What is the duration of ASAP
HI Everybody ,
Once we start our implementation project in SAP EP,by using standard methadology called ASAP.
Then I want to know ,how much time we will take to complete all 5 phases,and in each phase what is the primary role for SAP EP Developer as team member.

SAP EP Developer will be involved in Realization, Final Preparation and GO live and support phases.
In the project preparation and business blueprint he will not be involved. It will be the basis team and Portal administrator who will be involved.

What is the duration of a cleared exam before you take another one?

I'm currently studying for 70 480 exam and want to acquire the MSCD: SharePoint certification. Is there any limitation in duration which says that I have to complete all the exams required for certification within some time period?

As long as the exam or the certification has not expired you can still pass additional exams to complete the certification. An exam you passed remains passed.
Keep in mind that the MCSE and MCSD exams require recertification every 3 years

That means that you might have to pass a newer version of the same exam again to keep certified.
So based on the 3 year recertification policy you might not want to take 2 years+ to pass the exams.

I tried a few changes in Inspector... Video Format such as - Field Dominance to Bottom First... and Quality to Automatic Bit Rate & Motion Estimation at Best. I think GOP and Extras are set on default ( IBBP, Closed 15 -IBBPBBPBBPBBPBP) & ("Add DVD Studio Pro metadata" checked). When the DVD is played back on 40" HDTV from consumer Blu-ray player... it looks awful. Images seem to have double or shadow images (field shifting or something) and the color and detail on distant images have a block type look. I seem to be a master at making High Definition look like multi-dubbed VHS.

If going from FCP, I highly recommend exporting a ProRes 422 file first, then encoding that. -

let me start with saying that the question you ask may not help you to determine the duration of your project. As Ryan and others stated the duration of the project is highly dependent on the scope of the solution you are implementing, geographical scope, amount of modifications/enhancements, number of languages, number of users that need to be trained, amount of standard processes customer is able to re-use in the implementation and many other factors (like quality of implementation contractor you will chose and availability of customer and implementors resources). I can probably go on for another couple lines, but I guess you get the idea.
With that out of the way let's talk about some example implementations that will give you an idea - Ryan did great job outlining what I would call traditional approach above. I have couple examples where customers leveraged innovative deployment strategies that are available today. In particular the project teams leveraged pre-packaged services like RDS, World Template or Best Practices as their baseline solution and they built from there. Second acceleration technique customers now leverage is the deployment in the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud to accelerate the time to initial setup of the system and thus move from traditional blueprinting to scope validation exercise that further shortens the time. There are other acceleration techniques we see applied in some cases like use of iterative implementation of the delta requirements on top of the baseline solution.
Let me offer few examples to illustrate what I explained above:
ERP implementation at Schaidt Innovations with 3 months long deployment of ERP solution using ERP RDS as a baseline (you can view their testimonial here - Schaidt Innovations: SAP ERP on HANA in the cloud - YouTube)
Customer in Asia with global template deployment that leveraged SAP ERP for Manufacturing with deployment to cloud and 9 countries rollout (Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, UK, Germany and US). The initial deployment took 4 months for first country and 2 months for rollout into the additional 8 countries - so total of 6 months. The original plan using traditional approach with full blueprint and heavy configuration was estimated to be more than double of the actual deployment time.
There are many other examples where customers follow the assemble-to-order delivery model for their project and gain significant benefits doing so. I suggest you to review some of the recordings we did in 2013 about this approach and if you are member of ASUG review the Agile ASAP sessions we did for ASUG PM SIG.

Many people charge when it's convenient. Others just connect the iPod for syncing to the computer and leave it charging overnight, regardless of the ramaining charge level. Life of modern batteries is measured in full charge cycles. A charge cycle is either a full charge or any combination of small charges that adds up to 100% charge.
The only real recommendations I've seen (including from Apple) is to keep the batteries away from heat and have a full charge once a month. For this, discharge the battery to about 20%, then fully charge. -

What are the procedures for getting Apple to wipe the data off my original ipad I bought two years ago. I had it stolen from a hotel room over the weekend and it is not password protected and no I did not download app to find it.

If it was stolen then you should report it to the police. As a safety precaution you should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc. -
In iMovie 11, I cannot set the duration of the photos, iMovie 09 allowed this, anybody know the solution? I use transitions between photos and want to set the timing because I am setting the whole thing to music.
