What is an app i can use for the lockscreen that has my personal contact info for ipad

Hi I intend to keep my Ipad at home so I need a lockscreen for the kids not to go on it but if it did get misplaced I want my info to pop us when someone tries to access it

Unfortunetally, No and no. Apple TV is a closed API so developers are right now unable to create an app that is very compatible to connect to Apple TV. There is also no remote app on the Mac App Store.

All of the apps I have found on the App store either do not have the text to speech capability or if they have it they will only read a page at a time or simply read the text you paste into their window. I really do not understand what is so difficult about having this feature as Kindle provides it--though Amazon does not make the feature available on its iPhone 4 app.

thanks. yes i am aware of the VoiceOver feature but it is NOT the solution to my problem. as you said, it is a solution to a different set of issues. i want the text to speech ability because i there are books i need to read but do not have the time to sit down and read them and have become used to listening to them read to me either by a professional human reader or with the text to speech software on the Kindle.
I think Apple makes the best audio devices but i am really disappointed in this inexplainable shortcoming. if apple can give us siri they ought to be able to design a nice little button that i can push to turn on text to speech while i am in a document, book, magazine or webpage. clearly it is possible as apple has added the "reader" button in safari to have web pages dropped into the reader format.
thanks for your suggestion though, it is what everyone suggests but it does not address the issue.

This is too bad. I downloaded a book to my PC that I can't seem to open on my PC for the reasons stated above.
Funny... no where during my sign up / sign in did I see anything really obvious that stated or warned me in advance. It must be buried in the rules & agreements somewhere. Too bad... I'm not planning on getting an iPad or any other device soon so I guess iTunes won't be getting much if any business from me.
At the risk of sounding like a Luddite, this is foolishness and a waste of my time and energy.

Clock app: How can I shorten the time that the alarm goes off?

I use the alarms in the basic clock app. They always work. The problem is when the ipod is not in my immediate possession. I have an alarm set to go off at noon. Today it chimed until I could get to it at 12:11. Isn't there a way to tell it to ring for 15 seconds, 1 minute, etc? It just goes and goes until I get to it.
All other third party apps look like you need to remember to leave their app running. If I would remember that, I probably would not need the alarm, unless I used it exclusively for waking up.

Sorry it is not possible to adjust the alarm ring time.

Query create on Master Data for the items that has not shipped

Hi all,
Is it possible to report/query on Items on Master Data that has not inoviced or has not been shipped?
Running query on Sales overview cube will not bring the right data since that cube only captures the items that was invoiced. Please help!

if u are using BI-7 for scenarios like this they have designed info set to include 2 cubes,
as info set brings intersection data u can opt for infoset, build info set on cube and ur master data then u will get the result this will be better as per performance issue.
if u are using BW then if data flow is from ODS -> CUBE then u can build infoset on ODS and master data it will be good.
if u want replacement path then u have to use RRI that is report to report interface. build char variable on ur info object in cube query so that it will brings orders which are shipped.
then build another char variable in master data query and processing type as replacement path to char var built on first query. and exclude those values which first var brings.

Is there a clock/radio for the 3G that has USB for syncing to my Mac?

I'd prefer to have only one dock for the phone instead of two on my desk.

I've never heard of a clock/radio including a USB hub function, but I can only assume if a 3rd party manufacturer of a clock/radio that is iPod and/or iPhone compatible thought there was a market for including a USB hub function with their product and obviously being able to charge extra for it, there would be one available.

When you connect that iPad to iTUnes, go to the summary page and scroll down, there should be a box saying 'automatically update' or something to that effect. De select that.
With automatically update on, what you buy on one goes onto the other. but with that box off you can choose.
On the iPad itself, it's under
Settings
iTUnes and App Stores
and then you can choose what you want automatically updated between the two devices.

If you are updating via Settings>General>Software update, connect the iPod to your computer and update via iTunes. You need iTunes 10.7.

If you look in the table of the documents there is a field called "UserSign". This user sign then matches with a column "usersign" in OUSR. In ousr it has the user names and all the other details for all the users.

Pages 5 requires OSX 10.9, for some reason that only Apple knows. Many users will not be able to install Mavericks on their Macs or do not want to.
It has simultaneously removed iWork '09/Pages '09 from the App Store.
You could ask Apple why it does things like this, but it doesn't say.
If you don't already have iWork '09 I believe you can still purchase it from Amazon.
