What functions/apps affected by lack of voice+data support?

I've been looking for an article or thread that pulls together what apps/functions would be affected by the iPhone 5/Verizon/Sprint issue of lacking simultaneous voice and data. A lot of people seem to be under the impression it would only hinder web browsing but since many apps/functions access data to work, I assume the problem would be wider spread. Wouldn't this issue also hurt the following functions/apps?
FaceTime
Turn-by-Turn
Tango
Any sports apps looking up stats
Text or iMessaging
Skype
What if someone calls while your downloading music?
Those are the first ones that popped into my head.

I've been a Verizon customer for about 15 years. I can't say I've ever been negatively impacted by the lack of ability to do voice and data simultaneously. If I don't want to interrupt what I'm doing, I don't answer. The data connection, though momentarily interrupted, picks up again.
By the way, text messaging doesn't use data. You can get text messages while on a voice call as anyone who's ever forgotten to flip the mute switch while on a call can tell you.
Others may have a different experience.

Per my understanding, you might want to change the style of the suite bar and replace the “Office 365” text with your custom logo image.
In Office 365 admin page, we can customize the theme of the suite bar for the whole :
However, as there is no such option can replace the “Office 365” text with a custom icon there, a workaround is that we can use some custom JavaScript to modify the
corresponding HTML source code to display the icon dynamically after the page loaded.
After applying the code snippet below into the master page:

They are not lacking or missing any features or functions.
It simply means you can only use the cellular network of the carrier it is locked to.

I'm assuming your iPhone is not jailbroken?
You likely have an app that's misbehaving. Try restoring as new and see how it runs factory fresh.
Also, maybe your Home button is not functioning correctly. This has been a widely reported problem. Try cleaning under it with a vacuum or compressed air.
Note that you have a 1 year warranty - you may need to use it.

What function name to use when calling an XI RFC Sender adapter?

Hello experts, I need some help please...
We are trying to setup an RFC Sender adapter in XI 3.0 for the first time. We followed Michal's <a href="/people/michal.krawczyk2/blog/2005/03/29/configuring-the-sender-rfc-adapter--step-by-step on how to setup the RFC destination in the sender system (ECC 5.0 in our case) and the corresponding communication channel in XI. We can make a connection from ECC to XI via the destination, but we are getting an error in the communication channel monitor stating that the JCO.Server could not find the server function '<i>message interface name</i>'. We have tried to use the message interface name, the message type name and the data type name, but all return the same error. What function name should we be using and how does this name get registered with the JCO server?

Have you registered the pragram id properly in sender system ?
Steps to that
1. first create RFC sender adapter in XI and give any name as program id Give Gateway host n gateway service of appilcation system
2. activate it properly
3. program get regiostered on app system
4. go to application system and create RFC destinationn there give the same program id name
now it should work

You need to convert your DVD to mp4 format.
What you will need;
A PC with
1. Enough hard drive space to do the conversion
2. A DVD drive to read the DVD
3. Software to do the conversion
4. Time for the conversion process to happen (I suggest you do NOT use your PC while it is processing)
If you have #1 & 2, then you will need to get #3.

The CloneDVD Movile allows for converting your DVD's to MANY different portable media formats. Just pick the one that you have (there are 2 different formats available for iPods, depending on what generation of iPod you own).

Why should you not use your PC while doing a conversion? Because it's a labour intensive process for your PC. If you run other programs at the same time, you may affect the quality of your conversion. I use a separate PC that isn't connected to the internet and therefore doesn't require a virus scanner to be running all the time. That way nothing interferes with my conversion.

If I allow iTunes to sync my 80 or so apps, will it leave them organised in the folders I've carefully set up please?

Judging from the several threads that I have read about this, my best guess would be you have a 50/50 chance of syncing without the folders being destroyed or rearranged. Why don't you do a search in the upper right area of this site and type in "folders destroyed when syncing" or some variation of that wording and see what you can find.
I create all of my folders on the iPad and I have no problems at all when I sync. I have about 65 apps All of my folders have always stayed intact. I have a post from one user that I copied and pasted and this guy swears this works for him. I will share this with you.
THIS IS THE POST THAT I COPIED (forgive the capital letters - using my iPad and no way to edit!)
There is a secret as to why you are losing your folder arrangements.
They can automatically unpack on a sync.
We should all know there are screens off to the right of the valid eleven home pages. If your last page is full of icons and you inadvertently add another something is shoved off to the right. If you move home screens around using iTunes this also happens.
If any icon filled with apps falls off to the right it will unpack and make a mess. If you move a home page filled with folders which are filled with icons around you can lose them all as they will unpack when you sync to iTunes.
The best choice is to take the right most page and MAKE SURE NO FOLDERS ARE EVER IN THE RIGHT MOST PAGE. That gives you safety room from inadvertently scooting one or more folders into higher number screens. I place a few standard apps in the right most page to hold it in place.
CREATING FOLDERS
Second you are safer building your folders on the device itself. To do this I move everything off the bottom bar and use it as a placeholder (bus)to shuttle apps around as I figure out what group they should be added to. I have over 800 apps in 22 GB on the iPad now. Things are well organized and nice looking when scanning the home pages.
When setting it up I just added all the apps at once. Then as I made room on the home screens I paused made sure my 'bus' was empty, then shut down the iPad to power off and back on again. This cleans up memory and on reboot the iPad will add as many of the hidden apps to the space on your eleven home pages. There after it became a session of rinse and repeat until all the apps I wanted where filed away and arranged.
Use meaningful folder names.

There are some real junk apps that some how I managed to grab in the past. Others are surpassed by obviously more powerful and functional apps that have recently appeared so there is no sense in keeping them. If you delete them off the iPad they will reappear on the next sync unless you delete them from iTunes.
How do you remember to delete them from iTunes too? When I get to the delete confirmation screen I take a screenshot which is stored in my Photos roll. Then I browse that roll while before the computer and find each app that needs to be permanently deleted. After deleting it from the PC I then delete the reminder picture.

What I have done is create playlists and I'll download the playlists to the iPhone while I'm at home, on Wi Fi, and listen while I'm out and about. I've only downloaded the occasional tracks on 3G (mainly because at&t's network was so terrible). This method worked pretty well for me.

I use Week Cal on the iPod. I think it was only $1.99. It is a lot better and does a lot more than the one that came with the Palm Pilot.
As you know, unlike the Palm Pilot, the iPod does not come with a desktop application that you can sync your iPod calendar to. Since I don't use Outlook, I have to use a Cloud based calendar to sync with my PC. I use Hotmail's calendar for that. (If your computer is a MAC, you can use iCal)

Deleting the application from your /Applications folder is sufficient. There are sample projects in /Library/Application/Aperture you may want to get rid of as well, as they take up a fair bit of space.

Function app.mailmsg doesn't work in Acrobat 9.4.2.220

Today I update Acrobat 9 from 9.3 to 9.4.
I find the function app.mailMsg() doesn't work any more.
when I use app.mailMsg() in Javascript, the Acrobat will be aborted and send Error Report.
Is anyone able to help me with this?

What function would you use instead of "IF" when referencing durations from a pop-up menu. Ie; if c4 equals 1h enter 280, if c4 equals 30m enter 160, etc. IF works fine if c4 is formatted as text but returns 0 when formatted as pop-up.

What function similar to IF would one use when the reference cell is a pop-up menu of items in duration format?
Example: if C4 equals 1h enter 280, if C4 equals 30m enter 160, etc
i can get it to work fine if I format the cell to text but I not only need it pop-up, I also need it to be written in duration format because it's used as duration in other functions.

A screenshot is always helpful.
C4 is your popup? You want to chose a duration there and have 280 or 160 show up somewhere else? Are they the results of a mathmatical formula or do you want a lookup table to show them?
I suspect something else is going on in your table. I have no trouble having a popup recognized as a duration:
The formula in C2 =DUR2MINUTES(B2) displaying "60" as expected. Note that "60" is not a duration. If I want C2 to be a duration I need the formula to read:
=DUR2MINUTES(B2)&"m".
I hope this helps, if not, post a screenshot including relevant formulas.
