What do i do ? My i phone 4 has no option to reduce the motion picture. It is causing me a serious problem. Can anyone please help ?
After several attempts to get some help from Apple, it has become clear to me that my i phone 4 has no options within accessibility to reduce the motion picture.
I have a serious problem with the new software but unfortunatly i cannot go backwards with this update. Apple for obvious reasons will not advise any downgrading options. Can anyone please help me? Is there a third party option here. I do not want to pay for a new phone or replace the i phone as i run a mac,desktop and i pad... !! Thank you.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order. -
I reset my iphone 5 and went to set it back it up and it says it has to be registered in the developer account. I do not have one of these. PLEASE HELP!!!
It's beta. It's no where near ready for prime time. It's put out there so that developers can start getting their products ready fo the new release.
I've been working in IT for over 25 years. People have gotten the wrong idea about what a beta is thanks to the likes of google, who release a product to market and call it "beta" just so they don't actually have to support it. I've beta tested operating systems going all the way back to OS/2 when it was still a joint Microsoft/IBM project. Believe me, you do NOT want beta versions of operating systems getting into the hands of the unwashed masses. It would quickly turn from 'getting rid of bugs' to outright revolt. -

Sir, Thank you very much for your prompt response. I have already done this. But the problem is still persisting. Actually, I want to upgrade my WhattsApp application and as soon as I click the upgrade button in App Store, it asks for the password of previous apple i.d., which I don't have as I have bought this phone from somebody. There is no option for log out or log in. It there any other way out to upgrade the WhatsApp ????

I have been using GRAB to capture screen displays. It has just stopped working since the last OSX Upgrade. Can anyone, please help restore functionality?

When my ipod touch is in recovery mode (when I try to re-store it) the itunes page sayes the website has been timed out and so it won't re-store. There is a limited time, whilst restoring the ipod, it lasts for approx 5 mins, then asks to start again all over again. Can anyone please help me?

Downgrading to a previous version of iOS is not supported. If you have installed software to performunauthorized modifications to your iOS device, that software may have redirected connections to the update server (gs.apple.com) within the Hosts file. Uninstall the unauthorized modification software from the computer.
Edit out the "gs.apple.com" redirect from your hosts file, and then restart the computer for the host file changes to take affect. For steps to edit the Hosts file and allow iTunes to communicate with the update server, see iTunes: Troubleshooting iTunes Store on your computer, iPhone, iPad, or iPod—follow steps under the heading Blocked by configuration (Mac OS X / Windows) > Rebuild network information > The hosts file may also be blocking the iTunes Store. Hi everyone, I need some help big time. I was currently running the IOS 6.0.1 on my iphone 4 and I could sync and transfer music to my phone via my iTunes account. But I updated my phone to the new IOS 6.1 and now I can not transfer music onto my iphone, all it does is tries to sync the songs but it doesn't. I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes back onto my laptop yet it still does not work. Can anyone please help me.

The release of iTunes 11.0.2 and iOS 6.1.2 for my iPhone 4, seems to have sorted everything. I can now sync music, films and photos between my MacBook and my phone.
I was dubious about blindly doing the updates but decided they couldn't really mess up any further functionality so I went for it and it's sorted now.
Look in to, and take the gamble, it's up to you. -
My Macbook aliminium unibody from late 2008 will not boot. I reach the grey screen with the apple icon and the spinning grey gear. I used disk utility to boot it but it said integrity test failed. I don't know what to do can anyone please help?
Sounds like you may have a harddrive issue. You are probably going to need to get that changed out and then install the OS X again to get it going.

Hi can anyone please help. My I Phone is in recovery mode. I have loads of pics and vids including my little girl counting to ten for the first time.
Can I recover these files or have I lost them? I lost the phone last week and it was returned working but with an update to install I did this and it shut down.
If anyone can please help I would be eternally in your debt I have loads of sentimental pctures in here but cant get to them.Sorry, but if it's in recovery mode, anything on the phone is already gone. If you had PhotoStream turned on, hopefully the photos will still be out there.
You have no choice at this point but to restore from your last backup. -

My iPod mini, 4gb is hard to get serviced obviously because they dont make them anymore. Lately ive noticed that my bettery life has decreased so much that i dont even bother taking it out of the ac adapter that is in my outlet. instead of the suggested amount of play time, i get maybe 4-5 hours of battery life, maybe even 6 if im lucky. i thought that i might buy an attachment type accesorie that i plug into the usb port on my ipod to be allowed more battery life, but its just all too overwhelming and im really not sure about which one would be what im looking for. also, i dont want to have to go out and buy a new sord or two just to have this thing work. i found a product in the online store, that i guess you place the ipod mini on, and it gives you up to 20 or so more hours of time. but then it says that you have to have a firewire port or cable? and that just confuses me even more! can somebody PLEASE HELP ME!!! im really lost and dont want to have to spend 50 or 60 dollars on something that isnt going to work for me. im so fet up with apple right now. If someone could just please help me, i would be SOOOOOOOO............grateful!!!! Thank You!!!!!

If you've had it less than a year, send it back to Apple to replace the battery.

It's called a dock connector, not a USB port.

What is it? The firewire port is on the computer, not the iPod.
If the original battery is going bad, the first thing to do is get that sorted out. -
The cover art does not show on My iTunes library even when I'm playing it. The cover art does not show in Word press either when you open it on a laptop. But I think I used a feed burner for the podcast and that's why the word press done now has come up. My question is that iTunes have Successfully I did my podcast however my son now is not my heart and I need to change that. Can anybody here please help me? I think it has something to do with the feed burner or potentially the way I have uploaded. I uploaded the podcast directly into WordPress I did not use any other hosting sites like libsyn.

Since I looked everywhere for this answer and never found it I decided I needed to help!
1. GO TO THE TOOL BAR WHERE IT SAYS SAFARI AND CLICK TO BRING DOWN THE MENU OF OPTIONS, CLICK ON PREFERENCES
2.INSTEAD OF JUST CLICKING ON THE GENERAL TAB AND CHANGING THE SEARCH ENGINE LIKE EVERY OTHER STUPID SUPPORT TELLS YOU TO DO LOOK AT THE TAB THAT SAYS EXTENSIONS.
3. Chances are you downloaded something that was made by a third party to "enhance" your web experience but really they just screwed you over, YOU CAN CHOOSE TO SIMPLY UNINSTALL ANY EXTENSIONS PUT ON YOUR COMPUTER BY CLICKING INSTALL, BUT TO BE SURE THAT THIS IS THE ROOT OF YOUR PROBLEM IN THE SECOND COLUMN SIMPLY CLICK ON THE UNDERLINED NAME OF WHO THE EXTENSION IS MADE BY IF CLICKING THE LINK BRINGS UP A YAHOO PAGE THIS IS THE SOURCE OF YOUR ISSUES AND SIMPLY UNINSTALLING THIS WILL RID YOU OF THIS DUMB PROBLEM!!
