I have just checked your account and found that you indeed have bought a Creative Cloud for Teams subscription but you have assigned the single seat to another user hence you ( If you are using your own Adobe ID ) are getting the trial error message.
Two options : Either reassign the seat to your self or add an additional seat and invite your self in the same Team.

No trial for "After Effects" when the Creative Cloud comes up

I've downloaded the Creative Cloud and it's all installed, but After Effects isn't listed in the Apps sections, and any link from the website simply brings the Creative Cloud back up. Is there a way to get this trial?

If an application is not listed it normally means that the machine does not meet the system requirements for the software. YOu can check the system requirements via the following web page to see if your system comes up shoprt.

What does the detailed crash report say?
And have you updated your video card drivers from the GPU maker's website? (most crashes on launch are due to bugs in out of date video card drivers)

I downloaded a trial of Lightroom from CC and loved it.
I purchased version 5 and got my license key.
Now the software from CC has expired and I can't seem to figure out how to enter my license key.

You can't license the creative cloud version with your serial number. The only way to license that version is with your Adobe ID and password. It will be necessary for you to uninstall that version and then download from here:
Product updates
After you install you will be able to enter your serial number. The work you have done using the creative cloud trial version will not be lost because the uninstall does not remove the catalog, nor does it do anything to the images that you have imported.

I can't open CS4 and would like to transfer settings to the Creative Cloud version

When I try to open Dreamweaver CS4, I get a message asking me to install the Legacy Jave SE6 runtime. When I click on the link, I just get a blank white screen.
I have just downloaded the Creative Cloud version, and would like to transfer the settings for my websites from CS4.
I would be very grateful for any advise on what I can do.

They are not gone they are just not installed in CC 2014. CC 2014 is version 15 of Photoshop yon must likely only installed them into Photoshop CC which is Photoshop version 14.

.pdf files don't open after having download the creative cloud because of a previous trial version

Dear,
I used a trial version of acrobat pro for a month. After the trial I downloaded the creative cloud to enjoy all the programs.
The creative cloud is well installed on my computer but now every time I try to open a .pdf document it refers to the trial saying that it is over and that I should subscribe, but I did!
I am kind of desperate, I can't open .pdf files.
Can anyhow help?

I am not one to recommend reinstall, but that might be required. One of the problems with CC is that it leaves some info in the system that makes it think it is installed, even after you uninstall it. There is a fix for that, but I don't remember it (right now I am not remembering much with pneumonia). If you decide to uninstall, you should go through the uninstall process (there may be a special uninstall for CC that I have not seen). Then run Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs. Remove any leftover part of the Acrobat folder, reboot, and reinstall. It may reinstall or you might run into that other fix that is needed. In that case you will have to search the forum.

I'm fairly new to After Effects and have the disc version (I'm not a Creative Cloud subscriber but have a legitimately purchased program that came in the box). I was looking for Advanced Spill Suppressor under the Keying Effects, and it was not listed. I read somewhere that I needed a more updated version of the program. Since I don't have a Creative Cloud subscription, am I unable to update my After Effects?
