When I attempt to download an app to iPhone I get 'incorrect password' message.
When I attempt to download an app to iPhone I get 'incorrect password' message. Go to the app store on my Mac and the password works just fine. Go back to iPhone and change password and, of course, when I attempt to use it I get the same error message. Why is this happening? This is now happening on my iPod as well.

I'm stuck. Can't download any apps. Error message directs me to iTunes. No idea what to do when I get to iTunes. Still can't download anything. Dead in the water.
If you are trying to download apps over 20MB in size, you can't do it via 3G. You can download them via WiFi.
When you go to iTunes on your computer, from the menu at the top - go to Store>Check for available downloads. -

Please if anyone can help me help....
Well folks I finally got my "can't connect to iTunes" issues fixed. Seems that there was an unauthorized change to my email address and account therefore not allowing mr to connect to iTunes.
Here is how I got it fixed.
1. Contacted iTunes store support
2. Followed their instructions and replyed with the following info:
An order number from one of my purchases
Last 4 digits of the c.c. Used for the iTunes store acct
Answer to one of my security questions
And 2 items from this list.
Birthdate
Billing address for Acct
Phone number on acct
It was after all of this that they saw that someone had made an account modification back in February when the issue began. Seems they changed my email address just slightly and that is what kept me from being able to sign in and not a password issue. This was likely due to a phishing email that came out in conjunction with iCloud asking users to change their passwords to a more secure form by adding a capital and number.
To get all of this cleared up it took about 4 days as we emailed back and forth. I also needed a seperate email address they could use to send me info. Once they determined the issues and went to get them fixed by changing the email address associated with the acct and I created a new password I was able to access iTunes with no issues and even my previously thought lost acct balance was there.
Hope this helps

I purchased more storage space(10gb)for my IPAD,but when I attempted to download an app an error message prompted me to purchase more storage.According to my ICloud I have 15gbavailable Any suggestions Help!!!
If you are trying to download an app and get an error about not enough memory, it's talking about memory on your iPad, not in iCloud. I don't know what you mean by purchasing more storage space for your iPad, you can't add more memory to a device. You may have bought more memory in iCloud, but that's not going to fix your current problem. You need to delete songs or video, or some other large files from your iPad to make room for a new download.

It always take 2-3 attempts to download an app from App Store. In first 2-3 attempts i got message "Unable to download app".
After retrying it for 2-3 more attempts app download successfully. What could be the reason for this?Hi Rajin24,
Welcome to the Support Communities!
The article below offers some troubleshooting steps for connections to the iTunes Store. I would also suggest signing out of your iTunes Store account, restarting the iPhone, and signing back in as a general first step.
