When I connect my ipad to PC and it comes up in itunes, go to apps, on bottom I click on Pages on the left, on right files I have on ipad show up.  Except that files that I have removed from my ipad are still there.  How do I delete them off itunes?

I am having trouble using itunes with my ipad.  I connect my ipad to my PC and itunes.  I go to apps and on the lower half my app for pages comes up.  On the right are the documents that are on my ipad, except that some documents that I have deleted on my ipad are still showing up on there.  How do I delete them in itunes?

Are the same playlists in iTunes? And what tracks do,you assigned them in iTunes, if they are?
