID Terms and Conditions here:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/id/terms-en.html
Cheers,
Jason H.

when accepting the terms and conditions for the new terms of agreement of the policy, i press accept the terms and press agree and it will not allow me to purchase the music because it keeps going to the same page of terms and agreements
If you can't scroll to the bottom
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. -

I am trying to create an itunes account on an ipad mini IOS 8.1. There doesn't seem to be a link to click 'I agree' to the terms and conditions on the email sent to me. Can anyone help? Thanks.
Create a NEW account/ID for her using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before. Make sure you specify a birthdate that results in being at least 13 years old

How to agree the term and condition for mobile application
i would like to click agree with iphone new term and condition for mobile application, but couldn fint the button to click agree....
Hi
You need it because it's possible to have a complex pricing procedure, and you can't do it with a simple select on a table. Think that you can have pricing requirements, formulas (ie: VOFM) and so on in your pricing procedure (tcode V/08).
I hope this helps you

I have an IPAD 2 and I downloaded some podcasts and when i try to watch then i see that I have to accept the terms and conditions and takes me to a link where I can´t find where to accept or to click "I agree" so I can watch what I downloaded.
Its been so long since I have had to do this but .... can you swipe down in that screen to get to the Agree button?
Or are you seeing the Terms and Conditions screen after you completed the download in iTunes? That is the default screen after the download completes. Look for the podcast in the Music App if it is an audio podcast - tap the more button at the bottom - if it is a video podcast - look for it in the Videos App. -
On my Macbook Pro running Lion - trying to create a new ITunes account and the Agree button on the Terms and condition page will not come active even after checking the box any ideas
There isn't a way - at least not that I have found. I'm having an issue with this as well - seems like a shoddy sort of business practice. I refuse to enter my credit card number to download a FREE app. I'm encouraging the user community that has a problem with this to please post your opinion as well. I know this is a use community, but I have to think that Apple will take notice when an issue gets a lot of attention. Apple needs to hear your voice.

I am prompted that I must agree with the new terms and conditions of Itunes before I can download an app but have no place to agree to it or accept it. Any advise/
Try firing up your computer and accessing iTunes that way and get it to trigger the agree page. Worst case scenario you may need to download a free app to trigger the agree popup.
